Klu Klux Klan

The Klu Klux Klan has a bad track record of racial hatred. They paid for brother Branham’s hospital operation when he was badly injured as a young man.

Their kindness made it impossible for brother Branham to just openly condemn them, but he did preach against racial hatred. He believed that all race groups are children of God.

Now to the subject, now, I have been through these years, and this tabernacle has stood. Though, I was ordained in a Missionary Baptist church, by Doctor Roy E. Davis, about thirty-three years ago, here in Jeffersonville. Now I, since then, I was in the organization just a short time, a few months,

until something come up that was unscriptural by the church, and I told him I could not go that.

And so I was, course, asked to "do it or else," and I elsed. So that was one thing that I believe, that this is God's Word. And I said to the man which was a master teacher, "If you will show me that in God's Word!"

"But it was," he said, "that's our teaching."

I said, "But I want it out of the Word, see, God's Word."

Roy Davis was in the Klu Klux Klan and was pastor of a Baptist church. When Roy Davis contradicted Scripture, then brother Branham left him.

That's exactly how I broke away from the Missionary Baptists. Doctor Roy E. Davis, how many ever heard him? Sure, you did, see.

He wanted to ordain some women preachers,

and I said, "No, sir. As an elder," I said, "I cannot do that, consciously. It's against the Word of God."

Brother Branham left Roy Davis over the issue of women preachers. How much more would he disagree with Roy Davis if Davis tried to introduce the racial hatred of the Klu Klux Klan to which he belonged.

Brother Branham can obviously not forget that the Klu Klux Klan saved his life by enabling him to go to the hospital for surgery.

Bad people can help God's people. Two heathens had a dream and an interpretation which told Gideon that he was going to attack and win the battle.

The white people was just as primitive as the native of Africa is now, worse perhaps. Remember, two thousand years ago we were naked tribesmen out there with a bow and arrow and a stone axe for hunting (That's exactly right.), we Anglo-Saxon people. That's exactly right. So which was which?

I'll tell you the ones today that's cursed is the one that refuses Jesus Christ.

Klu Klux Klan (KKK) claims that the curse on Ham was to make his descendants black. Brother Branham denied that.

God has made of all nations, one blood. Exactly. Every one of us come off of that same tree of life to Almighty God. Whether you're yellow, brown, black, or whatever you are, we are one blood. Ask your doctor, now, if that's right. White, colored, no matter who you are, brown, or whatever you are, don't make any difference. Chinese, Japanese, Negro, whatever you may be, don't have one thing to do with it. You got the same blood.

God made all nations of one blood. This contradicts KKK idea of the racial superiority of the whites.

Brother Branham sees no problem with a white marrying a black. Totally opposite to Klu Klux Klan doctrine.

Sometime ago, an outstanding thing come to my memory. In the years gone by, in the Southlands, they used to sell slaves, the colored race of people, the negro that came from Africa, that the Hollanders brought over and sold for slaves. It was a pitiful thing. I'm certainly with Abraham Lincoln, that God never intended any man to be a slave. God made man; man made slaves. They're trying to make it tonight, not only over the colored race, but the races of the world, every man in every nation trying to take the rest of them in slavery. God made man free, a free creature under God, to worship Him.

Now, they used to take those poor people and auction them off and have markets. Sometime ago, down in Louisiana, I saw one of the original old bull pens they used to have. Where they would take those men and put them in there, and stand them on an auction block, and auction them off,

Brother Branham was totally opposed to slavery. The Klu Klux Klan wanted to continue suppressing the negro people.

Brother Branham never publicly condemned the Klu Klux Klan but he did publicly oppose all their basic beliefs.

Conspiracy Theories that involve the Freemasons

Building cathedrals became very popular around AD 900 as a way for people to express their faith in God. They decided to serve God by building cathedrals. If they built big cathedrals then God would be impressed. So they thought.

This desire for big buildings to impress God died down when the Reformation started in 1520 as Martin Luther taught people to get saved by grace through faith. Doing great works of building saved nobody.

Originally, Freemasons were simply a guild of stone masons who built cathedrals.

The Regius Poem, or Halliwell Manuscript, contains the earliest reference to Freemasons and was published in 1390.

