Jesus far outshines the prophet Moses
HEBREWS 3:1 Wherefore, holy brethren, partakers of the heavenly calling, consider the Apostle and High Priest of our profession, Christ Jesus;
Holiness is essential for a Christian.
We have to have a heavenly calling that is above our human logic. Love your enemies. It is better to give than to receive. Humble yourself and do not exalt yourself. Whatever happens to you is for your good, even the bad days. Bad days teach us useful lessons.
Saved Christians form a priesthood of equality. All priests were equal. Only the High Priest was above them. Our High Priest is Jesus. He alone is the Head of the church. Jesus is the Word of God. We see His thoughts recorded in the King James Version of the Bible.
All saved Christians, whether they have a ministry or not, are all equal with each other.
The Christian motto should be: “Never above you, never below you, always beside you”.
Paul immediately establishes that Jesus is the supreme Head of the church.
We no longer see Jesus as a Man, we see Him as the revealed Word of God.
We must understand and believe the King James Bible.
63-0318 THE FIRST SEAL
Takes the Book of Seals and breaks them and shows the seventh angel, for this alone, the mysteries of God, is the ministry of the seventh angel.
William Branham from America had to reveal the mysteries of the Bible to us. Only then could we see Jesus walking through the pages of the Bible as the revealed Word.
HEBREWS 3:2 Who was faithful to him that appointed him, as also Moses was faithful in all his house.
The supernatural Spirit of God the Father dwelled within the physical Son of God, the Man Jesus Christ.
The Man Jesus was always in full submission to the authority of the indwelling Father.
COLOSSIANS 2:9 For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily.
In the same way, the church should be in total submission to the written Word of God. Whatever is written in the King James Bible, we must believe and do.
Moses brought the Jews out of pagan Egypt with its worldliness.
Jesus had to bring the church out of the Jews in the first church age. He used the apostles to establish the first church age the way that He wanted it.
The 7-branched candlestick in the Tabernacle represented the seven stages or ages of the church.
This is what God's first church age looked like. A true light for the Gentiles.
The apostles established groups of unknown local elders to run the local churches. They did not choose one heroic or charismatic leader to be the head of a church.
I PETER 5:1 The elders which are among you I exhort, who am also an elder, and a witness of the sufferings of Christ, and also a partaker of the glory that shall be revealed:
:2 Feed the flock of God which is among you, taking the oversight thereof, not by constraint, but willingly; not for filthy lucre, but of a ready mind;
:3 Neither as being lords over God's heritage,
but being ensamples to the flock.
Peter spoke to the elders as an elder. He did not emphasisize his authority as an apostle. He treated the unknown elders as equals. The elders did not have their names mentioned. Their lives set a good example.
After the apostles died, the churches began to elevate human leaders to be the head of each church.
Human traditions and pagan beliefs began to enter the church.
Then, in the third church age, at the Council of Nicaea in AD 325 the unscriptural Trinity with its unscriptural "God the Son" and "God the Holy Ghost" was forced on the church. More unscriptural beliefs followed like Christmas, 25 December, Good Friday, Lent, and having one man, a priest or bishop, as the head of each church. This unbelief grew and the Light of the Bible went out as Truth died in the long centuries of the superstitious Dark Ages which formed the fourth church age between AD 606 and 1520.
EVIL means moving away from the doctrine of the apostles.
Turn this word around and it becomes LIVE.
The brave monk, Martin Luther, had to turn the church around as he restored the first step, salvation by grace through faith.
So, Jesus had to restore the original apostolic New Testament truth during the last three church ages, starting with the Reformation of Martin Luther in the fifth church age.
The King James Bible was translated and checked for about 165 years during this fifth church age.
This Bible was the backbone of the great holiness and missionary age which was the 6th church age of Philadelphia (brotherly love). Going out to save the heathen.
The Holy Ghost baptism restored the Pentecostal power and the revealed mysteries of the Bible in the seventh church age which must restore us back to the beliefs of the first church age of the apostles. The 7th church age began around 1906.
HEBREWS 3:3 For this man was counted worthy of more glory than Moses, inasmuch as he who hath builded the house hath more honour than the house.
Moses led the Exodus of the Jews out of Egypt. This lasted 40 years. But Jesus led a far greater exodus of the Christians out of Judaism.
The house that Jesus is building is the Gentile church that has grown over the last 2000 years.
Jesus, as the Builder who shapes and places each stone in its individual position, has far more honour than the church members who are living stones that help to build up this great spiritual building or house.
