Revelation 5:6 7 horns 7 eyes and 7 spirits

The Temple had a 7 branched candlestick and 12 loaves. The 7 flames represent the 7 church ages. The loaves are the Jews

Jesus combines impossible ministries in Himself

REVELATION 5:6   And I beheld, and, lo, in the midst of the throne and of the four beasts, and in the midst of the elders, stood a Lamb as it had been slain, having seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven Spirits of God sent forth into all the earth.
The Lamb, Jesus, is in the midst of the throne.
But One was already sitting on the throne in the previous Chapter.
REVELATION 4:2
And immediately I was in the spirit: and, behold, a throne was set in heaven, and one sat on the throne.
Two People cannot be in the middle of the same throne.
So, the One on the throne, Who is God, in Chapter 4 has to be the Lamb Who stands in the midst of the throne in Chapter 5.
This is called Personification.
The Lamb represents the ministry of Jesus as the Saviour or Redeemer of the world.
The One Who sat on the throne holding the Book which is the Title Deeds of creation is representing Jesus as the Creator.
God alone, in Himself, can combine those two impossible ministries of Creator and Redeemer which nobody else could ever do.
ISAIAH 43:1
But now thus saith the LORD that created thee, O Jacob, and he that formed thee, O Israel, Fear not: for I have redeemed thee, I have called thee by thy name; thou art mine.
Pagan religions never believed that one God could do all those different things.
Thus they invented their many gods so that each different ministry was done by a different god.
The biggest error that ever entered the church was to adopt this same outlook and decide that there had to be a Trinity of three different Persons in order to do these impossible ministries.
But the Lamb in the midst of the throne is the same Person Who sits on the throne.
One Person Who reveals Himself as doing different things in different ways.
The church, unfortunately, swallowed the idea of three Persons but church-goers were very unsure if that made three Spirits.
Scripture was clear, there is One Spirit only.
So Trinity entered the fuzzy area of is-it-one? Is-it-three?  Nobody has ever solved that problem.
The best-known evangelist, Billy Graham, and Televangelist Dr. David Regan have both admitted that they do not understand the Trinity.
Thus church-goers are doubly baffled when the Bible speaks of 7 spirits. Even the Trinity cannot stretch that far.
So what is God trying to teach us with this verse?
7 horns. 7 eyes. 7 spirits?
We need some background.

The heart has 4 chambers so the church has 4 stages

The church is right at the heart of God's salvation Plan. Jesus died for His church. Then He rose again from the dead.

Similarly, the church would start well and then die like a planted seed during the first two stages.

Then the church would be restored back to life like a germinating plant during the last two stages.

The final seed that will be harvested has to be identical to the first seed of the original apostles that was planted.

How could God bring this great Plan to pass?

God sits on the throne in Chapter 4 but His Spirit which comes from the midst of the throne is manifest in four distinctly different ways.
REVELATION 4:6   And before the throne there was a sea of glass like unto crystal: and in the midst of the throne, and round about the throne, were four beasts full of eyes before and behind.

Eyes speak of intelligence. "Before" means that they know the future. "Behind" means that they know the past.

These are the manifestation of God's Spirit as He guides the church during the 2000 years of its history.

God was going to have to work in the church in different ways because the situation on earth would keep changing as history unfolded.

Satan has a trinity of tricks that he inflicted on the church during different parts of its history to undermine the influence of the Bible in people's lives.

The three best ways of undermining Christians were the antichrist spirits of Religious deception, political power, and Big Business demonology. Then at the end, Satan unites all three into one awful pale-coloured or sickly combination to infiltrate the end-time church with spiritual death.

God used His Holy Spirit to fight back in four different ways.

REVELATION 4:7
And the first beast was like a lion, and the second beast like a calf, and the third beast had a face as a man, and the fourth beast was like a flying eagle.

The throne of God is surrounded by four beasts and 24 elders.
REVELATION 4:4
And round about the throne were four and twenty seats: and upon the seats I saw four and twenty elders sitting, clothed in white raiment; and they had on their heads crowns of gold.

