God wanted to rest for 1000 years as His Sabbath

The Holy Spirit baptism is God's Promise

that reveals the Bible mysteries to us.

Understanding the Bible guides us so that we are able to live within the boundaries of God's revealed Word for our church age. That is our true land.

“Sabbath” means rest.

ACTS 2:38   Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.

:39     For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call.

JOHN 16:13   Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth:

A Day with God is as 1000 years.

Man only appeared on the sixth Day, so God did not have to use human days when He got the earth ready for man. God worked for six of His 1000-year Days.

Then God’s seventh Day of rest was a 1000-year long period of time. This was the first Sabbath of rest.

Sometime in that 1000-year seventh Day, Adam and Eve fell and the seventh Day of rest was never completed. Adam, the son of God, and his bride failed to fulfill the 1000-year Day of rest.

The first Exodus had the Jews leaving Egypt and travelling to the Promised Land of Israel.

This involved receiving and obeying the Law of God. Part of the Law was the Sabbath day of rest, doing no work on a Saturday.

But their real rest would have been their rest from sin if they had accepted Jesus as their Messiah. Then they would have lived with Him as he established the 1000-year Kingdom of Peace, with the Jews ruling the earth. But the Jews rejected Jesus and killed Him. So, they failed to find their real rest.

The second exodus was the church coming out of the Jews. The first church age was launched with the Holy Ghost baptism on the Day of Pentecost. Born again of the Holy Spirit they could start their journey by finding rest from their sin and unbelief. The first church was supposed to stay with the doctrine of the apostles whereby the New Testament was added to the Old Testament. By staying with this faith that was once delivered to the saints, they would be ready for the Second Coming of the Lord. Then they would be part of His 1000-year Kingdom of Peace. That would fulfill the seventh Day of rest that had never been fulfilled. But, after the apostles died, each church wanted a human leader instead of a group of elders.

I PETER 5:1
The elders which are among you I exhort, who am also an elder, and a witness of the sufferings of Christ, and also a partaker of the glory that shall be revealed:

:2   Feed the flock of God which is among you,

taking the oversight thereof, not by constraint, but willingly; not for filthy lucre, but of a ready mind;

Unscriptural doctrines entered the church that fell into the superstitious ideas of the awful Dark Ages. So, the church eventually fell away from the doctrines of the apostles and failed to find rest in the savage slaughter of tens of millions of believers who opposed the Roman Catholic church.

The Reformation started with Martin Luther preaching salvation by grace through faith. John Wesley preached holiness and outreach which led to the great missionary age. Pentecost restored the gifts of the Spirit. Then the church split into 45000 different denominations and churches. So, we are now in the third exodus to come out of the unscriptural churches and get back to the beliefs of the early apostles.

We find our rest from unbelief (which is the main sin) only when we are able to understand the mysteries of the King James Bible. Brother Branham revealed the Bible mysteries so that we could believe like the first church age. That alone will prepare us for the Second Coming of Jesus.

We are on a spiritual journey out of the darkness and unbelief of the Dark Ages. On this exodus out of all the paganism that has corrupted the church. The Lord wants to clean up our lives and reveal the mysteries of the King James Bible to us. Our rest starts with the Holy Ghost baptism which is intended to make us rest from sin. Then, when we are restored to the apostolic truth of the first church, the Bride will receive a glorified body at the end of the seventh church age. That will enable them to live through the 1000-year Kingdom of Peace which will fulfill God's original Plan for His seventh Day Sabbath of rest.

The penalty for sin is that we must die within 1000 years, which is one of God's Days. The longest lived was Methuselah, who made 969.

GENESIS 2:17   But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it:

for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die.

Once the Bride, in their glorified bodies, have lived through the 1000 years of Peace, that will be proof that they are free of the penalty of sin. Then, in their sinless bodies they will live for eternity. They will be completely at rest as not even death will hurt them.

The 1000-year Kingdom of Peace and rest was the original Sabbath of God. It was messed up by Adam, the son of God and His bride.

But it will be fulfilled by the Son of God, Jesus, and His Bride during the Millennium.

We can easily miss the Sabbath of Rest promised by God

HEBREWS 4:1   Let us therefore fear, lest, a promise being left us of entering into his rest, any of you should seem to come short of it.

What a beautiful picture it is today, when we look at the Church and see the Church in its condition, every man that's born of the Spirit of God despises the world. "And if you love the world or the things of the world, the love of God is not even in you." That's what the Bible said. And the real pilgrim, on his road, simply hates the things of the world. He hates to see men drinking. He hates to see men smoking. He hates to see women on the street, with them little old dirty clothes on. He hates to see buncos and card parties.

…   I want you to remember, that, unless we find out, unless God has revealed it to us! No matter how much we go to church, that has nothing to do with it. God must come by revelation and reveal Hisself to us, that takes all the things of the world out.

