Adam and Eve did not commit the same sin

The serpent spoke much to Eve in order to deceive her. Being fooled, she did not know that she had done wrong. Yet Eve did not have to say anything to Adam. What made Adam sin so easily without any persuasion? Yet Adam knew exactly what he was doing wrong as he was not deceived.

I TIMOTHY 2:14   And Adam was not deceived, but the woman being deceived was in the transgression.

If Adam and Eve committed the same sin, then why were they given different punishments? That would be unjust.

We have to consider in what ways their sins were different

Eve did wrong but Adam is blamed for introducing sin to mankind. Why?

ROMANS 5:12   Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin;

Original sin is a complex issue because God never told them to repent. Eve’s sin had huge consequences which still affect us to this day.

Eve’s sin caused God to delay His original Plan for 4000 years until Jesus appeared on the scene. And then another delay for 2000 years as Jesus dealt with the church.

When speaking about Eve sinning, the Bible mentions the word "fruit".

When speaking about Adam sinning, the word "fruit" is not mentioned. Why?

GENESIS 3:6   ... she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto her husband with her; and he did eat.

Adam ate, in other words he sinned.

Yet eating is not a sin.

GENESIS 2:9   And out of the ground made the LORD God to grow every tree that is pleasant to the sight, and good for food; the tree of life also in the midst of the garden, and the tree of knowledge of good and evil.

Every natural fruit tree was good then and it is still good now.

Eating something is not a sin.

MATTHEW 15:11   Not that which goeth into the mouth defileth a man; but that which cometh out of the mouth, this defileth a man.

Part of the punishment for sin was to be thrown out of the garden Of Eden.
GENESIS 3:23   Therefore the LORD God sent him forth from the garden of Eden, to till the ground from whence he was taken.

God only mentions Adam being thrown out of Eden. Why is Eve not mentioned?

ROMANS 5:12   Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned:

But the Bible says that sin and death entered because of Adam, not Eve. How does that work?

Eve’s sin has somehow caused us all to die. How is that possible?

People do not seem to notice the removal of the serpent species. The serpent was cursed and turned into a snake. The mammal serpent was a beast and he was turned into the reptile snake.

GENESIS 3:14   And the LORD God said unto the serpent, Because thou hast done this, thou art cursed above all cattle, and above every beast of the field; upon thy belly shalt thou go,

The Bible never speaks of “fallen angels”. The angels that sinned at the beginning were turned in demons.

Angels and the animal that sinned were all cursed and turned into a lower species.

God only spared humans as He cursed the ground and not Adam.

Salvation was only made available to us humans, which is God’s grace towards us.

The Tree of Life has 12 different fruits

GENESIS 3:22   And the LORD God said, Behold, the man is become as one of us, to know good and evil: and now, lest he put forth his hand, and take also of the tree of life, and eat, and live for ever:

The Tree of Life can grant eternal life. That is not a natural tree.

Only Jesus Christ can give eternal life.

A tree is the longest living life on earth.

So, the Tree of Life is a good symbol for the Spirit of Christ.

REVELATION 22:2   In the midst of the street of it, and on either side of the river,

was there the tree of life, which bare twelve manner of fruits,

and yielded her fruit every month: and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations.

No natural tree can bear 12 different types of fruit.

“Leaves” are a symbol of fellowship and co-operation which are needed to heal the rifts and hatreds between the various nations.

So, what is represented by the symbol of a tree and a fruit?

GENESIS 1:11   And God said, Let the earth bring forth grass, the herb yielding seed,

and the fruit tree yielding fruit after his kind, whose seed is in itself,

upon the earth: and it was so.

Fruit has its seed in itself.  “In itself” is symbolic of an inner conviction.

God does not impose from the outside to force us to obey. He wants to operate from within us whereby we want to obey.

"Seed" symbolizes the Word of God.

LUKE 8:11   Now the parable is this: The seed is the word of God.

PROVERBS 11:30    The fruit of the righteous is a tree of life;

“Fruit” can be a symbol of the consequences of one’s words or actions.

GENESIS 2:16   And the LORD God commanded the man, saying, Of every tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat:

There is nothing wrong with eating natural fruit.

God never told them not to eat of a specific natural fruit tree in order to create an artificial test for them.

Eve never admitted who was the father of Cain

GENESIS 2:17   But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die.