The stars represent the 24 elders. Twelve patriarchs from the Old Testament and 12 apostles from the New Testament.

God's Big Plan has to include both the church and Israel.

From the above Scriptures we can see where God dwells in Heaven on a throne surrounded by 4 beasts (4 different manifestations of His Spirit) and 24 elders from the Old and New Testaments.
Manifestations of a spirit are not different spirits.
A man can be a son, a father, and a grandfather. Each role manifests his spirit differently but he only has one spirit.
Where is there a similar place on earth for God to dwell?
The hearts of born-again men and women.
The four chambers of the heart are surrounded by the 24 ribs.
That symbolizes the 4 beasts and the 24 elders if Jesus dwells in the repentant heart by faith.
The four beasts represent four ministries of Jesus that seem to contradict each other.
But He alone can hold these opposing ministries together in one Person.
The four Gospels present the four great ministries of Christ.
As the Lion He is the King. As the young calf or Ox He is our burden bearer or Servant.
Thus, He is the King Who is also our Servant.
He is also the Ideal Man and as the flying Eagle He is God Himself.
Consequently, He is the only Man Who is also God.
He lived on earth as a man and also in Heaven at the same time. Doing the impossible was just routine for Him.
JOHN 3:13  And no man hath ascended up to heaven, but he that came down from heaven, even the Son of man which is in heaven.
Jesus was also in heaven even as He sat and spoke to Nicodemus on earth.
Jesus was Master of the natural and the supernatural at the same time. For us, that would be impossible.
For Him, it was no problem.
The heart can be pictured as having a cross inside it.
The blood flows into chamber 1 and chamber 3.
The ancestry or blood-line of Jesus is recorded in Matthew Chapter 1 that starts with king David showing Jesus as the Lion, the King of the beasts. Then it refers to Abraham who first met King Melchizadek. God in a temporary body of flesh.
The only other blood-line is recorded in Luke Chapter 3 that starts with Adam who was the first perfect man until he sinned.
Then Jesus came to clean up Adam's mess as the last Adam or perfect Man.

The 4 Gospels tell us the story of the cross.

Matthew presents Jesus as the Lion, the King of the Jews, the Son of David. Visited as a two-year-old Child by wise men.

Matthew ignores the stable scene as Kings are not born in stables.

Mark shows Him as the Ox, the hard-working Servant Who died for us and carried our sins far away down to hell to dump them on the Devil.

Luke shows Him as the Ideal Man. Poor. Born in a smelly stable. Luke tells us of the bad prodigal son who was forgiven and the sinful thief who was pardoned just before he died. We humans need forgiveness and pardon.

John shows Him as the flying Eagle Who is God above us. His first miracle transforming water to wine at a wedding. His last miracle will be transforming His living Bride into immortal bodies to attend the Wedding Feast of the Lamb in Heaven.

But the four beasts also tell the history of the church over 2000 years.

The Lion speaks of the first church age of the apostles who laid down the truth in the New Testament.

Then truth died in AD 325 when the Council of Nicaea forced the unscriptural word "Trinity" onto the church. The church gained political power and this enabled them to start executing their enemies who were any persons that opposed them. People who opposed the Trinity were killed. Then began the long nightmare centuries of the Dark Ages as the calf had plenty of time to grow into a strong Ox, the beast of labour and slaughter. Tens of millions were killed for opposing the Roman Catholic Church.

Around 1517 Martin Luther with human wisdom anointed by God taught that the just will live by faith alone. Salvation was restored to the church.

Human wisdom and scholarship were also anointed by God to enable the 47 scholars who translated the King James Version of the Bible.  Then it was repeatedly checked for over 150 years to get it perfectly right by 1769.

Then the human wisdom of John Wesley was anointed to preach holiness and outreach which led to the great missionary age that was based on the King James Version of the Bible.

Human scholarship was blessed but Satan began to sell the Word of God and turned the church into Big Business. You could buy indulgences to have your sins forgiven. From these sales, the Sistine Chapel and Saint Peter's church were built in the Vatican. The Gospel became Big Business for both Catholics and Protestants.

