Mark 14 Part1 She celebrated a precious death

Jewish leaders plotted to kill Him. His disciples will flee. Only a namelss woman (church) pays to celebrate His death

The Jewish leaders were ruthless in destroying Truth

MARK 14:1   After two days was the feast of the passover, and of unleavened bread: and the chief priests and the scribes sought how they might take him by craft, and put him to death.

Passover was on Thursday. Thus, it was Monday.

The Temple priests were in a rush to kill Jesus. He had entered the Temple on Palm Sunday and whipped out the crooked money-makers. Threatening their income could not be tolerated. Palm Sunday was when Jesus had been publicly acclaimed and chosen by the people.

EXODUS 12:3   Speak ye unto all the congregation of Israel, saying, In the tenth day of this month they shall take to them every man a lamb, according to the house of their fathers, a lamb for an house:

EXODUS 12:6   And ye shall keep it up until the fourteenth day of the same month: and the whole assembly of the congregation of Israel shall kill it in the evening.

So Jesus, as our Passover, had to die on the Thursday.

The death burial and resurrection of Jesus was going to be the only sign that God God gave to an evil age.

MATTHEW 12:39   But he answered and said unto them, An evil and adulterous generation seeketh after a sign; and there shall no sign be given to it, but the sign of the prophet Jonas:

MATTHEW 12:40   For as Jonas was three days and three nights in the whale's belly; so shall the Son of man be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth.

Three nights. Thursday night. Friday night. Saturday night. Then He arose early on Sunday morning. At His First Coming He resurrected as a Man.

The same repeats today. After three church ages the full Truth would resurrect back from the death of Truth in the Dark Ages and be restored back to the beliefs of the first church age of the apostles.

Justification by Luther by faith alone in the fifth church age. Holiness and outreach by Wesley in the sixth church age. Holy Ghost power restored by Pentecost and the full Bible Truth restored by William Branham in the 7th church age so that the Bride can believe what the first church age believed.

At His Second Coming Jesus is resurrected, not as a Man, but as the revealed Word of God.

John the Baptist foreran Jesus by revealing Him as a Man walking amongst men. The message of William Branham foreruns His Second Coming by revealing Jesus as He walks through the pages of the King James Bible.

Passover was when the great prophet Moses finally won the freedom of the Jews from Egypt as they left Egypt on the next day. They did not stay in Egypt.

Passover was the first feast of the year and huge crowds flocked into Jerusalem with an expectation that the great Messiah could come to free them from the hated rule of the Romans. It never occurred to the Jews, who were too absorbed in their anti-Roman politics, that Messiah wanted to free them from their sins.

The top religious leaders were not afraid to murder the Son of God Who could heal the sick and feed the people. They were worried that the people who were impressed with the power of Jesus might object. So, they plotted to kill Jesus in some politically-correct manner by getting the Romans to do their dirty work. The crowd had welcomed Jesus on Palm Sunday. The Jewish leaders only had a couple of days to turn the people against Jesus so that they would demand His death.

MARK 14:2   But they said, Not on the feast day, lest there be an uproar of the people.

When they saw the popularity of Jesus on Palm Sunday they realized that taking Jesus during the Feast could be dangerous if the people defended Jesus.

The Feast of the Passover began on Thursday night.

The Jewish day began at Sunset.

GENESIS 1:5  And the evening and the morning were the first day.

So, The Roman Wednesday night was actually the Jewish Thursday night that was followed by Thursday morning and Thursday afternoon.

At 6 o’clock in the evening (1800 hours) the Jewish Friday started.

A great revelation by an unknown woman cost her a lot

These first two verses are a preview of the modern-day church leaders who carefully plan how to discourage people from being Scriptural. They oppose and reject the King James Bible.

They place the words of a man above Scripture.

Having described the religious leaders who, at the end, wrongly served God by rejecting the Word of God (Jesus), Mark then takes a look at a woman (symbolizing the true church) who served Jesus well.

MARK 14:3   And being in Bethany in the house of Simon the leper, as he sat at meat, there came a woman having an alabaster box of ointment of spikenard very precious; and she brake the box, and poured it on his head.

A leper had to live outside the camp, not in a house in a town. He had to live alone and could have no guests.

