Two People as God in Heaven is Unscriptural

We are easily fooled by appearances. Personification describes a ministry as a Person

The Book of Revelation describes Jesus Christ

REVELATION 1:1   “The Revelation of Jesus Christ,”

This is not the revelation of "God the Father" nor the revelation of "God the Holy Spirit".

The Book of Revelation tells us about Jesus.  Right from the beginning, Jesus is described as the Almighty.

REVELATION 1:8   “I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty.”

Jesus is the start and the finish. His church is His Body as He is the Head of the church.

The first church was a seed planted by the apostles, and began to die later when each church decided to accept a human head (Nicolaitanism). Then the death blow came at the Nicaean Council in AD 325 when Trinity was forced on the church by a politician, the Roman Emperor Constantine. The Bible’s truth was buried in the dirt of the Dark Ages, just like a seed that was planted. Salvation by grace through faith saw leaves germinating in Martin Luther’s church age. John Wesley produced holiness which led to the Missionary age that spread the pollen of Eternal life around the world. Pentecost restored the husk of supernatural gifts which allowed the seed of understanding the Word to start developing on the cob.

JOHN 4:24  "God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth."

William Branham from America had to make sure that the last seed that ripened at the end had the wisdom of understanding Scripture to be exactly the same as the first New Testament seed that the apostles had planted at the beginning.

The apostles never established a pastor as the head of a church. A group of local elders ruled each local church.

The apostles used the name of Jesus in water baptism. They included at least one title with the name to show which Jesus they meant. (Other men can also have the name of Jesus). So, they baptized in the name of Jesus Christ or in the name of the Lord Jesus. Christ is a title, meaning the Anointed One.

Revelation Chapter 4 is a view of Heaven. Only One Person sits on the throne.

REVELATION 4:2   “And immediately I was in the spirit: and, behold, a throne was set in heaven, and one sat on the throne."

REVELATION 5:1   “And I saw in the right hand of him that sat on the throne a book written within and on the backside, sealed with seven seals.”

Nobody could read the Book of Creation that was in the right hand of God. Nobody could redeem the fallen creation.

The right hand means power. It will take much power to redeem the creation.

REVELATION 5:4   “And I wept much, because no man was found worthy to open and to read the book, neither to look thereon.”

REVELATION 5:5   “And one of the elders saith unto me, Weep not: behold, the Lion of the tribe of Juda, the Root of David, hath prevailed to open the book, and to loose the seven seals thereof.”

Representing Jesus as an animal makes it clear that there are not two human Persons.

The Lion is the King of the beasts. Jesus is the King of the Universe.

The Lion represents His ministry as the Creator and King of this world.

The different animals represent different ministries.

REVELATION 5:6   “And I beheld, and, lo, in the midst of the throne and of the four beasts, and in the midst of the elders, stood a Lamb as it had been slain,”

The Lamb represents His ministry as Saviour. So, Jesus alone can fulfil the function of our Saviour, the sacrificial Lamb. As well as being our Lion-King Creator.

Because Jesus is the Lamb, we draw this picture which looks like two Persons The Lamb-Saviour and the Creator-King Who is God the Father.

We picture the Saviour standing beside Creator God the Father.

But Isaiah checks us.

ISAIAH 43:11   “I, even I, am the LORD; and beside me there is no saviour.”

You are not allowed to imagine anyone standing beside God. Nobody can stand next to God.

We had the wrong picture of the Lamb.

REVELATION 5:6   “And I beheld, and, lo, in the midst of the throne and of the four beasts, and in the midst of the elders, stood a Lamb”

The Lamb was always standing in the midst of the throne.

That is only possible if the Lamb is the same Person Who sat on the throne and held the Book.

The next verse is totally misunderstood by the churches, because the Lamb came from somewhere.

REVELATION 5:7   And he came and took the book out of the right hand of him that sat upon the throne.

The Lamb could not travel through space as he was already in the midst of the throne.

The Lamb, standing in the midst of the throne, travelled back through time to check that his salvation Plan was perfect and that nobody had been left out who wanted to be in. Then He came back through time to take the Book and announce the completion of the Gospel Plan.

REVELATION 5:13   “And every creature which is in heaven, and on the earth, and under the earth, and such as are in the sea, and all that are in them, heard I saying, Blessing, and honour, and glory, and power, be

unto him that sitteth upon the throne, and unto the Lamb for ever and ever.”

The Person on the throne (the Creator) and the Lamb (the Redeemer) live forever.

REVELATION 5:14   “And the four beasts said, Amen. And the four and twenty elders fell down and worshipped him that liveth for ever and ever.”

But there is one Person (Him) that lives forever and ever.

REVELATION 15:3   “And they sing the song of Moses the servant of God, and the song of the Lamb, saying, Great and marvellous are thy works, Lord God Almighty; just and true are thy ways, thou King of saints.”

REVELATION 15:4   “Who shall not fear thee, O Lord, and glorify thy name? for thou only art holy:”

Only Jesus is holy.

If the Father and the Holy Spirit are different People, then they are not holy. Thus, they cannot be separate Persons. They are one Person. The Lamb is Almighty God.

JOHN 10:30   “I and my Father are one.”

I JOHN 5:11   “And this is the record, that God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son.”

I JOHN 5:20   “And we know that the Son of God is come, and hath given us an understanding, that we may know him that is true, and we are in him that is true,

even in his Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God, and eternal life.”

COLOSSIANS 2:9   “For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily.”

The supernatural Spirit is God the Father. You can compare this to your subconscious mind that controls your entire life, especially when you sleep. Your heart pumps and you breathe without trying while your liver and kidney purify your blood.

The human nature of Jesus developed during His 33 years on earth. He became the perfect fulfilment of prophecy as he moved through time and did everything that was predicted of Him. This Man, Jesus, is the Son of God.

Think of the Son as your conscious mind and the Father as your subconscious mind. But you are one person.

The Man Jesus is the Prophet or Son of man.

But God is a supernatural Spirit, He is not a flesh-and-blood Man nor is He a flesh-and-blood Prophet or Son of man.

NUMBERS 23:19   “God is not a man,

that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent:”

The disciples James and John wanted to sit on the right and left hand of Jesus in Heaven.

But the supernatural Spirit of God that dwells inside Jesus will decide who sits in those positions, not the Man Jesus Who is on the outside of the Spirit of God.

MATTHEW 20:23   “… but to sit on my right hand, and on my left, is not mine to give, but it shall be given to them for whom it is prepared of my Father.”

However, if Jesus is sitting on the right hand of God, then God is sitting on His left hand. Thus there will be no vacancy on the left hand of Jesus for someone to sit on.

But Jesus said that someone would sit on His left hand. So, God is not sitting on His left hand.

So, this scenario is wrong.

GENESIS 1:26  “ And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness:

:27   So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.”

If God is a Trinity then God will look like three Men.

Two people, a man and a woman, cannot be the image of three men.

The Holy Spirit has no name.

Jehovah, the so-called name of God the Father, is never mentioned in the New Testament.

The Old Testament that mentions Jehovah never speaks of God the Father.

The Bible never speaks of God the Son or God the Holy Ghost. They are man-made ideas.