The Pentecostal revival of the great Eagle began in 1906 at 312 Azusa Street in Los Angeles. The power of the Spirit was restored with Americans taking the lead. Between 1947 and 1965 William Branham revealed the deep mysteries of the Bible to enable Christians to understand the Bible mysteries and return to the apostolic beliefs of the first church.

The seed of truth that will be harvested must be the same as the written seed of truth that was planted by the apostles at the beginning.

To counter this revelation of the Bible truth, Satan mixed all his tricks into the church. Religious deception produced 45000 different kinds of churches and denominations as well as more than 100 different versions of the English Bible. Try finding the truth in that swamp.  The most attacked Bible was and still is the King James Version.

Churches got involved in politics with its focus on hating their opponents. Love your enemies no longer applied.

Big Business entered the wealthy church with its investments and properties. Megachurches reaped huge profits. Material wealth became the focus of the prosperity Gospel.

Television preachers have a half-hour slot and are still able to find time to advertise the sale of books and DVDs with all the hard-sell techniques of the marketplace.

This next verse is a journey through time

The Lamb's movement is the most difficult part that church people get totally wrong.
REVELATION 5:7   And he came and took the book out of the right hand of him that sat upon the throne.
They see the Lamb as a separate Person Who walked up to the throne to take the Book out of the Hand of God Who sat on the throne.
But that is wrong.
REVELATION 5:6 "in the midst of the throne and of the four beasts, and in the midst of the elders, stood a Lamb".
The Lamb did not move through space as He was always in the midst of the throne.

So where did he move?
Ask Einstein. His theory says that we live in 4 dimensions of spacetime.
Space is intertwined with time.
We are used to moving through space but we never really thought about the fact that we also move through time, from the past to the future.
We can only move forward in time.
But Jesus does the impossible. He can move forward or backward in time.
The Lamb stood still in space on the throne, but had moved backward through time right back to Calvary. Then He moved forward through time to again reach the present so that He could check His great salvation Plan and make sure that it was totally foolproof.
This sets the pattern for this verse.
It is a journey through the 2000 years of the seven church ages. God's spiritual rainbow.
The 7 church ages are split up into 4 sections or Seals that are guided by the 4 beasts around God's throne.
Each of the first four Seals has two verses.
The first seven verses thus describe 7 church ages. Each of the first three Seals describes two church ages.
The 4th Seal of the Eagle just covers the 7th church age in verse 7.
The next verse, verse 8, describes the 3.5 years of great Tribulation after the Bride has flown up to Heaven to meet the Lord, just like a flying eagle.
You can read this in the first 8 verses of Revelation Chapter 6.
REVELATION 6:1   And I saw when the Lamb opened one of the seals, and I heard, as it were the noise of thunder, one of the four beasts saying, Come and see.
REVELATION 6:2   And I saw, and behold a white horse: and he that sat on him had a bow; and a crown was given unto him: and he went forth conquering, and to conquer.
The first two verses of the first Seal represent the first two church ages.
These two ages allowed religious deception to be established by permitting a man to become the head of each church.
Once the churches permitted a man to be the head of each local church, that deception would ride on and elevate the leader even higher and thus deceive the church all the way to the end of the 7 church ages.
The first beast was the Lion of the tribe of Judah representing the apostolic truth that was revealed at the beginning.
Satan replied with the antichrist horse rider and his white horse (religious power) who had a bow but no arrow that represents deception.
No arrow means no Scripture. There is no New Testament verse that says that the Pastor is the head of the church. But today, there is hardly any church that does not have a Pastor or Reverend or Priest as the head of the church, even though the word "Pastors" is only mentioned once in the New Testament. Then the elevation continues to unscriptural Archbishops, cardinals, District Superintendents, etc.
This unscriptural error of one-man-church-leadership has thoroughly deceived the churches.
This elevation of a man above the people in the church, once established during the first two church ages, would continue to ride on until Pope Nicholas was crowned around AD 860 with a single crown to make him the equal of kings. Even that was not high enough and after 1316 the Popes wore a triple crown to make them superior to kings.
"Conquering" means that the denominational beliefs of the Catholic church with their elevation of human leaders to be the head of the church will conquer the Protestant churches too.
REVELATION 6:3   And when he had opened the second seal, I heard the second beast say, Come and see.
In the many centuries of the Dark Ages, the calf grew up into a strong ox that was slaughtered. These Christians who endlessly were threatened with death if they dared to disagree with the Catholic church had to be immensely strong.
REVELATION 6:4  And there went out another horse that was red: and power was given to him that sat thereon to take peace from the earth, and that they should kill one another: and there was given unto him a great sword.
Verses 3 and 4 represent the third and fourth church ages.
The verse says another horse but it does not mention another rider. Thus it is the same antichrist rider on a second horse, representing political power.
The deadly dance of religion and politics.
Religion makes rivals hate each other. Politics gives them the power to kill each other.
At the Council of Nicaea in AD 325 the political Roman Emperor Constantine forced the unscriptural word "Trinity" onto the churches. That opened the door to kill the truth by getting more and more unscriptural words into the churches.
Some of the unscriptural Catholic doctrines that Protestants believe are Trinity, water baptism in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost (which are titles and thus the Trinity God has got no name), Christmas, 25 December, Christmas tree, Good Friday, Easter Monday, Lent, a man is the head of each church, etc.
When the barbarians destroyed the Roman Empire in AD 476 then the pagan Roman spirit resurrected back to life on the ruins of the Roman Empire as the Roman Catholic Church.
The Roman Church gained great political power and began to kill its opponents until tens of millions were slaughtered in the Dark Ages.
These unscriptural doctrines were so forcefully and violently pushed onto the churches that even after the Reformation the Protestants continued to believe them. Millions were killed over the Trinity issue until nobody dared to oppose it. Even today, Protestant Trinitarians despise and want nothing to do with non-Trinitarians.
Now we get to the Reformation of Martin Luther.

