Leadership Part 2

The elevated office of a church leader is used to dominate and suppress the congregation to submit to his own opinions

If we keep asking for error then God will grant it

The Jews rejected the idea of God leading them through the prophet Samuel.

They wanted to be like other nations with a king who fought their battles for them.

This is a warning to us. If we keep asking for something that is wrong, then God will give us over to our deception. God realizes that deep down we have no love of truth.

II THESSALONIANS 2:10   And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.

:11   And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:

People always want a successful leader.

The Israelites were determined to have a king. They wanted to be like other people.
I SAMUEL 8:19   Nevertheless the people refused to obey the voice of Samuel; and they said, Nay; but we will have a king over us;

I SAMUEL 8:20   That we also may be like all the nations; and that our king may judge us, and go out before us, and fight our battles.

The Israelites wanted a king as their leader. God gave them their request but the king would do them much harm as he focused on his own self-importance. That takes attention away from God.

Eventually the people realized that in choosing a king they had sinned against God.

I SAMUEL 12:19   And all the people said unto Samuel, Pray for thy servants unto the LORD thy God, that we die not:

for we have added unto all our sins this evil, to ask us a king.

We are not going to be measured by how impressive our ceremonies and worship are. God judges us by how deeply we love His King James Bible truth.

II CORINTHIANS 10:12   For we dare not make ourselves of the number, or compare ourselves with some that commend themselves: but they measuring themselves by themselves, and comparing themselves among themselves, are not wise.

We must not try to commend ourselves. If we have any talents they were given to us by God and are therefore nothing that we can boast about.

Churches tend to compare themselves. People think that their church is bigger and better than another church. That their leader is more important than other church leaders. This is competitive Churchianity which is not wise at all. We should not be of that number.

We do not have to try to be better than others nor mimic their success.

Churches appoint a hierarchy to do the Christianity for the people. This is religion by imitation. It makes us second-hand Christians as we copy some person who has authority such as a Bishop, District Overseer, Pastor, Assistant Pastor, Youth Pastor, Song Leader.

Belonging to a church reduces our relationship with Jesus as we are always trying to conform to the church’s expectations and opinions instead of the Bible.

We do not have to make it happen.

It is not the group size, nor their impressive sacrifices, nor their successes that count.

MATTHEW 7:21   Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.

The double emphasis on “Lord” showed their impressive praise as they worshiped Him for saving them from hell. But that does not mean that they will make the Bride and escape great Tribulation. We can only be in God’s Will if we are strictly Scriptural.

MATTHEW 7:22   Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?

Notice the emphasis on Jesus being their Lord. That is praise indeed. Notice the miraculous answers to their prayers. Prophecies are very impressive and illuminating. Casting out demons is striking in its impact. Many miracles were performed which are riveting. Yet all this supernatural that attracts awe and respect did not make them right with God.

MATTHEW 7:23   And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.

They never understood the revealed mysteries of Scripture. The Bible is the Word of God which reveals the thoughts of God. They never understood God’s deeper thinking and that is why God never knew them.

They limited God to their own thinking, making a God in their own image.

So, God rejected them as He threw them into great Tribulation even though they were saved. The horror of great Tribulation will knock their unscriptural ideas out of them as they realize that their church leaders failed them.

It is obeying all the commandments in Scripture that is important.

JOHN 14:15   If ye love me, keep my commandments.

God’s grace is all we need when we are in His Will.

II CORINTHIANS 12:9   And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness.

The Pharisees thought that they were the children of Abraham in the flesh and were thus better than others.

Their mistake was that they forgot that it was Abraham’s faith in God that made him righteous. Abraham relied on his faith, not his flesh.

JOHN 6:63   It is the spirit that quickeneth;

the flesh profiteth nothing:

The Pharisees could not believe in Emmanuel, God with us. Worse still, they opposed Jesus Who is the Word of God.

Opposing the Word of God made them children of the Devil as they thus had no righteousness.

ROMANS 4:9   … for we say that faith was reckoned to Abraham for righteousness.

Christians can claim to be saved if they have repented and accepted Jesus as their personal Saviour.

That makes them part of the foolish virgins as there are 45000 different types of churches and denominations.

So, there is much error in the church circles.

Consequently, no prophecy of the end-time and no parable concerning the end-time says anything good about the end-time church. So, we must be very careful about claiming that we are in the Bride unless we can prove our beliefs just from the King James Bible.

When we choose a king then we reject God

We can learn about leadership from king Saul.

Saul had many advantages which made him stand out as a leader.