… What is the Gospel? The good news. The good news came to them in Egypt, that, "God has sent a deliverer, and He's going to bring us out and take us to the promised land."

The good news to us now, that, "God has sent a Deliverer, the Holy Ghost, and we're on the road to the promised Land." Now people has made it creeds and denominations, but God still remains, that,

our Rest is "the Holy Ghost."

We have to believe every word in the King James Bible.

PROVERBS 30:5   Every word of God is pure:

Without faith in the complete Bible, we cannot please God. Our faith has to rest on the perfection of God’s Word.

Every "mistake" that we think is in the King James Bible simply corrupts our faith.

HEBREWS 4:2   For unto us was the gospel preached, as well as unto them: but the word preached did not profit them, not being mixed with faith in them that heard it.

They seen the miracles of Moses. They said, "That's pretty good." And they walked over. They, they seen him perform miracles. And they seen the Pillar of Fire, maybe, or heard them talk about It. "Oh, that's all right."

But it wasn't mixed with personal faith. For as soon as they got to the wilderness, they (every one) begin to murmur. And God said, "Because that they doubted, it was sin."

Don't doubt nothing. Believe. Don't doubt, no matter how hard the case is, believe It.

Now they begin to murmur, and God overthrowed them. And then He swore, in His wrath, that, "They should never enter into His Rest."

HEBREWS 4:3   For we which have believed do enter into rest, as he said, As I have sworn in my wrath, if they shall enter into my rest: although the works were finished from the foundation of the world.

"My rest".  It is God's rest not our rest. We can only enter God's rest under God's conditions.

Job knew that he was righteous.

Not because he was a good man, but because He was accepting the burnt-offering in his stead.

… And, tonight, we know that his life proved out that he was righteous. And when you are not trying to get home to Glory because you try to help your neighbor; that's good. Not because you join church; that's good.

But you get home to Glory because you accept the righteousness of Jesus Christ, nothing that you've done yourself.

…  we're going to get down on that and show that God doesn't favor any denomination. That's right. He only favors the individual. And He doesn't deal with any denomination, He never did and He never will, according to His Word.

But He deals with the individuals in every denomination. Yes, it's individuals God deals with.

God rested from His own works

We too  must rest from our own works of sin and the unbelief of our man-made church traditions.

God had a Sabbath Day that was 1000 years long.

HEBREWS 4:4   For he spake in a certain place of the seventh day on this wise, And God did rest the seventh day from all his works.

God had a Sabbath, and that seventh day was one thousand years long, a type of the Millennium.

II PETER 3:8   But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.

God's Day = 1000 years

Let us look at God’s first week of 7000 years.

God shaped the earth to prepare it for man. That task took 6000 years or six of God’s Days. For the first five days there was no man around, so God used His Days, not our days. On the 6th Day, man appeared.

Sin entered and cut short the 7th Day. The world has had 6000 years or six Days since then. Today’s world just makes it very clear that people are not capable of running the earth. So, at the battle of Armageddon, God will clear sin off the earth and then will come the long awaited 7^th day of Rest, God’s Sabbath. One thousand years of Peace as Jesus rules the world.

That finally fulfills the Plan of God that Satan interfered with in Eden.

That means Satan can delay God’s Plan but he cannot stop God’s Plan.

HEBREWS 4:5   And in this place again, If they shall enter into my rest.

“If” means maybe.

“My rest” reminds us that the first rest was God’s rest when He rested on the 7^th Day, the 1000-year period that is a Millennium for us humans but is only a Day for God. "My rest" belongs to God, not to us.

So, only God can allow us into His rest. We cannot enter that rest by our own efforts.

The “rest” involves two steps.

We first have to find rest from our sins during this life in order for God to then give us glorified bodies that can live for 1000-years in His Kingdom of Peace. That is the final rest Day or Sabbath Day.

HEBREWS 4:6   Seeing therefore it remaineth that some must enter therein, and they to whom it was first preached entered not in because of unbelief:

The Old Testament faith was preached to the Jews by the prophets but they failed to believe all that was in the Old Testament. That is why even the disciples, when they followed Jesus, were so unaware that He had to die for our sins and be resurrected. They really struggled to accept that Jesus had risen from the dead. They had not really grasped that only Messiah could save humanity from their sins by washing our sins in His own blood as the sacrificial Lamb.

To rest from our sins we have to get rid of our sins so that we lose the desire to sin. But that is something that we cannot do. In the face of sin, we humans are helpless. Only God can do that for us.

We need the Christ's Holy Spirit to dwell in our hearts if we are to lose the desire to sin. A repentant heart bcomes the throne of Christ on earth.