REVELATION 6:5   And when he had opened the third seal, I heard the third beast say, Come and see. And I beheld, and lo a black horse; and he that sat on him had a pair of balances in his hand.

:6    And I heard a voice in the midst of the four beasts say, A measure of wheat for a penny, and three measures of barley for a penny; and see thou hurt not the oil and the wine.

Verses 5 and 6 represent the fifth and 6th church ages.

Wheat and barley make bread. Bread symbolizes the Word of God as Jesus is the Bread of Life.

The Word of God is now being sold as merchandise to make the church leaders rich.

The demonology of Big Business enters the church. The sale of indulgences to build St Peter's church inspired Martin Luther to start the Reformation. Indulgences enabled you to buy forgiveness for your sins according to the Pope.

Oil speaks of the Holy Spirit. Wine is the stimulation of revelation as people began to understand the Bible.

God was starting to restore the Truth that was lost in the Dark Ages.

Satan retaliated against the restoration of truth by turning the church into Big Business and thus corrupting the church leaders with wealth and materialism. But there would always be those whose human scholarship was blessed so that they would strive to restore more of the Bible truths.

Martin Luther in Germany restored getting saved by faith. English scholars translated the King James Version of the Bible. John Wesley in England restored holiness and outreach which led to the great missionary age.

But human wisdom could not reveal the deeper mysteries of Scripture.

That would require the intense and accurate vision of a prophetic eagle.