I SAMUEL 9:1   Now there was a man of Benjamin, whose name was Kish, the son of Abiel, the son of Zeror, the son of Bechorath, the son of Aphiah, a Benjamite, a mighty man of power.

Saul’s father Kish was a man of great power. Saul was thus born into a respected family.

I SAMUEL 9:2   And he had a son, whose name was Saul, a choice young man, and a goodly: and there was not among the children of Israel a goodlier person than he: from his shoulders and upward he was higher than any of the people.

Saul was well built with an impressive physique and handsome face. He was a big man who towered head-and-shoulders above the people. His imposing physical presence made him an obvious leader that people could look up to.

I SAMUEL 9:3   And the asses of Kish Saul's father were lost. And Kish said to Saul his son, Take now one of the servants with thee, and arise, go seek the asses.

An ass (or donkey) is a hard worker with big ears symbolizing a Christian person who can hear the Word of God with understanding. The ass is humble and small and unimpressive but can carry a big burden.

Saul had to seek the lost asses. That symbolizes the final church in the end-time that has lost the opportunity to gain the revelation of the deeper Bible mysteries. Thus, the church has lost the truth and is in much error, despite being saved. (That is why no end-time parable or end-time prophecy says anything good about the end-time church). A search is made to find this church that has lost the truth so that they can learn the revealed mysteries at the end time.

An ass is very important.

Abraham saddled an ass to sacrifice Isaac.

Jesus rode on an ass on Palm Sunday. That will forever make the ass the symbol of carrying the Word of God. The emphasis on humility rather than power.

Moses saddled an ass when he went to Egypt to oppose Pharaoh.

An ass saved Balaam when it avoided the angel that wanted to kill Balaam for his errors.

Satan however prefers the powerful and impressive horse. This show of power emphasizes the elevated office of the leader.

The office of the leader is used to suppress and dominate the people.

The people are then in subjection to the leader rather than being in subjection to God.

I SAMUEL 9:5   And when they were come to the land of Zuph, Saul said to his servant that was with him, Come, and let us return; lest my father leave caring for the asses, and take thought for us.

Saul’s father Kish, a powerful leader, would be more concerned about the welfare of his son Saul and thus lose interest in finding the lost asses. The problem with human leadership is  that they regard their personal problems and their family difficulties as being more important than the search to find an understanding of the revealed mysteries of Scripture that the churches have lost. We tend to lose interest in the search for Bible truth when we encounter personal predicaments that impact on our lives or a quandary that we must solve.

Nepotism is bad. It puts family concerns above the Word of God.

I SAMUEL 9:6   And he said unto him, Behold now, there is in this city a man of God, and he is an honourable man; all that he saith cometh surely to pass: now let us go thither; peradventure he can shew us our way that we should go.

The test of a true prophet is that what he says comes to pass. That is what is missing today. Major events like the 2020 coronavirus pandemic and the vicious invasion of Ukraine by Russia in 2022 that have both seriously increased the cost of living as well as increasing debt, caught us all by surprise. There were no prophets to warn us.

God has used true prophets in the past who could see into the future.

AMOS 3:7   Surely the Lord GOD will do nothing, but he revealeth his secret unto his servants the prophets.

I SAMUEL 9:9    (Beforetime in Israel, when a man went to enquire of God, thus he spake, Come, and let us go to the seer: for he that is now called a Prophet was beforetime called a Seer.)

But the day that the Israelites chose to have a human king rule over them was merely an indication that they had rejected God.

You cannot be ruled by God and a man.

When a man becomes your leader then you take your eyes off God.

I SAMUEL 10:19   And ye have this day rejected your God, who himself saved you out of all your adversities and your tribulations; and ye have said unto him, Nay, but set a king over us. Now therefore present yourselves before the LORD by your tribes, and by your thousands.

The New Testament had no priesthood between God and man.

Having a man between you and God just weakens your relationship with God.

If we rely on some leader to do our spiritual warfare for us, then we can never grow strong.

If we do not love the truth then God will change circumstances in such a way that they will be a strong delusion that fools us.

II THESSALONIANS 2:10   And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.

:11   And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:

:12   That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.

A leader uses reputation of a prophet for his own gain

The Philistines came to attack the Israelites who were scared. They asked the prophet Samuel to cry out to God to deliver them. Samuel agreed and offered up a burnt offering to God.

I SAMUEL 7:10   And as Samuel was offering up the burnt offering, the Philistines drew near to battle against Israel: but the LORD thundered with a great thunder on that day upon the Philistines, and discomfited them; and they were smitten before Israel.