But the real sin is unbelief. Not believing what is written in Scripture and thus not understanding what God’s Plan is.

Thus, the Jews broke many of their own Laws in their unjust arrest and trial of Jesus.

The Aaronic priesthood ended when Caiaphas as the High Priest tore his clothes.

MATTHEW 26:65   Then the high priest rent his clothes, saying, He hath spoken blasphemy; what further need have we of witnesses? behold, now ye have heard his blasphemy.

Aaron and his sons were the first High Priests.

LEVITICUS 10:6   And Moses said unto Aaron, and unto Eleazar and unto Ithamar, his sons, Uncover not your heads, neither rend your clothes; lest ye die, and lest wrath come upon all the people:

By their unbelief, not believing certain portions of the Old Testament that did not suit them, the Jews ended up killing the Messiah Who had come to save them.

The Jews looked at their circumstances. They had been conquered by the hated pagan Romans and they longed for a political Messiah to drive the Romans out of their Promised Land. They took their eyes off Scripture and lost any chance of God’s rest by rejecting the humble Messiah Who preached against sin.

HEBREWS 4:7   Again, he limiteth a certain day, saying in David, To day, after so long a time; as it is said, To day if ye will hear his voice, harden not your hearts.

The Bible is the "Voice of God".

... for they can hear plainly the God's Voice, calling, through His Word

Believe all the Message. Believe That. If it isn't, if it isn't written in the Bible, then don't you believe it.

God works in the present. He calls Himself “I Am”. He wants us to believe and follow Him today.

The "Voice of God" is the King James Bible that tells us the thoughts of God.

Do not depend on your past experiences. No ship sails with yesterday’s winds.

It is how we serve God and believe in God today that counts.

57-0901   HEBREWS  CHAPTER  FOUR

And now, you've got a free choice. God broods back to you, and say, "Hear My Voice? Harden not your heart, like in the days of provocation." Here He comes down, preaches the Word.

"The Gospel preached unto them was not... didn't have faith in It, so It didn't do them no good." They heard It, but they didn't believe It.

God come down. He showed them a Pillar of Fire. Showed by His prophets, signs and wonders, He was with him. They didn't believe It. Oh, they liked to see the miracles. They liked to hear the prophet. But as far as believing It, they didn't. Their lives proves they didn't.

… When he hears "Your Voice," harden not your heart. Then you say, "Yes, Lord, I believe." Then you enter into Life, the Holy Spirit comes into you. Your old spirit dies out, that makes you lust and hate, and malice and enmity, and hatred and all them things, dies away. And you become full of love, joy, peace, resting. No matter how the winds blow, it's all right.

…   Say, "Lord, I... No emotion, but I just feel Something down in my heart, that Something is telling me, 'I can do it right now, by Your grace.' And I'm now accepting You as my personal Saviour. I'm rejecting all the things of the world, and I want to enter your Rest. And I believe I'm doing it right now. I believe the Holy Spirit is bringing me right into that place."

"Now," He said, "don't you fall after that same example of unbelief." For in this last days, to the Gentile church, God has appeared again; same sign, same wonder, same Pillar of Fire, vindicated, proven. Let us not harden our hearts and fall in that temptation back yonder, of unbelief, for we'll rot on earth and that'll be all of it.

And when the Holy Spirit knocks at your heart, [Brother Branham knocks on the pulpit--Ed.] "After so long a time, when you hear My Voice, harden not your heart." Say, "Child of Mine, this is the Truth." Don't look at the messenger. Listen to the Message. Believe It. "Harden not your heart, as in the days of provocation."

When he hears "Your Voice," harden not your heart. Then you say, "Yes, Lord, I believe." Then you enter into Life, the Holy Spirit comes into you. Your old spirit dies out, that makes you lust and hate, and malice and enmity, and hatred and all them things, dies away. And you become full of love, joy, peace, resting. No matter how the winds blow, it's all right.

Jesus never said His rest was a 24-hour day of our week

HEBREWS 4:8   For if Jesus had given them rest, then would he not afterward have spoken of another day.

Nothing in God’s Plan is linked to a certain day in a certain month of our Gentile Roman calendar. That just brings us in bondage to pagan beliefs and traditions.

GALATIANS 4:9   But now, after that ye have known God, or rather are known of God, how turn ye again to the weak and beggarly elements, whereunto ye desire again to be in bondage?

:10     Ye observe days, and months, and times, and years.

Days. 25^th day

Months. December

Times. Christmas time

Years. Every year

The biggest church celebration is Christmas,  but that festival contradicts what Saint Paul wrote.

“Christmas” is an unscriptural word. The Bible never asked us to celebrate the birth of Jesus.