REVELATION 6:7   And when he had opened the fourth seal, I heard the voice of the fourth beast say, Come and see.
Verse 7 represents the seventh and last church age.
This church age ends in the 3.5 years of great Tribulation.
The Pentecostal revival, which launched the 7th church age, started in 1906 in America at 312 Azusa Street in Los Angeles in California.
The gifts and power of the Holy Spirit were restored. But the Bible mysteries remained unopened.
Between 1947 and 1965 God used William Branham in America to reveal the hidden mysteries of Scripture so that we could go back to believing what the apostles believed at the beginning of the church ages.
The wise virgins of Matthew Chapter 25 will understand the Bible mysteries and be prepared for the Coming of the Lord.
DANIEL 12:10
Many shall be purified, and made white, and tried; but the wicked shall do wickedly: and none of the wicked shall understand; but the wise shall understand.
The saved foolish virgins will be fooled by church traditions and beliefs and have to be killed in great Tribulation which is described in Revelation Chapter 6 verse 8.
The Holy Spirit is Life. When the Holy Spirit catches the church up to meet the Lord in the air then Life leaves the earth.
Life is the Word. Death is the absence of Scripture.
When life leaves then death enters.
REVELATION 6:8   And I looked, and behold a pale horse: and his name that sat on him was Death, and Hell followed with him. And power was given unto them over the fourth part of the earth, to kill with sword, and with hunger, and with death, and with the beasts of the earth.
The antichrist horserider is revealed as Death.
One-quarter of the earth are Christians if we add up 0.8 billion Protestants and 1.4 billion Catholics.
That is the first target that the Devil aims for when the 3.5 years of great Tribulation start.
The other group that Satan aims for is the Jews.
Satan has been killing and persecuting Jews during the 7 church ages. That is described in the 5th Seal.
Jesus will use the time of great Tribulation to pull out 144000 Jews from the 12 tribes of Israel as described in the 6th Seal.
When God left the Jews at calvary, He turned to the Gentiles.
As soon as Jesus snatches His Bride, the wise virgins, up to Heaven then the saved foolish virgins who were fooled by their church leaders will go into great tribulation and die.
Then Jesus turns back to the Jews where 144000 will receive the Holy Ghost baptism.

God has a plan for 7 church ages and 12 Jewish tribes

If we look at the Tabernacle of the Jews from the Old Testament we can see two significant vessels that were used in their worship. There was a 7-branched candlestick and a Table of Shewbread with 12 loaves that had to be eaten in the Holy Place each Sabbath day, when they were replaced with 12 new loaves.

The 12 loaves obviously represent God dealing with the 12 tribes of Israel.

Today we see the Jews gathering back in Israel so that God can return to them in great Tribulation time. This is a warning to us Gentiles that the time is at hand.

President Trump recognized Jerusalem as the capital of Israel which shows that we are close to the end.

The church must be caught up to meet the Lord in the air before Jesus can turn to the Jews. Bernie Sanders was convincingly beating Joe Biden in 2020 for the Democratic nomination until he suggested moving the capital of Israel back to Tel Aviv. A week late his campaign was over. God obviously wants to have Israel back as the nation it was 2000 years ago.

Seven Spirits

The seven-branched candlestick represents the light of the Gospel during the 7 church ages.

This is where the number 7 comes into God's Plan.

In each church age, God had a special plan for that age in order to combat the Devil and establish His truth.

Thus, in each church age, God had to deal with different circumstances.

God has not got 7 spirits but God's Spirit had to operate in 7 different ways in order to cope with the conditions of each age.

So, the 7 spirits represent 7 different ways that God had to intervene as each age was very different.

The first church age from AD 33 to AD 170 (when Bishops were established to be in charge of the churches) saw the apostles move around and write down the 27 Books of the New Testament. Saint Paul was the main writer and apostle to the Gentiles so God had to keep him locked up in prison at times so that he could sit still and write. God sent the apostle John to the prison island of Patmos so that he could sit still and write the great Book of Revelation.

The 2nd church age from AD 170 - AD 312 saw the church persecuted and scattered to stop them from falling too fast under the influence of human leaders. Some 3 million Christians had been killed by the pagan Roman Empire by AD 312.

The 3rd church age from AD 312 - AD 606 saw the political Emperor Constantine take control of the church and force it to accept the Trinity doctrine at the Council of Nicaea in AD 325. The light of truth went out as more and more unscriptural beliefs like Good Friday in AD 325, Christmas in AD 350, the Bishop of Rome is the Pontiff or High Priest of the Babylonian mysteries in AD 382, and it is God's Will to kill the heretics who oppose the Roman Catholic church in AD 450.