A “day” with God is 1000 years. No man born of a woman has managed to live for 1000 years.

That is the penalty of Eve’s sin. “Eating” here refers to the sex act.

There is no fruit tree that produces knowledge as a fruit.

“Knowledge” is an alternative word for sex.

Sex was never God's perfect will as eternal life cannot go through the sex act.

Please remember, when God was preparing Eden He was preparing for eternity. There would be no death in God's plan.

GENESIS 4:1   And Adam knew Eve his wife; and she conceived, and bare Cain, and said, I have gotten a man from the LORD.

:2    And she again bare his brother Abel.

One act and twins were born. But Eve had also conceived in Eden.

GENESIS 3:16   Unto the woman he said, I will greatly multiply thy sorrow and thy conception;

Eve was hiding something about the birth of Cain.

All life comes from God, so saying that the Lord God had given Cain life was true.

But Eve was careful not to say that Cain came from Adam. So, who did Cain come from?

At the beginning, in Eden, God was making physical bodies that would have eternal life in them. God did not create humans that had to die of old age.

GENESIS 2:25   And they were both naked, the man and his wife, and were not ashamed.

Adam and his bride were created without blood in eternal bodies.

There is no blood in Heaven.

I CORINTHIANS 15:50   Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God;

Without blood, sex is impossible as the male organ cannot have an erection.

God wanted the woman to be overshadowed by the Holy Ghost and produce the virgin-born Son of God.

Jesus would grow up and there would be no sin to die for. He would then call all His saints from the dust of the earth (which is what He is going to do on the Day of the Resurrection). That is spiritual multiplication. No sex would be involved.

The serpent was not a reptile but the top mammal

The serpent was somewhere between ape and man. He could speak and reason. God even explained his error to him. God never explained Eve’s error to her. She was too fooled to admit that she was in the wrong.

Having been fooled by an animal, women are still allergic to being referred to as animals. They hate being called a cow or a bitch.

The man was not fooled and men do not mind being called a bull. They regard that as a compliment. Sailors call themselves sea dogs.

The beasts of the field are mammals.

GENESIS 3:1   Now the serpent was more subtil than any beast of the field which the LORD God had made. And he said unto the woman,

The serpent began his speech. He was a smooth talker and had much to say as his story was based on lies.

GENESIS 3:6   And when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to be desired to make one wise, she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto her husband with her; and he did eat.

“Good for food” means food for thought.

If Eve descended to the level of having sex, then her naked body would be endlessly attractive to men who, in turn, would endlessly think about sex. That would be the dominant thought in male minds.

“Pleasant to the eyes”. Humans are the only species where the females are more attractive than the males. Thus, males easily develop a “roving eye” and are fatally attracted to pornography. Women use slits in their dresses and tops, miniskirts, low cut necklines, see-through clothes, etc. to display their naked flesh to attract male attention.

“A tree desired to make one wise”.  A tree represents a spirit.

The spirit of sex stirs up the pride of life which makes one feel wise and wanted when people of the opposite gender desire you.

Wisdom means that you have a lot of knowledge. Knowledge is an alternative word for sex. (Adam knew his wife).

People who sleep around a lot are regarded as being wise in the ways of the world and are very popular.

The fruit or product of emphasizing one’s mind or spirit on the topic of sex it to have some form of sex. Eating the fruit of one’s thoughts.

The woman had a veil of virginity to warn her that sex was wrong. The serpent was an animal, and broke this veil which caused blood to be shed.

Original sin was thus caused by a cunning animal that was very close to man, shedding blood as he committed adultery with Adam’s wife. So, God demanded the shed blood of an innocent animal to atone for sin.

But Eve was totally fooled.

God had told her to multiply. She knew nothing of the virgin birth process which is spiritual multiplication. Having to produce a child in order to fulfill God’s command to multiply, she was totally convinced that there was no other alternative to do that than by sex.  She was adamant that the serpent had taught her the truth. God did not try to explain to her that she was wrong. He never said. “Because you have done….”

Eve as a woman being completely fooled represents the modern church that is completely fooled.

A woman is a symbol of the church. Today there are 45000 different kinds of churches and denominations that are all different and yet each is convinced that they are totally right. Thus, you cannot speak to a church member anymore as their minds are made up that they are right. Despite all the differences that swirl through the churches. Thus, the churches are fooled today.