I PETER 2:5 Ye also, as lively stones, are built up a spiritual house, an holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices, acceptable to God by Jesus Christ.
When serving God costs us in some way, then our service is a sacrifice of praise if we do not complain.
HEBREWS 13:15 By him therefore let us offer the sacrifice of praise to God continually, that is, the fruit of our lips giving thanks to his name.
We must learn to praise God and serve Him in all circumstances.
ROMANS 8:28 And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.
If we complain it is because we do not love God. If we get too upset with events it is because our purpose in life is different to God’s purpose for our lives.
HEBREWS 3:4 For every house is builded by some man; but he that built all things is God.
To build a house, a man shapes the stones and then places them in certain positions to achieve the function that he desires. The stones cannot argue with how he shaped them nor where he placed them.
Thus God reserves the same right to shape us through trials and difficulties and place us where He wants so that God can use us to complete His great spiritual church house.
HEBREWS 3:5 And Moses verily was faithful in all his house, as a servant, for a testimony of those things which were to be spoken after;
Moses was faithful to God even though the Tabernacle that He built was just a symbol of God’s future Plan with the seven Gentile church ages (the 7-branched candlestick) and the 12 loaves of shewbread representing the 144000 from the 12 tribes of Israel.
The Altar of sacrifice represents Repentance.
The Laver of water represents getting baptized in the name of Jesus Christ.
The Holy Place represents the Holy Ghost baptism that falls on the seven church ages and then on the 144000 during the 3.5 years of great Tribulation.
This fufills Acts 2:38.
ACTS 2:38 Then Peter said unto them,
Repent,
and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins,
and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.
Christ only lives in us if we are Scriptural
HEBREWS 3:6 But Christ as a son over his own house; whose house are we, if we hold fast the confidence and the rejoicing of the hope firm unto the end.
Under Moses, only the priests could serve in the Tabernacle. They were above the people as they formed the Aaronic priesthood between God and man.
But in the New Testament we are actually part of the great house that Jesus is building.
Thus all saved Christians are priests and are all equal with each other. Only the High Priest Jesus is above us.
I PETER 2:9 But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood,
But as stones, we must be totally subject to what Jesus chips off us (a painful process) and completely submissive to where He wants to place us in His building. We have no right to any preferred position. We must rest on the foundation of the great masterbuilder Paul.
I CORINTHIANS 3:10 According to the grace of God which is given unto me, as a wise masterbuilder, I have laid the foundation, and another buildeth thereon. But let every man take heed how he buildeth thereupon.
:11 For other foundation can no man lay than that is laid, which is Jesus Christ.
Only when we do what is Scriptural do we serve God.
HEBREWS 3:7 Wherefore (as the Holy Ghost saith, To day if ye will hear his voice,
We have to hear the voice of God, which is the revealed Bible, for our day.
You have to decide what the Voice of God is.
God has been calling His church for 2000 years.
So, the voice of God is not a man’s voice in the last church age.
The Voice of God had to be present in the first church age, represented by the middle candlestick, in order to establish the original church. The church then began to fall away from these Scriptures.
REVELATION 1:13 And in the midst of the seven candlesticks one like unto the Son of man,
God then used the Reformation of Martin Luther to start restoring the church to the truth. This was possible thanks to the invention of the printing press whereby books, especially the Bible, and pamphlets could be mass produced. People became literate in great numbers as they learned to read.
Luther began the Exodus of the true church out of the captivity of the Roman Catholic denominational church system.
This church age lasted from about 1520 to around 1750 when the Industrial Revolution was starting in Great Britain with the invention of the steam engine.
The King James Bible is the Voice of God
63-0630 THE THIRD EXODUS
for they can hear plainly the God's Voice, calling, through His Word
... Listen to the Bible, the Voice of God calling to you in this day.
England would have the biggest worldwide Empire in history, so God used English to spread the Gospel around the world. The King James Bible was translated and checked for 165 years before being finally published in 1769. This was just in time as it was used as the foundation of the great missionary age that began in the 1780s
The sixth church age of Philadelphia, lasting from 1750 to 1906. Tens of thousands of missionaries left Great Britain to spread the inspired truth of the King James Bible around the world.
The King James Bible has the absolute truth that people must base their faith on. God would not have launched the great missionary age if it was based on a faulty translation.
63-1110 HE THAT IS IN YOU
Believe all the Message. Believe That. If it isn't,
if it isn't written in the Bible, then don't you believe it.