When the cathedral building stopped, the Freemasons formed a secret society that began in London in 1717. Their claim to hold deep occult secrets attracted many famous people.

Starting over 1000 years after the beginning of the New Testament church means that the Freemasons came on the scene too late to be that antichrist spirit that was in the church right from the beginning.

I JOHN 2:18  Little children, it is the last time: and as ye have heard that antichrist shall come, even now are there many antichrists; whereby we know that it is the last time.

That antichrist spirit was right from the beginning.

The Roman Catholic church is the only modern-day institution that was there from the beginning of church history as they claim that St Peter was the first Pope.

The Popes claimed political power and a vast system of money collection plus the military power to persecute and kill the opponents of their religious deception.

Thus it is the Roman Catholic church that will finally rule the world, not the Freemasons or any other secret society.

Within the Freemason group, Masons disagreed passionately about mysterious rites and procedures, splitting into rival branches based on their beliefs. They also broke up into separate groups on issues of religion, race, and gender. Were women worthy to be admitted to the great mysteries? Were Jewish or Black people?

The London Lodge believed in a Supreme Being Who is never given a name.

Just as the church has divided into many different denominations, so the Freemasons are divided into many different Lodges. There is no one belief amongst the Freemasons, they have various beliefs. And each Lodge can make up its own rules.

Freemasons are a secret society that has a reputation for discriminating against black people.

In recent years, Masonry in general has fallen into decline and growing irrelevance. The need to build up their numbers has seen Masons move away from discrimination.

However, famous African American Jazz musician Duke Ellington was a Freemason.

Another famous African American musician and singer who was a Freemason was Nat King Cole.

WC Handy, Dizzy Gillespie, Count Basie, and Lionel Hampton were famous African American Jazz musicians who were also Freemasons.

A famous African American world heavyweight champion boxer ‘Smokin’ Joe Frazier was a Freemason.

Civil rights activist and Baptist pastor Reverend Jesse Jackson is Master Mason of the Prince Hall Freemasonry, a sect that parted with mainstream Grand Lodges over racial tension.

But Freemasonry remains segregated in about 10 of the Southern States of America.

The Grand Lodge of England claims to be religious and believes in a Supreme being. ut the Grand Orient of France regards itself as being atheistic.

Thus, Freemasons come in different varieties, just like the COVID-19 virus.

Most Lodges maintain harmony amongst their members by refusing to allow them to discuss politics or religion.

Freemasons are not Scriptural

Freemasons can be religious or atheists.

Thus, they are not Christians as they accept any religion.

In the center of their temple room is a large altar. Brent Morris, a mathematician by trade and editor of the Scottish Rite Journal, tells Robert Siegel that when a Masonic meeting is open, a volume of sacred law is open representing God's revelation to man.

"When a man becomes a member," Morris says, "he is asked to place his hand upon the book that he considers binding on his conscience." The temple has copies of the Bible, the Bhagavad-Gita, the Old Testament, the Zend-Avesta, the Sutras and the Quran.

"This, we figured, will cover 99.9 percent of members," Morris says. "And if it doesn't, we'll get whatever's needed."

Brother Branham taught us only to believe in the King James Version of the Bible.

Freemasonry is spiritual, but Not a religion

The rites inside the temple are at some level spiritual, and though they are related to religion, Freemasonry is not a religion.

Morris explains that when the group was organized from a stonemasons' guild in 1717, its members adopted the radical proposition that men of different faiths can agree on God's existence as long as they do not give God a name.

This is totally contrary to Scripture where God emphasizes His name.

EXODUS 20:7  Thou shalt not take the name of the LORD thy God in vain;

COLOSSIANS 3:17  And whatsoever ye do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father by him.

They refer to God as the Supreme Being but give Him no name.

Some claim that they use the name Jahbulon. This is just a man-made name. Completely unscriptural.

However, they never mention the name of Jesus Christ. They leave out the name of Jesus when quoting a Scripture.

Brother Branham totally opposes that attitude as he stressed the name of Jesus Christ.

They practice good works and community service whereby they hope to gain salvation.

Their doctrine is Universalism which means that all people will eventually be saved. Salvation through good works.