We do not know the birth date of Jesus because God did not want His birth celebrated. But around AD 350, Pope Julius I, by telling a big lie, declared that it was 25 December. Julius I died in AD 352. All Pope Julius I had done was copy the birthday of the pagan Roman sun god, Sol Invictus which means the Unconquerable Sun. The pagan Roman Emperor Aurelian had declared 25 December to be the sun god’s birthday in AD 274. Aurelian was assassinated in AD 275.

Both men who were resposible for the date of 25 December died soon after establishing that date. Only two birthdays are mentioned in Scripture, for Pharaoh and Herod. On both occasions a man was murdered. Nowhere in Scripture are we asked to celebrate a birthday.

GALATIANS 4:11   I am afraid of you, lest I have bestowed upon you labour in vain.

The birth date of Jesus is unknown but the church has nevertheless fixed a birth date for Him.

This kind of unbelief and merging of paganism into Christianity makes Saint Paul fear that our modern brand of Christianity (or more correctly, Churchianity) is just a waste of his time.

We are supposed to be returning to the beliefs of the early apostolic church of the New Testament. They never celebrated Christ's birth.

It is then not surprising to discover that there is no end-time prophecy nor end-time parable that says anything good about the end-time church.

The "rest" that Jesus promised does not involve not working on a certain day of the week.

The rest of Jesus is the Holy Ghost baptism that makes us rest from sin and removes from us the desire to sin. The Holy Ghost baptism opens our eyes to the revelation of the mysteries in the Bible.

Believing and obeying the Bible (the Word of God) is the only Door whereby we can enter into the 1000-year Kingdom of Peace that is God’s final Sabbath Day of rest.

That is why Jesus is the Word of God as well as being the Door to Heaven.

Don't tempt Him, as in the day of provocation. Don't think because we go to church on Sunday, or keep the sabbath. Paul said, "You that keep days or moons, or so forth, I'm afraid of you. The law having a shadow of good things to come, and not the very image of the thing, can never make the worshipper perfect." But Christ makes you perfect, perfect in the sight of God. He takes away your sin, takes condemnation from you, gives you His love and joy.

Well, if he'd have wanted them to keep the sabbath, he'd have said, "Just remain keeping the seventh day. But now I want you to keep Sunday, the eighth day." No. He never said it.

The dispensations change with Jesus Christ: from the law to grace, from works unto grace, from something you do to what something God did, upon your own merits or upon His merits. It changed.

HEBREWS 4:9   There remaineth therefore a rest to the people of God.

MATTHEW 11:28   Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.

ISAIAH 28:11   For with stammering lips and another tongue will he speak to this people.

This happened on the Day of Pentecost when the church received the baptism of the Holy Ghost.

ISAIAH 28:12   To whom he said, This is the rest wherewith ye may cause the weary to rest; and this is the refreshing: yet they would not hear.

That's what you get, you organize yours. "Oh," you say, "we're not an organization." Yes, you are. Certainly, you are. You say, "We're a fellowship." Yeah, to anybody that comes in the door and teach just the way you believe it, it's all right. But, one, you won't throw him out, but you'll excommunicate him from your brotherhood. That's exactly right. Oh, you got a way of doing it.

The mistake the churches make is their inability to listen to correction. If anyone disagrees with them then that person is condemned and made to feel unwelcome.

Thus, the church cannot be corrected. This is a major reason why the Bible says nothing good about the end-time church in the end-time prophecies and end-time parables.

57-0901   HEBREWS  CHAPTER  FOUR

Jesus knew that He would fall heir to them in this great Millennium, when His Kingdom would come. "Thy will be done on earth as it is in Heaven." There'll be no more shorts wore. There'll be no more drinking. There'll be no more lust. There'll be no more adultery. There'll be no more death. There'll be no more sorrow. He falls heir to every nation. They are His. That's right. They are His, and He will fall heir. But Satan has them for a space of time, that is today, that we're living.

HEBREWS 4:10   For he that is entered into his rest, he also hath ceased from his own works, as God did from his.

The Holy Ghost baptism makes us cease from our own works, our works of sin.

The Holy Ghost also makes us cease from our own religious works where we make up our own human ideas on how we want to worship and serve God.

Drums are never mentioned in the Bible. Yet today, beat music is the basis for church worship.

We must rest in the same way that God rested.

God did His works, rested, and then never went back to those works again.

This rest is not a rest from physical work for one day in each week, because we have to go back to work again the next day.

But when the Holy Ghost gives us rest from our sins and our man-made church traditions, then we never go back to our old man-made works again.

57-0901   HEBREWS CHAPTER FOUR

What is the Rest? When did the Rest come? When people spoke with other tongues and had stammering lips. Stammering lips; they didn't speak nothing. They stammered. When did that happen? On the Day of Pentecost, when the Holy Ghost come. That is the Rest: the Holy Ghost. Jesus said, "Come unto Me, all you that weary and heavy laden, and I'll give you Rest. I'll give you Life, Eternal Life," Zoe, God's Own Life. God will come into you and be a part of you. He will give you a birth and make you a son and daughter.