As a result of Samuel’s intervention on their, behalf Israel won a big victory.

I SAMUEL 7:11   And the men of Israel went out of Mizpeh, and pursued the Philistines, and smote them, until they came under Bethcar.

I SAMUEL 7:12   Then Samuel took a stone, and set it between Mizpeh and Shen, and called the name of it Ebenezer, saying, Hitherto hath the LORD helped us.

Relying on the guidance of God conveyed through their prophet Samuel, Israel had always been able to secure God’s help and protection when it was needed.

I SAMUEL 7:13   So the Philistines were subdued, and they came no more into the coast of Israel: and the hand of the LORD was against the Philistines all the days of Samuel.

All Israel had to do was wait on God until He spoke to them through the prophet Samuel.

But then the Israelites grew impatient with waiting upon God and demanded a king and God gave then Saul.

I SAMUEL 11:7   And he [Saul] took a yoke of oxen, and hewed them in pieces, and sent them throughout all the coasts of Israel by the hands of messengers, saying,

Whosoever cometh not forth after Saul and after Samuel,

so shall it be done unto his oxen. And the fear of the LORD fell on the people, and they came out with one consent.

Saul did the right thing in attacking the Ammonites and defeating them.

But the seed of error was being sowed.

Saul had made the decision in his own anger without consulting Samuel.

After this great victory Saul was made king so it seemed that all was well for him to be made the leader.

In addition, as the leader, he was using the fear that the people had for the prophet Samuel in order to get them to follow himself.

Saul uses the fame of the prophet to call people to himself. Another error of leadership was that Saul had used threats. Force becomes a readily used weapon in the hands of human leaders who insist on having their own way.

God does not desire to force your choice as you must decide of your own free will.

JOSHUA 24:15   … choose you this day whom ye will serve;

Saul also mentioned himself before Samuel. This represented the weakness of the human-appointed leadership that the people wanted. A human leader took preference to the prophet.

60-0515  THE  REJECTED  KING

"Let every man that will not follow Samuel and Saul, let him, this ox be as this." Do you see how deceitful he tried to represent Himself with the man of God? How unchristian it was. The fear of the people was because of Samuel. But Saul got them all to follow him, because that the people feared Samuel. "Let them come after Samuel and Saul."

Message preachers make the same mistake. They claim to quote brother Branham to establish their own authority but often say things that he never said. They said that Hillary Clinton would win the 2016 American Presidential election, basing that claim on a misinterpreted quote of a beautiful woman ruling America. Hillary is not beautiful.

Many Message-preachers claim that the seven Thunders have uttered as if that is a quote of brother Branham. Brother Branham never said that.

Brother Branham did say he stood under the 1963 Cloud over Flagstaff in Arizona. But he was mistaken. He was 200 miles south of Flagstaff at Sunset Peak and was there eight days after the Cloud when those 7 angels came to him. But Message -preachers use his wrong quotes to support their false doctrines about this Cloud. And their people are too intimidated to argue as they have been taught that brother Branham is the Voice of God. There is no such Scripture in the New Testament.

God was their King but they wanted a human king

Rejecting God as their King was a great sin.

Humans struggle with faith and prefer a human leader that they can see rather than an invisible God.

But unscriptural human leadership would become corrupted and lead the people away from the Word of God, the King James Bible.

I SAMUEL 12:12    And when ye saw that Nahash the king of the children of Ammon came against you, ye said unto me, Nay; but a king shall reign over us: when the LORD your God was your king.

Humans do not want an invisible King Who speaks to us through His Word or through a prophet.

I SAMUEL 12:13   Now therefore behold the king whom ye have chosen, and whom ye have desired! and, behold, the LORD hath set a king over you.

But humans choose a leader who suits their way of thinking.

I SAMUEL 12:14   If ye will fear the LORD, and serve him, and obey his voice, and not rebel against the commandment of the LORD, then shall both ye and also the king that reigneth over you continue following the LORD your God:

Both the leader and the people must obey God’s Word if God is to accept them.

I SAMUEL 12:15    But if ye will not obey the voice of the LORD, but rebel against the commandment of the LORD, then shall the hand of the LORD be against you, as it was against your fathers.

Disobeying the Word of God will make God reject the people.

Demanding human leadership will lead to two mystery events that no human leader will be able to solve.

The mysterious harvest rain called the latter rain and the mysterious unwritten seven Thunders.