LEVITICUS 13:45   And the leper in whom the plague is, his clothes shall be rent, and his head bare, and he shall put a covering upon his upper lip, and shall cry, Unclean, unclean.

LEVITICUS 13:46   All the days wherein the plague shall be in him he shall be defiled; he is unclean:

he shall dwell alone; without the camp shall his habitation be.

Leprosy was a serious disease and few healings are recorded in the Bible.

If Simon had leprosy and Jesus had cured him, then this awful disease would no longer be associated with his name.

Simon was a leper who had moved out of his house, but Jesus chose to use his house.

The Bible makes no mention of Simon being in the house.

So, God uses people who are used to rejection. Those who are in a bad way and could not help themselves can still be used by God. Simon, as a leper, had not done anything in the past that he could boast about.

Matthew and Mark also represent the church getting lost and dying as they move towards the Dark Ages by moving away from the written Scriptures.

This is symbolized by the dread sickness unto death of leprosy.

We learn that God uses unexpected people, not the great leaders in the church.

It was the leaders of the church who took people away from Scripture by introducing Good Friday in AD 195, Trinity in AD 325, and Christmas about AD 350 although we were never asked in the Bible to celebrate the birth of Jesus.

Pope, Cardinal, and Archbishop are unscriptural. So are Lent, the Rosary, the Sign of the Cross, monasteries, monks, nuns, Easter eggs, Easter bunnies, Christmas trees, Ash Wednesday, a Priest is the one-man-head-of-the-church, etc.

The woman was unknown. A woman symbolizes the church.

The church must not draw attention to itself. She made no name for herself.

God uses a nobody to achieve His Will and God bypassed the important people when He wanted this task done.

She focused on Jesus as her Head by anointing His head.

There was no religious leader between herself and Jesus. This was her personal relationship with Jesus even though some of the disciples strongly disagreed with her.

We must learn to put the King James Bible first because that tells us the thoughts of God. What man thinks is wrong if he disagrees with the Bible.

The major thrust at the end time is for church leaders to oppose what is written in Scripture.

The ointment was precious. Her service to God cost her dearly.

She broke the box.

That way she kept nothing back for herself. She paid the full price in order to serve.

(Mark's Gospel puts an emphasis on Jesus as the Servant, the strong Ox Who carried our sins down to hell to dump them on the Devil. His service compelled Him to die for us. So, I must also serve Him to the best of my abilities, whatever the cost).

The other women went to anoint His corpse after the Sabbath because they did not believe that he would rise from the dead.

This woman anointed His living Body which implied that he would be alive again after He died.

This woman (or church) had a stunning revelation that Jesus would rise from the dead.

(This also represented the dramatic resurrection of the truth, that the just shall be saved by grace through faith alone, in the days of Martin Luther from Germany)

The very expensive ointment that she used was symbolic of the huge price that Jesus would pay for our sins when He died.

(The Protestant Reformation cost millions of lives in a vicious Catholic-Protestant battle, especially in Gemany with the Thirty-year War from 1618 - 1648. The struggle for religious freedom was never cheap).

The woman broke the box to symbolize that Jesus would break the bands of Death which is our great enemy.

I CORINTHIANS 15:26    The last enemy that shall be destroyed is death.

The glorious perfume is symbolic of when we realize that we are unworthy sinners and yet Jesus thought that we were worth dying for.

MARK 14:4   And there were some that had indignation within themselves, and said, Why was this waste of the ointment made?

Doing something good for God will always arouse opposition.

An anointing was usually just a few drops of oil placed on the head of a person. Why did she pour so much on His head? They thought she was wasting money.

Humans are fixated with the idea of money as they always want more money.

The woman was indicating that something was very special. She was very spiritually aware.

MARK 14:5   For it might have been sold for more than three hundred pence, and have been given to the poor. And they murmured against her.

Three hundred pence was close to a year’s wages. But she realized that though her sacrifice was big, Jesus was going to make a far bigger sacrifice. He was going to die for our sins.

MARK 14:6   And Jesus said, Let her alone; why trouble ye her? she hath wrought a good work on me.

Jesus fully backed what she had done.

When you serve God, just stay with the Bible and ignore other people’s criticisms.

This woman put Jesus (the Word) first and ignored what the religious leaders said.