HEBREWS 3:8 Harden not your hearts, as in the provocation, in the day of temptation in the wilderness:
God is provoked by the unbelief of people.
God expects us to believe that the King James Bible is perfect.
You cannot build perfect faith on a flawed Bible.
Church preachers keep thinking up clever excuses to “prove” that there are mistakes in the King James Bible. Thus, they fool the people into criticizing the King James Bible and this provokes God.
God expects us to be perfect despite the fact that we cannot be perfect in the way we live, however hard we try.
MATTHEW 5:48 Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect.
But we can have perfect faith in Jesus by believing that the King James Bible is the perfect Word of God.
Because Jesus is the Word of God and He is perfect.
The wilderness is when you are on your own and the going is tough.
That is when God tests your faith to see what is in you.
Do you dare to disagree with the churches when they find fault with the King James Bible?
We all want to be part of a successful group so our temptation is to compromise our beliefs to fit in and agree that no Bible is perfect. Then we only have to believe in the bits of the Bible that suit us.
That attitude provokes God to anger.
The fatal mistake of the Jews. It took them two years to get to the Promised Land and then ten of their twelve spies brought an evil report of the Promised Land.
NUMBERS 13:32 And they brought up an evil report of the land which they had searched unto the children of Israel, …
Those ten died of a plague.
NUMBERS 14:37 Even those men that did bring up the evil report upon the land, died by the plague before the LORD.
Church people readily speak against the King James Bible.
In 2020 God sent a plague in the form of the COVID-19 corona virus. It caused much harm to health and the world economy. We need to be careful what we criticize.
MATTHEW 24:4 And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you.
The religious deception of organized church doctrines under the central headship of one man.
MATTHEW 24:5 For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many.
Christ means anointed. Preachers can be anointed with supernatural power despite the fact that they preach unscriptural ideas.
MATTHEW 7:22 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?
MATTHEW 7:23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.
Consider the events of the last century.
Vicious wars and massive famines.
Then near the start of the last church age in 1918-1919 was the Spanish flu that killed tens of millions. The COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic was a pestilence that killed many but mainly disrupted the world's global economic system. Debt, inflation, and the cost of living crisis worsened as a result of the pestilent virus.
God has warned us not to depart from Scripture.
MATTHEW 24:6 For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places.
The next devastation will be caused by earthquakes, especially if they strike financial centres like the sinking of Los Angeles as predicted by scientists.
That will help the Roman Catholic church to take control of America financially and religiously.
MATTHEW 24:8 All these are the beginning of sorrows.
All of these nasty events are the prelude to the 3.5 years of great Tribulation.
The King James Bible is perfect
The Jews perished by complaining about the Plan of God.
The Jews dared to criticize God’s Plan for them.
HEBREWS 3:9 When your fathers tempted me, proved me, and saw my works forty years.
God then made them spend another 38 years in the wilderness.
Finding fault with God and His Word is the biggest human provocation that grieves God.
HEBREWS 3:10 Wherefore I was grieved with that generation, and said, They do alway err in their heart; and they have not known my ways.
We humans do not truly love the King James Bible which alone tells us the ways and thoughts of God. Thus, we ignore, criticize, or change God’s Word into over 100 different versions of the English Bible.
We then have no absolute foundation for our faith. Most Christians regard all Bibles as imperfect.
HEBREWS 3:11 So I sware in my wrath, They shall not enter into my rest.)
That angers God. He expects our faith in Him to be perfect because faith must be based on the perfect King James Bible.
Perfect faith can only rest on the foundation of a perfect Bible that enables us to believe in a perfect God, Who is the Word.
We are not in our future homeland, the 1000-year Kingdom of Peace that starts after Armageddon. That will be our Day of Rest.
God sees one day as a 1000 years.
II PETER 3:8 But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.
Each day in Genesis was 1000 years as humans were only around on the sixth day. Thus God did not have to use human years.
Adam, the son of God, and his bride sinned sometime in the seventh day which was thus never fulfilled.
Jesus and His Bride, the true church, will live on earth for 1000 years to fulfill that seventh day that Adam messed up.
Little children are born with chubby cheeks but all too soon hair goes grey and wrinkles appear. This is not our proper place of rest as age affects us all.
HEBREWS 3:12 Take heed, brethren, lest there be in any of you an evil heart of unbelief, in departing from the living God.
We must not listen to modern day preachers who loudly criticize the King James Bible and then choose one of the 100 other different English Bibles as being the most accurate.