Harvest is pulling the seed off the dead plant. So all the churches have to die to the truth as they fail to understand the revealed mysteries of Scripture.

The harvest or latter rain ends with the Bride being pulled off the earth when they are caught up to meet the Lord in the air.

The seven Thunders will reveal how the living Bride can be changed into their new immortal bodies.

Those who follow one-man church leaders rather than a group of elders will not know what is going on. They will miss the Second Coming and then be killed in great Tribulation.

I SAMUEL 12:17   Is it not wheat harvest to day? I will call unto the LORD,

and he shall send thunder and rain;

that ye may perceive and see that your wickedness is great, which ye have done in the sight of the LORD, in asking you a king.

When the latter or harvest rain starts then the churches will realize how wrong they are.

Between 1947 and 1965 brother Branham from America revealed the hidden mysteries of Scripture. We have had about sixty years to learn how to understand the Bible and prove our beliefs from Scripture.

But all the churches have followed the Roman Catholic pattern of having one man as the head of the church. The deep Bible mysteries cannot be revealed in this denominational structure of an elevated human leader. Each church is limited by the ignorance of its leader.

Thus, we are living in the days of the former rain, the teaching rain. This is when small local groups, led by a group of elders, will be puzzling out the deeper Bible mysteries by following the quotes through the Bible.

Then the resurrection of the New Testament saints will occur.

Forty days after His resurrection, Jesus ascended to Heaven.

After the resurrection of the New Testament saints there will be about 40 days during which the seven Thunders will utter their voices to show the living Bride how to change their bodies into immortal bodies. That will be the time of the latter or harvest rain. There will be no time for one-man church leadership then. Each individual will have to find their own revelation during those turbulent and strange events. The angels can only help those who are Scriptural.

MATTHEW 13:39   … the harvest is the end of the world; and the reapers are the angels.

I SAMUEL 12:18   So Samuel called unto the LORD; and the LORD sent thunder and rain that day: and all the people greatly feared the LORD and Samuel.

The latter rain and the seven Thunders will be a fearful time.

The seven Thunders will be a staggering revelation

63-0318  THE  FIRST  SEAL

But think, now he wrote this, but when he started to write those other seven thunders, he said, "Don't write it." He'd been commissioned to write everything he seen. But when these seven thunders over in Revelations 10 uttered, he said, "Don't write them at all." They're mysteries. We don't know what they are yet; but my opinion they'll be revealed right away. And when it do, it'll give faith for that rapturing grace for that Church to move out. We just move through everything that we know of; through all the dispensations we've watched everything. We've seen the mysteries of God. We've seen the appearing of the--of the great gathering together of the Bride in the last days, but yet there's something in there that we just can't lighten ourself with. There's something another. But I imagine when them mysteries begins to come forth... God said, "Hold it back now. Wait a minute. I'll reveal it in that day.

Don't write it at all, John, 'cause they'll stagger over it.

Just let it go. But I'll reveal it in that day when it has need to done."

I SAMUEL 12:19   And all the people said unto Samuel, Pray for thy servants unto the LORD thy God, that we die not: for we have added unto all our sins this evil, to ask us a king.

Those who follow a king, symbolizing a one-man church leader, will die in great Tribulation as they will miss the Lord’s Coming. Jesus is the only Head of any church. No man can stand in that position.

Wanting a human king was evil for the Israelites.

Wanting a human head of a church is completely wrong for any church.

Our final futures depend on our individual ability to comprehend the resurrection of the dead saints and our ability to recognize the seven mysterious Thunders when they utter.

The Angel does not come down to reveal the mysteries

REVELATION 10:1   And I saw another mighty angel come down from heaven, clothed with a cloud: and a rainbow was upon his head, and his face was as it were the sun, and his feet as pillars of fire:

The rainbow was a sign of God’s covenant in Noah’s day. The seven main colours were a sign that all the flesh on the earth would not be destroyed by water again.

This is the Angel of the Covenant Who is Jesus as the Archangel Michael. He thus promised that through seven church ages He would ensure that the flood of false church doctrines would not destroy all spiritual life on earth. There would be a Bride in each church age that would manage to serve God by following the Bible truths that God revealed for each age.

REVELATION 10:2   And he had in his hand a little book open: and he set his right foot upon the sea, and his left foot on the earth,

63-0623   STANDING  IN  THE  GAP

And at the sounding of the seventh angel's Message, all the mysteries of God would be made known. Then come seven mysterious thunders.

The end-time prophet reveals the mysteries of the written Word. This opens the Book (the Bible) so that the Bride can read the Scriptures with understanding. Only after the written mysteries are revealed will the seven Thunders utter.