MARK 14:7   For ye have the poor with you always, and whensoever ye will ye may do them good: but me ye have not always.

There will always be poor who can be helped. But Jesus was not going to be with them for much longer.

Putting the focus on Jesus as the Word of God is always a good thing.

MARK 14:8   She hath done what she could: she is come aforehand to anoint my body to the burying.

She had limited options but she did her best in the circumstances.

She knew Jesus would somehow die and by flooding the room with this lovely aroma of perfume, she was making it known that His death was going to be glorious.

MARK 14:9   Verily I say unto you, Wheresoever this gospel shall be preached throughout the whole world, this also that she hath done shall be spoken of for a memorial of her.

She was rejoicing in His death.

Showing Jesus that she was prepared to pay a big price in order to remember His death as a great victory, not a sad loss.

The death of Christ for our sins is the very foundation of Christianity. We treasure His death as it washes us from our sins.

By pouring the expensive perfume on His head, she indicated that Jesus was her High Priest.
LEVITICUS 21:10   And he that is the high priest among his brethren, upon whose head the anointing oil was poured,

Judas was a church leader who fell for money

MARK 14:10   And Judas Iscariot, one of the twelve, went unto the chief priests, to betray him unto them.

Jesus had a lot of popular support because He healed the sick and fed the crowds. Jesus made the arguments of the Jewish leaders look ridiculous. Then Jesus threw out the money lenders from the Temple on Palm Sunday according to Matthew. He did exactly the same again on the next day Monday, according to Mark. The Temple had incredible wealth so the Temple leaders could not allow these attacks on their finances to continue.

MARK 14:11   And when they heard it, they were glad, and promised to give him money. And he sought how he might conveniently betray him.

They dared not arrest Jesus openly in case the people revolted. They needed an insider who could betray Him in the dark.

There is no record that Judas ever called Jesus “Lord”.

Women, money, and fame are the major reasons that preachers fail and fall from a God-given ministry.

Judas fell for money.

Many preachers know that what they preach is not Scriptural, but as long as they are well paid they are not concerned. Accumulating wealth is regarded as the sign of God’s blessing.

Eating the Passover was an ordinary meal

They ate the "Passover" the night before the "Feast of the Passover".

The Feast of the Passover was when they ate the roasted Passover lamb.

The Passover was the Roman Wednesday night. This meal had meat and gravy like a stew.

The Feast of the Passover was the Roman Thursday night when the roasted Passover lamb was eaten.

Wednesday night was actually Thursday for the Jews. Their new day began at sunset.

MARK 14:12  And the first day of unleavened bread, when they killed the passover, his disciples said unto him, Where wilt thou that we go and prepare that thou mayest eat the passover?

The "Passover" was also a "day of unleavened bread". The day when the Passover lamb was slain.

The next day, Friday, was the "Feast of the Passover" which ate the roasted lamb. Friday was also called "the Feast of Unleavened bread" as it started 7 more days of unleavened bread.

So, there was a total of 8 days of unleavened bread.

Unleavened bread represents the holiness of Christ. He was holy on the day of the Passover when he died. That was the first day of unleavened bread.

Then followed seven days which symbolized the church being sustained through the seven church ages by the holiness of the Spirit of God and the Word of God.

Jesus was publicly chosen on Palm Sunday which was the 10th day. Four days after that would be Thursday. The Jewish Thursday began the previous evening on the Roman Wednesday.

So, He was arrested on Wednesday evening (in the middle of the week) and crucified the next day on Thursday.

DANIEL 9:27   And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week:

and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease,

The illegal arrest on the Roman Wednesday and death on Thursday of Messiah ended the Temple sacrifices which no longer had any value. The High Priest Caiaphas tore his clothes which ended the Aaronic priesthood.

Now, there is to be no man between you and God.

The Roman Catholic church broke that by elevvating Priests, Bishops, Archbishops, Cardinals. and Popes above the people to re-create the Aaronic priesthood. These are Nicolaitans. A holy man elevated above the people. God hates that. These elevated leaders banned all opposition to their viewpoints and led the church into the Dark Ages.

MARK 14:13   And he sendeth forth two of his disciples, and saith unto them, Go ye into the city, and there shall meet you a man bearing a pitcher of water: follow him.