Many claim that the New American Standard Bible is the most accurate translation.
The New American Standard Bible (NASB) has evolved from the American Standard Version (ASV) of 1901. The ASV, in turn, was the American version of the Revised Version (RV) of 1885, also called the English Revised Version (ERV).
After completion in 1971, the New American Standard Bible (NASB) was updated in 1977, 1995, and most recently in 2020.
Translators claim that truth has to be continually updated and thus there is no absolute truth.
In addition, they are claiming that truth only began to emerge in the 1900s and would have to be modified many times, so far. This mentality causes us to depart from the idea of a perfect God Who speaks to us through His perfect Word.
HEBREWS 3:13 But exhort one another daily, while it is called To day; lest any of you be hardened through the deceitfulness of sin.
Today. Paul is speaking to modern-day Christians. Or should they be called church-goers? Christians believe in a perfect Bible. Church-goers willingly criticize the King James Bible if their preacher does.
Sin is unbelief.
JOHN 16:9 Of sin, because they believe not on me;
Christians, lured away by different preachers praising different Bible versions, have now become hardened in their criticisms of the King James Bible.
Remember, what you say about the King James Bible, you are saying about Jesus. Jesus is the Word of God. The King James Bible tells us the thoughts of Jesus.
We have to have a firm and unwavering faith in the perfection of the Bible. This perfect faith in the Bible must never cease.
Modern translations were not used in the missionary age between about 1780 and 1906. It makes no sense to claim that God first sent out tens of thousands of missionaries for over 100 years before He began to give us an accurate Bible.
HEBREWS 3:14 For we are made partakers of Christ, if we hold the beginning of our confidence stedfast unto the end;
“Stedfast” means when we see something written in the Bible then we must believe it and never doubt it. Jesus is the Word of God.
So, whatever you say about the King James Bible, that tells us the thoughts of Jesus, is what you are actually saying about Jesus Himself. Because you cannot separate a man from His thoughts. If you change or contradict or ignore what the King James Bible says then you are disagreeing with the thoughts of Jesus. Your faith has to be anchored on a Bible that is the absolute truth with every word.
We provoke God when we complain
HEBREWS 3:15 While it is said, To day if ye will hear his voice, harden not your hearts, as in the provocation.
By the time the Jews had got to the Promised Land they had already doubted God ten times.
Whenever they faced any difficulty they doubted God’s Word and contradicted God's Leadership with loud complaints.
NUMBERS 14:22 Because all those men which have seen my glory, and my miracles, which I did in Egypt and in the wilderness, and have tempted me now these ten times, and have not hearkened to my voice;
Complaining about God’s Plan is a provocation because it shows that we do not believe.
57 0109 HEBREWS CHAPTER THREE
God loves to bring you in trouble.
He loves to put trouble down and see what you’ll do about it.
… Christ is here!
The Holy Ghost is here doing the same things that He’s always done.
HEBREWS 3:16 For some, when they had heard, did provoke: howbeit not all that came out of Egypt by Moses.
We must beware. Many Jews came out of Egypt but they never made it to the Promised Land.
57 0109 HEBREWS CHAPTER THREE
They seen the miracles, but they never did get to the Promised Land.
57-0901 HEBREWS CHAPTER FOUR
You mustn't question anything, to God. "For the footsteps of the righteous is ordered of the Lord." And every trial is put upon you, to prove you. And the Bible said, "They're more precious to you than gold." So if God let a few light afflictions happen to you, remember, it's for the correction of you. "Every son that cometh to God must first be chastened of God, and tried, child-trained." There's no exceptions. "Every son that cometh." These afflictions are done or brought--brought about, to see what attitude you'll take. See? It's God, on this proving-ground. That's all earth is, is the proving-grounds, and where He is trying to prove you.
I PETER 1:7 That the trial of your faith, being much more precious than of gold that perisheth, though it be tried with fire, might be found unto praise and honour and glory at the appearing of Jesus Christ:
PSALM 34:19 Many are the afflictions of the righteous: but the LORD delivereth him out of them all.
We left our sinful life and accepted Jesus Christ as Saviour because the Bible tells us to repent and tells us that Jesus is the Saviour. But then we join a church and readily begin to believe things that are not written in the Bible like Christmas, 25 December, Lent, Good Friday, Easter eggs, and Easter bunnies.
But God wants to correct us.
JOB 5:17 Behold, happy is the man whom God correcteth: therefore despise not thou the chastening of the Almighty:
:18 For he maketh sore, and bindeth up: he woundeth, and his hands make whole.