The best-known Christians like St Patrick and Columba had to survive on the far borders of the Roman Empire in Ireland and the islands off the coast of England and Scotland.

The 4th church age from AD 606 - AD 1520 saw the Pope promoted to being the Universal Bishop over all churches. The Bible was banned from ordinary people. The killing of people who disagreed with the Roman Catholic church ran into tens of millions.

Many Christians had to hide in wilderness areas like the rugged Alps.

God made good use of technology developments as He restored the Bible truth to the church.

The 5th church age from 1520 - 1750 was famous because of the Reformation of Martin Luther. Printing had just been invented and Luther made brilliant use of the printing press to publish thousands of copies of his tracts and pamphlets. These spread his message far and wide. He wrote more tracts than the next 17 reformers combined.

Around 1750 the steam engine was starting to make steamships that would carry missionaries overseas and steam engines for the railways that would carry them inland during the 6th church age from 1750 -1906.

In the 7th church age, the tape recorder was invented during World War 2 and released to the public in 1947. So, that was the year that the Spirit of God could use William Branham to start recording his sermons. His main ministry, amongst all the astounding supernatural, was to reveal the mysteries of the written Bible so that the Bride can understand the Bible and return to the beliefs of the first church age of the apostles.

The worldwide web was invented in 1989 and can now be used to spread the revelation of the Bible mysteries to all nations and peoples.

In 2016 Google put the emphasis on mobile phones (cellphones) and by 2021 two-thirds of the world had mobile phones.

Thus, the internet became the means of communication whereby the revelation of the mysteries of the Bible can travel to the four corners of the earth.

Seven horns and seven eyes

Each church age was dominated by a specific aspect of God's Bible Truth.

A horn is the power of an animal. What power did God manifest in each church age?

The eye is the part of the body that sees. To survive we have to see what Satan is doing in our day and avoid that.

Then, what is even more difficult, we have to search for what God is doing and join in with that movement of the Spirit.

As God changes direction, it is not easy for the people to break from their church traditions and follow God.

John saw the 7 church ages as 7 candlesticks but only saw Jesus in the middle candlestick.

That means that only the first church age had the full Truth of Scripture.
REVELATION 1:13  And in the midst of the seven candlesticks one like unto the Son of man, clothed with a garment down to the foot, and girt about the paps with a golden girdle.

John, the great apostle, never argued with Jesus. He fell as dead. Jesus is the Word. Never argue or try to change the Word.
REVELATION 1:17   And when I saw him, I fell at his feet as dead. And he laid his right hand upon me, saying unto me, Fear not; I am the first and the last:

The last church age must be the same as the first church age.

The seed that is harvested is the same as the seed that is planted.

The strength and power of the first church age was the Truth written by the apostles.

Paul became the messenger to the Gentiles in this first church age. He was the "eye" that could see the state of the church and he wrote half of the New Testament to guide the believers on the right path.

REVELATION 1:18  I am he that liveth, and was dead; and, behold, I am alive for evermore,

A summary of church history.

The church got the Seed of the Word of Life from the apostles as the New Testament. Then they would start to kill the Truth at the Council of Nicaea in AD 325 by introducing the unscriptural word "Trinity". More unscriptural errors entered the church until the Truth died and got buried in the dirt of the Dark Ages. But behold, the leaves of the Reformation flourished into the pollen of the missionary age that blew across the world. The husk of the Pentecostal move then prepared the scene for William Branham to restore the mysteries of Scripture that the apostles once believed at the beginning.

An end-time Bride that has a total respect for the King James Version of the Bible that is the infallible and Absolute Word of God.

Let us consider the 7 horns and 7 eyes as the Holy Spirit manifested Himself during the 7 church ages.

This was the original New Testament church of the first church age.

God started the church the way He wanted it.

In the end, God wants the church the way He started it.

The horn or power of this church was their love of the Scriptures.