Jesus and the disciples were to eat the Passover on the Roman Wednesday night, which was the Bible Thursday. Bible days started at sunset. Roman days started at midnight.

Women usually carried the water. For a man to do so was unusual. This tells us that if we want to follow God we must get used to the unusual ways that He operates. His ways are not our ways.

MARK 14:14   And wheresoever he shall go in, say ye to the goodman of the house, The Master saith, Where is the guestchamber, where I shall eat the passover with my disciples?

Such was the control Jesus had over people who did not even know Him.

MARK 14:15  And he will shew you a large upper room furnished and prepared: there make ready for us.

MARK 14:16   And his disciples went forth, and came into the city, and found as he had said unto them: and they made ready the passover.

Using Roman times: They ate the Passover on Wednesday night. Also a day of unleavened bread. They killed the Passover on Thursday afternoon and roasted it. Thursday night was the Feast of the Passover and the Feast of Unleavened bread that would last for 7 days.

Thursday night was the Jewish Friday. Then they ate the Feast of the Passover and the Feast of Unleavened Bread on Friday night.

That Friday, being a special feast day, was also a special Sabbath or High Day.

JOHN 19:31   The Jews therefore, because it was the preparation, that the bodies should not remain upon the cross on the sabbath day, (for that sabbath day was an high day,) besought Pilate that their legs might be broken, and that they might be taken away.

The next day was Saturday which was the usual Sabbath.

A church leader would betray Jesus

MARK 14:17  And in the evening he cometh with the twelve.

This was our Wednesday evening, but the Jewish Thursday evening.

The twelve disciples came for the last time. The Last Supper was the dividing time. Judas was a fraud but he had managed to stay with the disciples until this Last Supper which exposed him as the son of perdition. The son from hell.

He betrayed Jesus Who is the Word of God. So, betraying the Word is the worst thing that we can do. Never disagree with anything that is in the King James Bible. Never add anything or take away anything.

MARK 14:18   And as they sat and did eat, Jesus said, Verily I say unto you, One of you which eateth with me shall betray me.

The Devil worked within the group of disciples. Judas betrayed Jesus. Peter denied Jesus.

Satan does not rely on Communists and Muslims to destroy the truth. Satan uses church leaders who are unscriptural and criticize the King James Bible.

The open mouths of church preachers who preach unscriptural doctrines are the gates of hell.

Jesus shocked them by exposing the betrayal within the ranks of the disciples.

Today we would be shocked if we knew the amount of betrayal committed by church leaders who cannot prove their beliefs from Scripture.

Eating the Last Supper was a deadly mistake for Judas as it exposed him.

This event is commonly called communion. It was done at night.

Today the churches mainly do the communion in the morning and they exclude the washing of feet.

Thus the churches betray their inability to want to be Scriptural.

MARK 14:19   And they began to be sorrowful, and to say unto him one by one, Is it I? and another said, Is it I?

The disciples who were genuine each feared that they might be the one who let the side down.

MARK 14:20   And he answered and said unto them, It is one of the twelve, that dippeth with me in the dish.

They had just eaten the Passover and there was a dish that had meat and gravy. A sop was to take a piece of bread and dip it in the gravy. Jesus said that the future betrayer would have a piece of bread dipped in the gravy. But we humans are so blind to error that when Jesus gave Judas the sop, none of the disciples realized what it meant.

MARK 14:21   The Son of man indeed goeth, as it is written of him: but woe to that man by whom the Son of man is betrayed! good were it for that man if he had never been born.

Jesus would die but the one who betrayed Him would suffer the torments of hell. It would be better that this person had never been born.

Today we betray Jesus, who is the Word of God when we do not use and believe the King James Bible.

There are over 100 other versions  of the English Bible, all different. There are 45000 different types of churches and denominations. All different. So, the churches have become a spiritual swamp with all sorts of different opinions.

So, the truth is betrayed when the King James Bible is criticized and changed.

Bread and wine are symbols of the body and the blood

MARK 14:22   And as they did eat, Jesus took bread, and blessed, and brake it, and gave to them, and said, Take, eat: this is my body.

The Lord’s Supper is food for the soul. So only a small portion of physical bread or wine is necessary as a symbol.