‘Freemasonry,’ we are told by J. S. M. Ward, ‘has taught that each man can, by himself, work out his own conception of God and thereby achieve salvation’ (Freemasonry: Its Aims and Ideals, p. 187).

Brother Branham totally disagrees with these ideas.

You can only get saved by grace through faith and not by works.

Masons have to swear secret oaths but this is against Scripture.

Brother Branham taught us to be Scriptural and thus not to swear oaths.

MATTHEW 5:33  Again, ye have heard that it hath been said by them of old time, Thou shalt not forswear thyself, but shalt perform unto the Lord thine oaths:

MATTHEW 5:34  But I say unto you, Swear not at all; neither by heaven; for it is God's throne:

Brother Branham was opposed to all those ideas that are involved in Freemasonry.

Only Rome can rule the world not the Freemasons

Conspiracy theorists claim that Freemasons wish to rule the world.

Politically, the Masons cannot rule the world as the world is broken up into various strong countries like Russia, China, India, Europe, Canada, Japan, Iran, and America. They can never rule all those countries, much less the rest of the world.

Masonic secrecy often inspired opposition to the Freemason society and caused people to imagine that Freemasons want to be world rulers.

Freemasonry is beset with conspiracy theories and rumours partly because of their mysterious initiation ceremony which is weird but not sinful. They also have secret handshakes which are strange but not illegal.

With its strange and mysterious initiation ceremonies, ancient terminology, and secret handshakes, plus a whole raft of conspiracy theories about its inner workings, it is little surprise the society has long been shrouded in mystery and viewed with suspicion.

They are regarded by many as being a secret society that has money and political power to sway world events.

At that point, brother Branham disagrees with the ability of the Freemasons if it is their intention to rule or dominate the world. They cannot achieve that as brother Branham taught us from Scripture that it is the Pope who will be the final man of sin, the son of perdition.

The Freemasons cannot rule the world because when brother Branham revealed the first four Seals it showed that ruling the world requires religious deception, political power, big money, and then military might.

By allowing members to belong to any religion, the Freemasons have no definite false religion like the Roman Catholic church that has fooled the world with their unscriptural Christmas, 25 December, Good Friday, and the nameless Trinity God. Plus the Roman Catholic denominational tradition of elevating one man to be in charge of each church instead of a group of local elders. This Nicolaitan system was readily copied by the Protestant churches.

The only person who will achieve rulership of the world will be the final Pope. The Protestants have already believed many Roman Catholic unscriptural doctrines as they form the image of the Roman Catholic denominational beast. The final man of sin will be Satan’s superman who will somehow usurp the position of Pope in the Vatican, the world's smallest country, which is Daniel's "little horn".

The final Pope will not be voted in by the Council of Cardinals but he will somehow flatter his way in to seize power.

DANIEL 11:21  And in his estate shall stand up a vile person, to whom they shall not give the honour of the kingdom: but he shall come in peaceably, and obtain the kingdom by flatteries.

The succession of Popes is called the Beast as the Pope is the figurehead of the Roman Catholic church.

REVELATION 17:8  … when they behold the beast that was, and is not, and yet is.

Peter is claimed to be the first Pope. Thus, the Pope always was, right from the beginning of the church.

Then the Pope dies “and is not”.

But the Pope “yet is” because a new Pope is elected.

The beast is the spirit that makes people want to worship some human being as God. The Roman Catholic church controls this spirit by encouraging the worship of Mary and praying to the dead saints. Which is a form of spiritism. Since 1302 the Roman Catholic church has claimed that you cannot be saved unless you are in complete submission to the Pope. In 1870 they declared the Pope to be infallible. Only God is infallible. So that grants the Pope the title of “Vicarius Christi”, in the place of Christ. Nobody can be higher than that.

By becoming head of the Roman Catholic church he will take over the biggest organization of religious deception on earth as that will give him 1.4 billion Catholic members.

The Roman Catholic church is also the world’s wealthiest organization. Especially when the final Pope makes a covenant with the Jews for their vast Stock Exchange money.