God's eye was Saint Paul who had such wonderful insights into God's Truth and was such a tough person to endure an endless hammering from the Devil without complaining.

The second church age saw human leaders taking over the church and the truth started slipping away.

God's eye was Irenaeus who tried hard in the French city of Lyons to keep the apostolic truth alive.

God's horn or power was to keep the church poor and persecuted by the pagan Roman Empire. Scattered around, fleeing for their lives, they spread the Gospel and were spared the errors of one-man human leadership to a certain extent.

The third church age saw the Council of Nicaea in AD 325 force the unscriptural word Trinity onto the church. Truth died.

The Roman Catholic church began to persecute dissenters.

God's power was to make them tougher. They endured suffering and many died. There were pockets of strong supernatural power.

God's eye was Martin in the French city of  Tours. He stressed the apostolic doctrines while the churches fell into man-made beliefs.

The fourth church age was the Dark Ages. The Bible was banned. Superstition was rampant.

God's horn was to raise up tough men who required little. Many lived on the edges of the old Roman Empire. Others fled to the wilderness of the Alps. God used the simple and severe lifestyle of some monasteries to keep the truth going.

Their intense courage as they faced death for over 1000 years and yet they endlessly lived and died for their faith in Jesus.

They simply refused to give up even when everything looked hopeless.

God's eye was Columba who was from Ireland and then the island of Hy or Iona off the west coast of Scotland.

ChurchAges.net - Why Columba died before the 4th church age

Columba spread the truth to the rugged tribes of Scotland.

Columba died and the truth died out in the Dark ages.

EVIL meant that the church was moving away from the beliefs of the first church age.

LIVE is EVIL turned around. The church began to move back towards the example and teachings of the New Testament.

The turnaround began with Martin Luther's Reformation in Germany in 1520.

God's horn in the 5th church age was the remarkable courage and stubbornness of Martin Luther who insisted on putting Scripture ahead of the Catholic church traditions. The rapid spread of his numerous tracts, thanks to the printing press, spread Luther's teachings far and fast. The Pope was unable to put out all those fires and the Reformation spread with people getting saved by faith in Christ alone.

Martin Luther was God's eye who clearly saw Justification by faith and not by works.

God's horn in the 6th church age was the tireless energy of John Wesley who also taught getting saved by faith but then added that the good works of holiness would be the consequence of getting saved by faith. The conscience of the people became stirred up as a powerful horn to drive people to live godly lives. Living holy gave great strength to the church until they overflowed the limits of their churches and then spread salvation and holy living far and wide across the world in the great missionary age.

John Wesley was the eye of God who clearly saw that the church must stay out of politics and as such he saved England from copying the awful example of the French Revolution. William Wilberforce got saved and then devoted his life to abolishing slavery. High standards of morality kept the Devil in check.

Steam engines led to the invention of railways which opened up the interior of many countries to the missionaries. Steamships carried missionaries to faraway countries.

This was the age of brotherly love, the strongest horn or power of all, as missionaries reached out to the heathen as fellow humans who needed to find the saving love of God too.

The horn of the 7th church age was the love of the Scriptures and the excitement of hearing the mysteries of the Bible being explained. The Bride prize the King James Bible above any church or church leader. Their strongest desire is to understand what the Bible means so that they can avoid the errors of the churches and find the truth. They want to prove their doctrines just from the Scriptures by linking up the relevant Bible verses.

God uses the internet because websites that explain the meaning of Bible verses can now be read by people all over the world. No longer is a person confined to the beliefs of their church leader.

The eye of God in this last church age was William Branham who left over 1000 recorded sermons where he revealed many Scriptures that had baffled the church leaders. He clearly saw the need to be strictly Scriptural. He insisted that we must understand the Bible mysteries so that we can believe exactly the same as the first church-age believers.

The biggest issue today is to spread the understanding of the Bible mysteries.

The ability of the eagle eye to see what the Bible means. Only an understanding of the truth can save us from the oncoming great Tribulation.

“The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you.” — 1 Corinthians 16:23