Bread is broken. When we chew it becomes covered in saliva so that we can swallow it and digest it to get life from the bread.

Jesus is the Bread of Life. The Roman guards spat on Him so that He was covered in spit. Only then could we swallow and digest the Word with understanding.

JOHN 6:35   And Jesus said unto them, I am the bread of life

MATTHEW 27:30   And they spit upon him, and took the reed, and smote him on the head.

MARK 14:23    And he took the cup, and when he had given thanks, he gave it to them: and they all drank of it.

The cup represents doctrine.

The wine represents the stimulation of revelation that is produced by that doctrine.

Wine has a spirit in it called alcohol. Blood has the spirit of life in it.

MARK 14:24   And he said unto them, This is my blood of the new testament, which is shed for many.

If His blood is shed for many, then why can I not also claim it?

Thus, we can all claim salvation if we have the good sense to repent.

Salvation was achieved at the cross.

When we repent our sin flows onto Jesus. But there is a cross-over effect as His innocence flows onto us.

The blood of Jesus has His Life or Holy Spirit in it. His blood cleanses us from sin and then His Holy Spirit comes to dwell in our hearts in order to make us lose the desire to sin.

His Holy Spirit inspires us to obey the Scripture because we want to, not because we have to.

The Holy Spirit then guides us into all truth.

MARK 14:25   Verily I say unto you, I will drink no more of the fruit of the vine, until that day that I drink it new in the kingdom of God.

Wine represents the stimulation of revelation. In Heaven, there will be an abundance of revelation to stimulate us. We will be on an endless learning curve.

Speaking of the communion, Paul says.
I CORINTHIANS 11:21   For in eating every one taketh before other his own supper: and one is hungry, and another is drunken.

The fact that someone could be drunk means that he is talking of wine at the communion, not grape juice.

The throne of God can be thought of as the indescribably deep thoughts of God. When Jesus sits on the throne as the Word of God then He is bringing the thoughts of God down to our level so that we can understand some of it. But God’s thoughts are infinitely deep, so this process will never end. Our understanding will simply increase as we see deeper and more glorious revelations.

MARK 14:26   And when they had sung an hymn, they went out into the mount of Olives.

The Last Supper closed with a hymn.

It always feels good to close off a meeting by singing a song. So, as the disciples walked away feeling emotionally good after a successful meeting, Jesus informed them that they were going to fail miserably.

Mark tells us about serving God. Never rely on your emotions.

The disciples would flee for their lives

MARK 14:27   And Jesus saith unto them, All ye shall be offended because of me this night: for it is written, I will smite the shepherd, and the sheep shall be scattered.

Jesus quoted the Scripture to them.

ZECHARIAH 13:7   … smite the shepherd, and the sheep shall be scattered:

The disciples would flee in fear for their lives when Jesus was arrested.

This was their biggest mistake as servants of God. They fled from the Word when the going got too tough.

They sought only to save their own lives. This is service at its worst when it is self-centred.

In all this, they would learn a key lesson.

Just follow the Word. Do not think for yourselves what suits you best.

Their cowardice would leave them embarrassed and humiliated. Without Jesus, they would be completely directionless and basically useless in terms of serving God.

Thus, at the end, Jesus gave a vote of no-confidence in His disciples. They were not what they thought they were.

At the end of the seven church ages, the Word of God gives a vote of no confidence in the church. We are not what we think we are.

All that the Bible says about the end-time church are criticisms or condemnations.

To the church of the Laodiceans God says “and knoweth not”.

In other words, our modern-day self-praising churches are actually clueless as to what is going on.

They know enough to get saved but cannot understand the mysteries of Scripture.

MARK 14:28   But after that I am risen, I will go before you into Galilee.

They would learn a big lesson. The Gospel is built on the power of the resurrection. Not on human effort.

And most essential, they must follow Jesus and not argue with Him or get ahead of Him.

The resurrection of Jesus was the only sign that would be given to the world. No other religious leader was ever killed by his enemies and then resurrected after three days. That made Jesus unique.

MATTHEW 12:39   But he answered and said unto them, An evil and adulterous generation seeketh after a sign; and there shall no sign be given to it, but the sign of the prophet Jonas:

:40   For as Jonas was three days and three nights in the whale's belly; so shall the Son of man be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth.