:19 He shall deliver thee in six troubles: yea, in seven there shall no evil touch thee.
God has delivered the church through the troubles of six church ages. The seventh age will have the worst religious deception that will take churchgoers into the evil of the 3.5 years of great Tribulation.
But Daniel said that the wise would understand.
Thus the wise virgins will be caught up to Heaven at the Coming of the Lord and will be untouched by the evil of great Tribulation where all the foolish or fooled virgins will be killed.
DANIEL 12:10 Many shall be purified, and made white, and tried; but the wicked shall do wickedly: and none of the wicked shall understand;
but the wise shall understand.
Not knowing the truth is our biggest weakness.
HOSEA 4:6 My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee,
When God moves we must follow and not complain
HEBREWS 3:17 But with whom was he grieved forty years? was it not with them that had sinned, whose carcases fell in the wilderness?
About two million Jews came out of Egypt. Of those who were 20 years old or older, only two made it. Joshua and Caleb. That means one in a million made it which represents a frightening loss.
If God used the same statistics today, of the approximately 2 billion people who call themselves Christians (about 1.4 billion Catholics and 0.8 billion Protestants), only about 2000 would be ready for the Coming of the Lord, worldwide.
“Carcases” is a very contemptuous word that Jesus uses. Jesus has no use for sinners. We have to repent, accept Jesus as our Saviour, and be born again by the Holy Ghost. Then we have to live a Scriptural life with an intense faith that can understand the mysteries of the Bible. If we do not believe in the perfection of Scripture then God is grieved with us.
HEBREWS 3:18 And to whom sware he that they should not enter into his rest, but to them that believed not?
The rest was not the Sabbath day or Saturday because they entered that every week. That was just a rest from physical work.
They also needed a rest from the attacks of neighbouring countries. Thus they needed a strong army in their Promised Land.
But they mainly needed a rest from sin.
Unbelief saw the older Jews perish. Their children entered the Promised Land of Israel.
At the end-time it is the spiritual children who return to the beliefs of the original apostolic fathers, who will be ready for the Coming of the Lord. But they will be few. The majority will be fooled by church traditions despite them being saved, and will end up as foolish virgins.
The real sin is unbelief in God’s Word. Doubting, ignoring, changing, or contradicting the written Scriptures.
HEBREWS 3:19 So we see that they could not enter in because of unbelief.
JOHN 3:18 … but he that believeth not is condemned already,
because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.
God will reprove the world of sin because they believe not.
JOHN 16:9 Of sin, because they believe not on me;
57 0109 HEBREWS CHAPTER THREE
The sin is when God shows Himself and you disbelieve It, you won’t listen to It.
57-0901 HEBREWS CHAPTER THREE
So, Paul had an experience. How many believes experience comes by conversion? Sure. If it hasn't, I would doubt the conversion. A conversion brings experience. And you can't lot it to anything now. Sometimes it might be shouting. Sometimes it might be speaking with tongues. Sometimes it might be weeping. Sometimes it might be groaning. You don't know what it is, so don't try to lot it. Because, every one of you has proved to be wrong in it, you Methodists, and you Baptists, and you Nazarenes, and Pentecostals.
I seen people shout just as hard as they could shout, and steal the gold out of your teeth, they could. Yes, sir. I seen people speak with tongues like pouring peas on a dry cowhide, and honest to goodness, with a chew tobacco on other side of the mouth, and cut your throat if they could do it. That's right. So them things has not...
There's no evidence that you can prove it, only by the life the person lives. "By their fruit, you shall know them."
… So then, no shouting, no nothing like that is evidence. Jesus said, "By their fruit, you shall know them." And the fruit of the Spirit is not speaking with tongues. That's not the fruit of the Spirit. Shouting is not the fruit of the Spirit. Weeping is not this fruit of the Spirit. But, love, joy, peace, long-suffering, goodness, gentleness, faith, meekness, temperance, that's the fruits of the Spirit. See? That's what the Spirit's fruits are.
JOHN 16:13 Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth:
The evidence of the Holy Ghost baptism is your ability to understand the revealed mysteries of Scripture.
DANIEL 12:10 Many shall be purified, and made white, and tried; but the wicked shall do wickedly: and none of the wicked shall understand;
but the wise shall understand.
The wise virgins have enough oil of the Holy Spirit that can burn brightly enough to illuminate an understanding of the revealed mysteries of Scripture.