Thus, the mighty Angel does not come down to open the Book.

The Angel comes down because the Book has been opened to the Bride.

He will only come down when the Bride individuals are able to read the Bible with understanding.

62-12 30   SIRS IS THIS THE SIGN OF THE END
The other angels was messengers, men of the earth. But this Angel... But this One didn't come from the earth;
He come down from heaven, BECAUSE the mystery is all finished.
And when the mystery is finished, the Angel said, "Time shall be no more," and seven thunders throwed their voices out.

*The Angel only comes down after all the mysteries have been revealed.

Brother Branham knew how to prove his beliefs from Scripture.

Now the Bride individuals must be able to prove those beliefs from Scripture for themselves.

63-0320 THE  THIRD  SEAL

... the seventh angel, when he sounds, all the mysteries of God should be finished up by his sounding.

Then after it's revealed, the Angel come down from heaven, which was Christ

...  And then goes on and said, in the day just before these seven thunders, all the mysteries here are revealed.

63-01-12  INFLUENCE

We're told, in Revelation 10, that there'll be a messenger in the last day, will gather up these little ends and will bring them together.

And then the mystery of God would be finished, at the sounding of this angel,

which was a messenger of the earth.

Then One came down from Heaven,

with His hands up, rainbow over His head, and swore that there would be time no more;

The Angel comes down to perform the resurrection

REVELATION 10:3   And

cried with a loud voice,

as when a lion roareth: and when he had cried, seven thunders uttered their voices.

“Cried with a loud voice”  meant that there was the  resurrection of Lazarus.

JOHN 11:43   And when he thus had spoken, he

cried with a loud voice,

Lazarus, come forth.

“When he had cried” refers to the resurrection of the Old Testament saints

REVELATION 10:3   And cried with a loud voice, as when a lion roareth: and

when he had cried,

seven thunders uttered their voices.

MATTHEW 27:50   Jesus,

when he had cried

again with a loud voice, yielded up the ghost.

The torn veil indicated the end of the Law.

:51   And, behold, the veil of the temple was rent in twain from the top to the bottom; and the earth did quake, and the rocks rent;

There was a mighty earthquake as the Old Testament saints resurrected.

MATTHEW 27:52   And the graves were opened; and many bodies of the saints which slept arose,

We can expect a mighty earthquake similar in destruction to the sinking of Los Angeles when the New Testament saints are resurrected.

MATTHEW 27:53   And came out of the graves after his resurrection, and went into the holy city, and appeared unto many.

The resurrected saints will speak to many people.

So, the two expressions “cried with a loud voice” and “when he had cried” in Revelation 10:3 both refer to a resurrection. This is the roar of triumph of the Lion of the tribe of Judah. Life from the dead.

The 7 Thunders utter after the resurrection

REVELATION 10:3   And cried with a loud voice, as when a lion roareth: and

when he had cried, seven thunders uttered their voices.

"When he had cried" refers to the resurrection.

Thus, the seven Thunders utter after the resurrection.

And "cried with a loud voice" refers to a resurrection.

The midnight cry to the ten virgins, their wake-up call, will be at the time of the resurrection.

A woman represents a church.

All the women are fast sleep means that all the church people are fast asleep, complacently unaware of their church errors.

MATTHEW 25:5   While the bridegroom tarried, they all slumbered and slept.

MATTHEW 25:6    And at midnight there was a cry made, Behold, the bridegroom cometh; go ye out to meet him.

The cry represents a massive earthquake and its financial repercussions at the time of the resurrection of the New Testament saints. Few things will wake the churches up faster than a severe financial jolt. When they awake they realize that all the churches, including the Message churches, are false traps of deception and they have to get out.

In the physical chaos of the aftermath of the massive earthquake, few will be able to take their attention off the physical disaster that accompanies the earthquake. Only those few will focus their attention on the mysterious voices of the seven Thunders.

REVELATION 10:4   And when the seven thunders had uttered their voices, I was about to write: and I heard a voice from heaven saying unto me, Seal up those things which the seven thunders uttered, and write them not.

The seven Thunders were never written. Brother Branham came to reveal the written mysteries of Scripture. Thus, until the resurrection happens, we will not know what the seven Thunders are nor will we know what they say.

But they will show us how to change into our immortal bodies so that we can be caught up to meet the Lord in the air. Our present bodies cannot do that.

The 7 Thunders utter during the 40 days between the resurrection and the Coming of the Lord. This is the time of the harvest rain or latter rain.