MARK 14:29   But Peter said unto him, Although all shall be offended, yet will not I.

Though the great Shepherd passed through His sufferings without one false step, yet his followers often have been scattered by the small measure of sufferings allotted to them.

How very apt we are to think well of ourselves, and to foolishly trust our own hearts! It was very wrong of Peter thus to answer his Master by bragging of his own strength and loyalty. Peter and ourselves would be better off if we answered with fear and trembling, “Lord, give me the grace to keep me from denying thee”.

Christians are good at polishing up their self-image. We think of ourselves as brave and loyal followers of the Word. Each Christian thinks that they will stand even if everyone else fails.

Peter thus represents the foolish virgins, saved but fooled by human and church opinions. They get saved and have every intention of serving God well. But fooled by their church doctrines, they are completely unable to understand the deeper Bible mysteries.

Two realizations on either side of three denials

MARK 14:30   And Jesus saith unto him, Verily I say unto thee, That this day, even in this night, before the cock crow twice, thou shalt deny me thrice.

This is a quick summary of the seven church ages with Peter representing the foolish virgins.

A cock or rooster has a clear sound when it crows.

The first clear sound that the church heard was made by the apostles as they established the early church of the first church age. Especially Saint Paul as he explained the deeper mysteries of Scripture. The crowing of the rooster represented the first church-age people who were able to believe what the apostles taught.

The success of the first age was not just that the apostles taught the truth, but it was their ability to get the people to believe the truth for themselves.

Thus the truth continued on after the apostles left the scene, mainly by martyrdom.

John the Revelator saw Jesus in the middle of the candlesticks.

So, only this first church age is guaranteed as it was established by the apostles that Jesus had taught.

REVELATION 1:13   And in the midst of the seven candlesticks one like unto the Son of man,

REVELATION 1:17   And when I saw him, I fell at his feet as dead. And he laid his right hand upon me, saying unto me, Fear not; I am the first and the last:

The first and last church ages would be the same.

These truths got lost in the Dark Ages that ended with the fourth church age.

This process was described in Revelation Chapter 2.

Restoring the truth is opposed by the foolish virgins

God used three church ages to restore the truth in an ongoing process. Martin Luther’s justification taught that we are saved by faith alone, and not by works. John Wesley restored sanctification. The seventh church age saw the restoration of the power of the Spirit in Pentecost and the revelation of the Bible mysteries by William Branham.

But in each of the three ages of restoration, the foolish virgins would move away from the restored truth and deny any further restoration and end the restoration for that age after each reformer died. The first denial was when the foolish virgins amongst the Lutherans denied the holiness campaign of the Methodists under John Wesley who preached strict holiness. The foolish virgins amongst the Methodists would be the second denial as they denied the Holy Spirit restoring the Pentecostal power and brother Branham restoring the revelation of the Bible truth. Following this unfortunate pattern in the 7th church age, the Pentecostals who possess the power of the Holy Spirit opposed the revelation of the Bible mysteries by brother Branham.

The last three church ages ended with denial. Today the saved foolish virgins in the message-churches complete the third denial that William Branham had to restore us back to the first church age.

MATTHEW 17:11   And Jesus answered and said unto them, Elias truly shall first come, and restore all things.

Elias is the Greek for Elijah.

Many message churches that rightfully claim to have Pentecostal power have drifted off into various unscriptural interpretations of his quotes. Thus they just form another branch of the Pentecostal movement that effectively sabotages the restoration of truth by denying that we have to be restored to the first church age beliefs.

So, there have been three denials of the three stages of restoration.

As a result, this is what the restoration of truth looks like from the point of view of the foolish virgins.

The whole process is incomplete because they do not aim to be restored back to the first church age.

Thus they believe things that are not written in Scripture.

Wrong doctrines such as "William Branham is infallible and is the Voice of God". The Angel of Revelation 10 has come down. A seven-year Tribulation. The Seven Seals have opened. The seven Thunders have uttered. They claim to know the new name of Jesus.

The cock will crow to announce the revealed Bible truth

After three denials it is time for the cock to crow again.

The cock crows when the Bride individuals can prove the truth from Scripture.

64-0823M  QUESTIONS  AND  ANSWERS.1

But those who can accept the Word in Its fullness,

not me preaching It, because It's the Bible says so.