57-0901   HEBREWS CHAPTER FOUR

Now watch. That was the third rest He give.

The first: God received it, from His work.

Second: Israel received it, in the law.

Third: the Church received It, as a part of God.

Three is the number of life. How many knows that? Every time you see three, it's life. Notice, when God created the earth, on the third day was life. How many knows that? The third day. There came life on the third day of creation.

The trinity: the Father was above the people, in a Pillar of Fire; the Son was a Man, who talked to people and got them ready; the Holy Ghost was the third step, which was the Holy Ghost, God in the people. Life! Father, Son...

The rest, of God; the rest, of Israel; and the Rest, of the Church, the sabbath-keeping.

I have Rest, not because I worship on Sunday, not because I worship on the sabbath. That has nothing to do with it. I worship because I've entered into His peace and Rest: peace, rest, love, joy. Let the storms fly. My anchor holds.

The Lamb has not yet taken the Book

We can be easily fooled if we just look at quotes.

Brother Branham sometimes says that the pagan Roman General Titus destroyed Jerusalem and the Temple in AD 96. That is the wrong date. At other times brother Branham gives the true date as AD 70.

You cannot just run with a quote if you want to establish truth.

It is hard work to study the Bible and be Scriptural.

HEBREWS 4:11   Let us labour therefore to enter into that rest, lest any man fall after the same example of unbelief.

The Bible is a large book that requires intense study. A superficial reading of certain favourite portions of the Bible will not grant much illumination. The rejected portions of the Bible that the churches ignore hold much of the truth that is needed to guide us today.

America led the world spiritually from 1906 to 1965, and then fell into spiritual error by focusing on the interpretation of quotes instead of using the quotes to reveal Scripture.

Message preachers in America, who follow William Branham, made a serious mistake when they believed that the revelation of the Seven Seals was the actual opening of the Seals.  That only happens in Revelation Chapter 6 in Heaven after the Bride has been caught up to Heaven in revelation Chapter 4.

AMOS 3:7   Surely the Lord GOD will do nothing, but he revealeth his secret unto his servants the prophets.

If brother Branham opened the Seven Seals, then who revealed the Seals before they were opened?

Error grows like a virus. Then they called brother Branham the Voice of God. That way they could build up their doctrines just by finding some suitable quote or their interpretation of some suitable quote. There is no New Testament reference to the Voice of God. Brother Branham is referred to as the voice of the seventh angel in the Bible. We cannot change what is written.

A prophet is a son of man. Only Jesus is the Son of man. So, Message preachers called brother Branham the son of man, which would make Him to be God.

Error produces more error. They then believed that the Angel of Revelation 10 came down while brother Branham was on earth so that He could open the Book. Brother Branham never said that the Angel came down to open the Book because he said that the Angel came down to perform the resurrection of the New Testament dead saints.

Consequently, the Bible uses the second part of Revelation Chapter 13, which describes America, to tell us about the mark of the beast. Brainwashed by man-made organized religion, message preachers promote brother Branham to the Godhead. Then they use his quotes to replace the King James Bible which is the true Voice of God as It tells us the thoughts of God.

The Bible is the Word of God and thus it is the Voice of God because your Voice speaks out your Words.

A fatal result of this kind of thinking that only chooses selected quotes is that they pretend that they understand the unwritten mysteries of Scripture like the 7 Thunders, the 7^th Seal, and the new name of Jesus.

Unfortunately, different groups form as they disagree with each other over all these interpretations of what is not written. Consequently, there are many different versions of the message as different preachers strive to be cleverer than the others. Brother Pearry Greene said that he had heard of about 27 different versions of the 7 Thunders. New names for Jesus that I have heard about include William Marrion Branham, Lord Branham Christ, White Eagle, Life, Word, and very surprisingly “Lord Jesus Christ” as the message preachers who believe that claim that “Lord Jesus Christ” never appears in the Bible. They obviously do not read the Bible much.

Clever preachers will keep hatching out new and cleverer ideas that continue to splinter the message into more and more different factions that have little love for each other.

They have overlooked a basic fact that before the Seals can open, they must first be revealed by the end-time prophet.

Always remember that the single Thunder when the First Seal opened has never happened.

In addition, the Angel has not yet come down with the open Book. Thus, the Book has never yet opened although much of the Book has been revealed by brother Branham.

REVELATION 6:1   And I saw when the Lamb opened one of the seals, and I heard, as it were the noise of thunder, one of the four beasts saying, Come and see.

If the single Thunder has never uttered then the First Seal has not actually opened.