The Catholic church is also deeply involved in politics. Pope John Paul 2 played a major role in defeating Communism in his country of birth, Poland. The biggest gathering of world leaders in history was at the funeral of Pope John Paul 2. Thus, the final man of sin will fool the Protestants into his modified Roman Catholic system as the united Protestants form the image of the beast.

The final Pope will thus inherit big money, religious deception with his 1.4 billion Catholics, and political clout. Being a religious leader, he has followers in every country. Political leaders can only have followers in their own country.

Freemasons have a maximum amount of about 6 million members. Their wealth is a tiny fraction of the Vatican's wealth because the Vatican has to pay no taxes.

Military might is needed to rule the world

REVELATION 17:12  And the ten horns which thou sawest are ten kings, which have received no kingdom as yet; but receive power as kings one hour with the beast.

These ten countries did not exist 2000 years ago in John’s day.

They receive power “as kings”. They are not crowned kings but they have a king’s power. So, they are dictators.

REVELATION 17:13  These have one mind, and shall give their power and strength unto the beast.

The final Pope will get his military power and strength from ten dictators. That will enable him to take over the world.

That is the fundamental weakness of the Freemasons and any other secret society. Lack of worldwide military strength.

America has proved that you cannot conquer the world as a single nation. In the deserts of Iraq and in the mountains of Afghanistan the American military, the world’s best, reached the limits of what it could achieve. A huge problem is that it takes about 6 months to move an army to another part of the world. There is a limit to how far a single nation can spread its military forces out.

Ukraine is the biggest country in Europe. In 2022 the Russian military struggled for 6 months to occupy 20% of Ukraine. Thus one country cannot conquer the world.

The final Pope or man of sin has a cleverer tactic. He will use the military strength of 10 dictators who are scattered around the world. Thus, none of them will have to move far when their military intervenes in their local area.

Freemasons cannot gain and control the military strength that is needed to conquer the world.

Freemason meetings would not impress brother Branham as drinking alcohol is allowed.

Masons have many meals shared together to discuss business where drinking of alcohol is allowed and they play cards together.

Brother Branham disagrees with the drinking and the card playing.

They emphasize socializing, self-improvement, charity giving, and community service.

Many good works are done by Freemasons which nobody can object to, such as when they build hospitals, schools, and old age homes for their community service.

But these good works cannot lead to salvation.

They look to these Lodge meetings to make friendships and business associates.

Usually, religion and politics cannot be discussed as the Lodge desires harmony.

Freemasons can be believers in any religion.

God, is also referred to as the Father, or the Supreme Being, or the Grand Architect of the Universe. He has no name.

Thus, the God of Freemasonry is not the God of the Bible.

Brother Branham revealed Jesus Christ as the God of the Bible.

They have secret signs and secret meetings which make them feel important.

The Bible encourages us to die to ourselves.

The main accusation against them is that they are a secret society that aims to rule the world.

This will never happen as the Bible reveals that the Catholic church will rise to world dominion.

The Catholic church will end up ruling America and taking that nation to ruin according to a vision that brother Branham saw.

In 1933, this is a woman's nation. It's the number thirteen. It appears in the thirteenth chapter of Revelation: thirteen stars, thirteen stripes, thirteen... Everything's a thirteen. Everything is a woman. And remember, THUS SAITH THE LORD there will be a woman rule before the end time. She'll either be President, Vice President,

or it'll be the Catholic church as a woman.

I've seen her: A great woman,

the nation bowed to her. It'll be one before the end time.

though I knew it could possibly be a vision of some woman rising in great power in America due to a popular vote by women.

There is too vast a gap between the Freemasons and the beliefs of William Branham for him to be involved with the Masons.

Freemasonry Supports Religion

Freemasonry is far from indifferent toward religion. Without interfering in religious practice, it expects each member to follow his own faith and to place his Duty to God above all other duties. Its moral teachings are acceptable to all religions.

The Bible does not allow each member to follow his own faith.

Brother Branham taught us that we must be strictly Scriptural if we are to serve God.

Every Christian is obliged by the Bible to return back to the beliefs of the first church age.

Brother Branham restored the fact that the name of God is the Lord Jesus Christ.

Thus, it would be impossible for brother Branham to be involved with the Freemasons. Their differences are just too vast.