The harvest is when the seed is pulled off the dead plant. The Bride is pulled up off the earth to meet the Lord in the air.

I THESSALONIANS 4:17   Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.

The latter rain or harvest rain only lasts for a month

People have always opposed the Word of the Lord.

JEREMIAH 5:23   But this people hath a revolting and a rebellious heart; they are revolted and gone.

Church people are scared to stand up for the Bible when It disagrees with what the church leaders say.

JEREMIAH 5:24   Neither say they in their heart, Let us now fear the LORD our God, that giveth rain, both the former and the latter, in his season: he reserveth unto us the appointed weeks of the harvest.

The time of the harvest rain will be measured in weeks.

It is during this time that the seven Thunders will utter their mysterious voices.

The teaching rain or former rain began in 1947 when Israel was declared a nation by the United Nations if they were prepared to fight five Arab armies for their independence. That was a major sign of the end times. The Jews back in their homeland after almost 2000 years. They resurrected the Hebrew language from the dead.

In 1947 brother Branham began revealing the mysteries of the written Scripture.

In 1947 three scientists in America invented the transistor. This became the basis for computer chips and modern electronics. That developed into the internet which can carry Bible truths to the ends of the earth.

Finally, the teaching rain or former rain overlaps with the harvest latter rain for a few weeks during the 40 days between the resurrection of the New Testament saints and the catching up of the Bride to meet the Lord in the air.

During this teaching rain pastors will dominate their churches with their unscriptural interpretations of the quotes.

Bible teachers who prove the quotes from Scripture will be opposed and condemned by the pastor-dominated churches. As a result, Bible-illiteracy flourishes in the churches.

God sees a day as being 1000 years.

II PETER 3:8   But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.

HOSEA 6:2   After two days will he revive us: in the third day he will raise us up, and we shall live in his sight.

Hosea prophesied for 60 years from about 785 BC to about 725 BC.

785 BC to AD 215 = 1000 years which is one day.

AD 215 to 1215 = 1000 years which is the second day.

So, God promised to raise up the Jews some time after AD 1215. This third day will end about  2215.

We now know that God got the United Nations to start this process in 1947.

We can safely expect the Lord to return before the end of the third day. Before 2215.

HOSEA 6:3   Then shall we know, if we follow on to know the LORD: his going forth is prepared as the morning; and he shall come unto us as the rain, as the latter and former rain unto the earth.

The latter rain or harvest rain will be very brief as it will coincide with the last month of the former rain or teaching rain.

We will have a lot to learn from the 7 Thunders in order to change our bodies so that we can defy gravity as we are caught up. Gravity is the one force that scientists cannot explain.

JOEL 2:23   Be glad then, ye children of Zion, and rejoice in the LORD your God: for he hath given you the former rain moderately, and he will cause to come down for you the rain, the former rain, and the latter rain in the first month.

Thus, the 7 Thunders will utter in the space of about one month during that 40-day period.

We will need a much deeper Scriptural insight if we are to puzzle out what the 7 Thunders utter.

In addition, the latter rain or harvest rain only starts once the New Testament saints have been resurrected from the dead. Thus the living Bride can be expected to receive visits from the resurrected saints. But they will be strictly Scriptural. We are supposed to turn back to the beliefs of the New Testament church so that we can recognize them when they speak.

They will condemn any church that has a pastor as the head of the church. That never happened in the New Testament.

They will condemn any church that says the seven Thunders have uttered. Because the seven Thunders only utter after the resurrection.

They will condemn any church that believes in the unscriptural Christmas, 25 December, Good Friday, or Easter Monday.

Luke 16 has a parable of a rich man who died and went to hell. He begged Abraham to send someone to warn his five brothers on earth of their impending fate.

Abraham gave a chilling answer.

If people cannot believe the Bible when they are alive, then even if one came back from the dead they would still not be able to believe the Bible.

LUKE 16:30    And he said, Nay, father Abraham: but if one went unto them from the dead, they will repent.

LUKE 16:31   And he said unto him, If they hear not Moses and the prophets, neither will they be persuaded, though one rose from the dead.

That means if we cannot understand the Bible when we read the verses now, then we will be unable to read and understand the Bible even when the dead rise. We will spend our time arguing with them instead of learning from them. Then they will be caught up and we will be left behind.

What we then desperately need is an understanding of the mysteries of Scripture so that we will be able to understand the resurrected dead when they meet us.

“The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you.” — 1 Corinthians 16:23