The Seals open in numerical order. So, if the First Seal has not opened, then none of the other Seals has opened either.

Dear God, in this solemn moment, it's going to be a time like this when there really will be a clap of thunder someday, and the Son of God shall descend from the heavens with a shout, with the voice of the Archangel, and the trump of God,

the dead in Christ shall rise.

One month before he died and brother Branham was still waiting for the single Thunder that opens the Seven Seals. He was also still waiting for the Angel to come down to perform the resurrection.

And when the great Director comes down and bears that stick down, then, "time shall be no more."

When that Angel, of Revelation the 10th chapter, puts one foot on land and one on the sea,

and a rainbow over His head, He swore, "time shall be no more." When that time comes,

you will rise up from among the dead.

While the rest of them lay there, you will go in.

The mighty Angel does not come down to reveal the mysteries.

The mysteries were revealed by seven angels

who had previously formed the supernatural cloud over the city of Flagstaff in Arizona.

The mighty Angel only comes down AFTER the mysteries are revealed.

The mighty Angel comes down to perform the resurrection of the New Testament dead saints. He does not come down to open the Book.

63-0320  THE  THIRD  SEAL

The seventh angel, when he sounds, all the mysteries of God should be finished up by his sounding.

Then AFTER it's revealed, the Angel come down from heaven,

which was Christ (Now remember, this angel and is on earth, a messenger). Down comes Christ (You see Him in the 10th chapter of Revelations.), puts one foot upon the land and the other one on the sea, rainbow over His head, eyes and, like--and feet like fire and so forth, raises up His hand and swears by Him that lives forever and ever on the throne, that time shall be no more.

And when He takes this oath, seven thunders utter their voices,

… And then goes on and said, in the day just BEFORE these seven thunders, all the mysteries here are revealed.

63-0320  THE  THIRD  SEAL

He would help us to reveal, open up this Seal.

Brother Branham opens up the Seal in the form of a revelation to tell us what it means.

He saw the future literal opening of the Seven Seals that happens when the Bride is in Heaven, in a vision. Then he returned to tell us what he saw. Thus, we know what we will see when the Seals literally open.

But the single Thunder has not yet uttered.

The Fourth Seal was foretold because it has not yet happened as it deals with great Tribulation.

The Sixth Seal can only be opened by the two Jewish prophets during great Tribulation.

The Seventh Seal has not yet opened.

As a result of all these points, the Seven Seals have not yet literally opened.

We have been told about a vision of their opening which brother Branham saw. Thus we have a revelation of the Seven Seals.

Notice the title of the Seven Seals book that was first printed.

It was called the REVELATION of the Seven Seals and not the OPENING of the Seven Seals.

The small print at the bottom says, “But in the days of the voice of the seventh angel, …”

Things were Scriptural in those early days but now things have changed to the “Voice of God” which was never promised in the New Testament.

The Fourth Seal is a Seal foretold.

It describes great Tribulation about which we know little. Brother Branham was not permitted to preach on the Seven Trumpets because they involve the 3½ years of great Tribulation and thus have nothing to do with us.

Rides a pale horse as he appears on his ride, this last ride. He's on his last now.

Now, that is not in our day. That will be on down.

It's the Seal foretold.

'Cause, see, the Church has done gone up when this happens.

When the Bride is in Heaven listening to the Seven Seals being opened in Revelation Chapter 6, then great Tribulation will be on earth. That is why the two Jewish prophets will be able to open the Sixth Seal down here on earth as it will be the right time for the Sixth Seal to open. The opening of the Sixth Seal will not be talking about it, it will be the unleashing of the destructive power of Nature.

Brother Branham calmed down bad storms on occasions. But he never unleashed destructive events  which is what the Sixth Seal is about.

Only the two prophets to the Jews can open the Sixth Seal.

And now here's these two prophets standing here with the Word of God to do anything to nature they want to, and they shake the earth. And it shows exactly who does it. It's Moses and Elijah, 'cause there's their ministry re-impersonated again: both men. Oh, my. Do you see it now? See what the Sixth Seal is? It's those prophets.

Now, notice. Don't let it choke you,

but watch what opened that Seal: prophets.

See? Amen. There you are. Oh, we're living in the eagle day, brother, head up among the clouds.

They opened that Sixth Seal.

They have power to do it. Amen. There's your Sixth Seal coming open. See?

…  And here the Sixth Seal opened, and they say, "Well, that's a mysterious thing. What did it?" Here's the secret of it, the prophets, 'cause the Bible said so here. They can open it any time they... They can do anything to nature they want to. And they do the same thing they did do 'cause they know how it's done. Amen. Glory.

When I seen that, I just raised out of the chair and started walking up and down the floor. I thought, "Lord, how I thank You, heavenly Father." There it is. That's it.