Those who accept that is free, because the Word's already been judged.

AN EXPOSITION OF THE 7 CHURCH AGES. CHAPTER 9.  LAODICEAN CHURCH AGE

for a true prophet will always lead one to the Word and bind the people to Jesus Christ and he won't tell the people to fear him or what he says, but to fear what the Word says.

62-0318 THE  SPOKEN  WORD  IS  THE  ORIGINAL  SEED.2
Now, all these things I've said, if they don't jive with the Bible, or dovetail with God's Word, they're wrong, they're wrong,

65-0801   THE  GOD  OF  THIS  EVIL  AGE

… so that the peoples that has believed the Message

that the Lord Jesus has given me for this hour, might know what's taking place,

and placing it in the Scripture.

I THESSALONIANS 4:16   For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:

The voice of the Archangel performs the resurrection of the New Testament saints as described in Revelation Chapter 10.

So, what is the “shout”?

One month before he died and brother Branham was still looking for the “shout” in the future.

65-1127   I  HAVE  HEARD  BUT  NOW  I  SEE

Dear God, in this solemn moment, it's going to be a time like this when there really will be a clap of thunder someday, and the Son of God shall descend from the heavens with a shout, with the voice of the Archangel, and the trump of God, the dead in Christ shall rise.

The “shout” was not brother Branham proving his doctrines from Scripture. The “shout” is when the Bride individuals are able to prove brother Branham's doctrines from Scripture.

Then we will have been restored back to the beliefs of the early church and thus be ready for the resurrection of the New Testament saints.

REVELATION 18:1And after these things I saw another angel come down from heaven, having great power; and the earth was lightened with his glory.

:2And he cried mightily with a strong voice, saying, Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and is become the habitation of devils, and the hold of every foul spirit, and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird.62-1111  WHY I'M

The "shout" is when the Bride can prove her beliefs just from the Scriptures.

We need the help of a  powerful angelic message that condemns the elevated  Nicolaitan leadership of the church organizations. We will never withstand all the modern-day error in our own strength. We need angelic help to grant us true revelation of the Bible mysteries. Church leadership is in the wrong hands. A pastor was never put in charge of a church in the New Testament.

REVELATION 18:4   And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people,

Another voice means it is not the voice of William Branham.

Another voice is the inner voice of the Holy Spirit telling the individuals to get out of the church systems that have become a trap of unscriptural errors.
REVELATION 19:1   And after these things

I heard a great voice of much people in heaven, saying, Alleluia; Salvation, and glory, and honour, and power, unto the Lord our God:

62-1111  WHY  I'M  AGAINST  ORGANIZED  RELIGION

Notice, the 19th chapter is the next, "After these things."

Did you notice here in the 19th chapter, "After these things"? Watch what? After what?

After the Message of "Come out of her!"

"After these things," watch,

"is the shout of the Bride saints, with the Bridegroom,

going to the Marriage of the Lamb." How close are we then, brother? What's the last call? Come out of Babylon!

Now, my brethren, that's the reason I'm against it. It's unscriptural. It's unorthodox. It's been proven to be false. God is not in it, He never was, He never will be. Now, I ain't saying there's not people in these organizations, that's where the church was made up of.

But, as long as you stay into that system, you're a part of it.

Only when the Bride individuals have come out of all the churches will the "shout" happen as they prove their beliefs from Scripture.

That will be the second crowing of the cock or rooster.

and always search out what I say. If it isn't exactly with the Scripture, don't believe it

We think we are right but are actually wrong

MARK 14:31   But he spake the more vehemently, If I should die with thee, I will not deny thee in any wise. Likewise also said they all.

The more Jesus contradicted him, the more vehement Peter became.

The more the Bible criticizes and condemns today’s churches, the more vehement the church members are in defense of the churches. They will criticize the King James Bible but will not criticize either their church or their pastor.

Christians have a high opinion of themselves as servants of God. We make big claims with our mouths.

But Jesus, as the Word, contradicted those claims.

When we read the Word of God we do not find a single parable or prophecy concerning the end-time church that says anything good about the church.

The church has created an illusion of its success.

Rather like Russia had an illusion of military competence when it began its invasion of Ukraine in 2022.