They opened that Sixth Seal. 

The Seventh Seal never opened as it is a total mystery, the Coming of the Lord.

Did you notice this United States is number thirteen in everything it does? You know it was established the thirteen colonies? You know the flag had thirteen stars in it first? You know everything that the United States does is in a number thirteen? Did you know it appears in the Bible in Revelations thirteen? Certainly does. The little beast, the lamb that come up out of water, not thickness and multitudes of people,... not out of the water, but out of a land where there's no one. It had two little horn: civil and ecclesiastic powers. And he was a lamb: freedom of religion. And after while, they went together and he spoke like the dragon, and exercised all the power that Rome did before him. That's coming to our nation. You mark it down. You watch to the Confederation of Churches and the Catholic unite together. Watch what takes place.

People who follow the Pillar of Fire will certainly have a rough time, but they're ready for the translation at that time, that's right, just ready to go. "For the Lamb overcome them," said the Bible, "and them that followed Him, because they were called the chosen and the faithful, the Elected of God."

REVELATION 13:15   And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed.

Money is the life blood of organizations.

America has enough money to boost the coming together of the non-Catholic churches into a big church organization known as the image of the Roman Catholic church beast. Anyone who does not worship in these church systems will be destroyed by these non-Catholic churches. No opposition will be allowed. You will be forced to agree with them or you will at first be excommunicated (as happens today) and finally the time will come when you will be killed by the churches.

In 2022 the Russian dictator Putin has got ordinary Russians to go into Ukraine to kill civilians, women, and children. This a preview of what will happen to the Bride, unless the Lord cuts the days short.

But after the Bride goes to Heaven, that destructive power of the churches will be unleashed on the foolish virgins (fooled by their church leaders) as they are murdered in the time of great Tribulation.

To escape great Tribulation we must be Scriptural

HEBREWS 4:12   For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.

The Bible tells the difference very clearly between different issues.

The difference between the Seals actually being opened in Heaven by Jesus and the revelation of the Seals by seven angels that were explained to brother Branham.

The supernatural cloud was the sign of the Son of man in the heaven. It was a sign of that most important event, that the Seals Seals would be revealed by the 7 angels who formed the cloud. They met brother Branham secretly eight days later to give him the commission to reveal the Seals. About nine days later the actual great event started. He began a series of sermons where each day one of the angels would explain one of the Seals to him so that he could reveal the meaning to us.

The revelation of the Seals is not the actual opening of the Seals.

Brother Branham is the voice of the seventh angel, not the Voice of God.

The Angel of Revelation 10 does not come down to open the Book, He comes down to resurrect the dead saints of the New Testament.

We know nothing about the mysteries that are not written in Scripture: the 7th Seal, the 7 Thunders, the new name of Jesus.

The Book cannot be opened yet as God never allowed brother Branham to preach on the Seven Trumpets. Nor did he preach on the Seven Judgement Vials. Nor did he preach on much of Daniel Chapter 11. These events will happen in the 3.5 years of great Tribulation and will only be opened up by the two Jewish prophets, Moses and Elijah.

A major difficulty is that time stops at the time of the resurrection for all the dead saints because they all rise in eternal bodies. Then the 7 Thunders change the living Bride into new eternal bodies. So time also stops for them but time continues for everyone else. This makes it very difficult to get a time sequence of events.

HEBREWS 4:13   Neither is there any creature that is not manifest in his sight: but all things are naked and opened unto the eyes of him with whom we have to do.

"All things are open." Brother, He knows every thing that you ever did, ever thought you ever thought of. That's what He is. We believe Him like that.

And when God comes into us, and sets us in the Church, He puts gifts and things in the Church, to operate His Being. If God is that infinite God, then He heals the sick. He can raise the dead. He can cleanse the lepers, make the blind to see. He can give visions. He can do all kinds of these things, working through His Church, because it's God in you. There is the Church.

How does that church become a Church, by joining It? No, sir. By shaking hands? No, sir. By water baptism? No, sir. By membership? No, sir. How do you get It? "For by one Spirit we are all baptized into one Body." There you are.

We must hold fast to the original faith of the apostles

Jesus used the early apostles to establish the early church and give us the New Testament.

We can only establish our faith on Scripture.

Satan will try every trick to make us move away from Scripture but we must regard every word that is in the King James Bible (which is the Word of God) as being perfect. Jesus is the Word of God. So whatever you say about the King James Bible, you are saying the same thing about about Jesus.

HEBREWS 4:14   Seeing then that we have a great high priest, that is passed into the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our profession.

"Hold fast," that don't mean just keep testifying. If you don't live the life, you don't hold it fast; you're living a hypocritical thing. You're... You better be on out and just say you're a sinner and forget about it. Don't profess a Christian, live something else; you're the biggest stumbling block the world has ever had. If you're a sinner, admit it and, go on, get right with God. If you're a Christian, hold fast your confession, stay there.

HEBREWS 4:15   For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin.

Jesus came on earth and endured everything that we have to endure. This makes Him able to understand our pain, both physical and mental. Somehow, He endured all that happened to Him without ever sinning. Thanks to His supreme example we have no excuse to justify sin, thinking that we can blame it on our circumstances.

You going to ask me this question, "Abraham believed God, and it was imputed unto him for righteousness." I know. That's where you always go. That's true. "What more can a man do but believe God?" That's exactly right. That's all he can do. But when God recognizes that faith, He gives you the Holy Ghost.

"Now what do I do, Brother Branham? Do I shout?" Not necessary. "Do I speak with tongues?" Not necessary. You can shout and speak with tongues, both, and still live like a heathen, and still lust for women. You can still smoke and drink, and everything else. I seen people speak with tongues, and go right out and pull some of the dirtiest, crooked deal I ever seen. I seen them shout, and cry crocodile tears, and would steal anything you get a hold of. I seen them walk out, and every girl goes down the street, turn. Uh-huh. That's one good sign you haven't got It. That's right.

But, brother, when you've passed from death unto Life, all those things become dead, and you're a new creature in Christ Jesus. If you see something wrong, you'll pray for it, "God be merciful." And if you see troubles, instead of going and tattling, and trying to make it worse, you'll try to get to the person and straighten it up, and quieten it right quick. That's the Spirit of God in you.

If you make a mistake? You're subject to them. If you make a mistake, you'll correct it right quick. "Don't let the sun go down on your wrath." That's how you know you passed from death unto Life, you got love, peace, joy, long-suffering, goodness, gentleness, patience. We have the High Priest setting in Heaven, ready to make intercessions upon our profession. What is it? It's when Jesus went back to the Logos, the Pillar of Fire that led the children of Israel, setting in the Presence of them greats, fountain, rainbow of Lights that come out, the seven perfect Spirits, a perfect Spirit of love.

Now watch. The first is the perfect love, that's God's love, pure and unadulterated. The next, comes in there, is phileo love, that's love that you have for your wife and your children. The next, drops after that, is lustful love. The next is ungodly love. And just goes on down till it's filth, just keep on perverting, perverting.

There's a Spirit of honesty that comes from God. That's the fountain, fountain of God. That's honesty. The next is the man will do "a good deed" for his neighbor. The next is the guy, "you have to watch him." The next is the guy, "is a thief." The next is the guy, "is a murderer," hold up. See how it perverts, right on down? But all them things speak of a real.

HEBREWS 4:16   Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.

Three important steps bring us to the throne of God.

Repentance so that we can get saved by grace through faith.

Living holy.

The baptism of the Holy Spirit whereby a portion of God’s Spirit indwells us.

Justification, Martin Luther, still a form of religion. Sanctification, John Wesley. The baptism of the Holy Ghost.

Martin Luther; John Wesley; the baptism of the Holy Ghost, Life.

Justification is believing; sanctification, is the cleansing; Holy Ghost, is the filling, Life.

Not through the Lutheran age; they had It in a form. Not through the Wesley age; they had It in a form. But this is the age when the Holy Ghost comes, Hisself.

And if you haven't received It, how do you, can you believe miracles? That takes God, in you, to believe. You act like God. You know like God. You think like God. The Bible said that you are amateur, little "gods." Jesus said so. For, you're a part of God.

The Holy Spirit has to kill our old nature and give us a new life that focuses on Christ alone, not on our circumstances. Only then can we be Christ-like.

Oh, they may have spoke in tongues. They might have shouted. They still got the same old temper. They still got the same old malice. They still tattle and talk, and do things they shouldn't do. They don't want that, Lord. What then, when that great Book is opened? "But," said, "such won't enter the Kingdom." "Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father in Heaven is perfect." Anything short will not go in. Are they wholly trusting, tonight, in the crucified? If not, Lord, may they make that one Eternal "yes" just now.

If you profess to be a Christian and have not been that kind, you're still a sinner, no matter what life you've done, or how you try to make yourself. What you do is not accepted. It's what He done. Your own righteousness won't be accepted. If you quit smoking just because you said, "Well, I better quit smoking because I profess Christianity." God don't accept it. If you quit lusting after women, just because that you are making yourself do it, God don't accept it. That's something you do. That's works. It's grace that saves you. Has God come to you and taken the whole thing out of you? That's the next thing.

You say, "I joined church, and so I had to quit these things." God didn't accept that, nothing you can offer. He only accepts what Christ give. He gives you Eternal Life, and takes it from you. Will you receive It?

… God don't dwell in glamour. God dwells in humility.