Matthew Chapter 25 calls the deceived churches the foolish virgins or fooled virgins.

Virgins are clean women. This parable refers to saved people in the churches. But they are fooled by the false doctrines of their church leaders which lull them into a complacent sleep. All the churches are waiting for the midnight cry that will wake them up. That will be a massive disaster.

MATTHEW 25:5   While the bridegroom tarried, they all slumbered and slept.

All the Christians in all the churches are fast asleep today.

MATTHEW 25:6   And at midnight there was a cry made, Behold, the bridegroom cometh;

go ye out to meet him.

The disaster will be so staggering that they will all realize that they have to go out of whatever church they are in.

Adam had to keep Eden free from sin

GENESIS 3:6   ... she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto her husband with her; and he did eat.

Notice. The word “fruit” is mentioned for Eve but not mentioned in connection with Adam.

Also notice that Eve did not have to say anything to convince Adam. He just sinned without any persuasion and yet it had taken many words to persuade Eve to sin.

What was Adam’s sin?

Adam was in charge of Eden and had to keep it sin-free,

the way God had made Eden.

GENESIS 2:15   And the LORD God took the man, and put him into the garden of Eden to dress it and to keep it.

Preachers must keep the people strictly Scriptural if they are to be kept free from sin.

Eve and the serpent had committed adultery.

The only way to keep Eden sin-free was for Adam to stone them both to death. Then God would have made a new wife for him.

DEUTERONOMY 22:23   If a damsel that is a virgin be betrothed unto an husband, and a man find her in the city, and lie with her;

:24   Then ye shall bring them both out unto the gate of that city,

and ye shall stone them with stones that they die;

the damsel, because she cried not, being in the city; and the man, because he hath humbled his neighbour's wife: so thou shalt put away evil from among you.

Adam had done nothing wrong up to that stage.

If he had killed the sinful pair, Eden would remain sin-free.

But then he failed in his duty.

He loved Eve too much to kill her.

But he knew that God was going to kill her to remove sin.

God could not tell Eve to repent because God needed her virgin womb for the birth of Jesus. But she was no longer a virgin. God could no longer use her.

Adam was the only man who was able to rid the world of sin by killing Eve and the serpent. He chose not to do so because he loved her too much.

Thus, in sparing Eve, Adam opened the door to sin that would soon flood the world and affect us all.

More sins are due to sex than any other single cause. Adultery, sex outside of marriage, homosexuality, teenage pregnancies, 60 million abortions every year, sexually transmitted diseases, rape, incest, prostitution, pornography, child abuse, etc.

In addition, every child is born of sex and thus born a sinner as eternal life cannot be transferred to the child through the sex act. The navel or belly button is the mark of the beast on our bodies. It means that we have to die.

The mark of the beast in our minds (that are in our foreheads) is when we are brainwashed by the churches to believe unscriptural ideas like Trinity, Christmas, 25 December, Good Friday, abortions, gay rights, etc. Then we are in danger of being killed in great Tribulation or the second death in the Lake of Fire.

ROMANS 5:12   Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned:

When Adam spared Eve, He knew God would kill her. So, Adam took a desperate gamble. He chose to sin and have sex with her. Deep down he believed that God would make a way of escape for them.

God did, chasing them out of the Garden dressed in coats that were blood stained from the slain animals. Thus, each of them left Eden under the blood of a lamb.

Adam thus symbolized the sacrifice of Jesus.

Adam loved Eve so much that he chose to sin in order that she could stay with him. He was not deceived.

Jesus loved His Bride (the true church) so much that He chose to become sin by taking our sins on Himself. Then He carried our sins down to Hell and dumped them on the Devil in order to save us so that we could stay with Jesus for eternity.

After chasing Adam and Eve out of Eden under blood stained animal skins, God then allowed sex as His permissive will, but only between a legally married man and woman.

Sex introduced sin, so God made strict rules concerning sex.

HEBREWS 13:4   Marriage is honourable in all, and the bed undefiled:
I CORINTHIANS 7:1   Now concerning the things whereof ye wrote unto me: It is good for a man not to touch a woman.

:2   Nevertheless, to avoid fornication, let every man have his own wife, and let every woman have her own husband.

Fornication is sex outside of marriage.

A person cannot divorce and re-marry while their ex-spouse is still alive.

MARK 10:11   And he saith unto them, Whosoever shall put away his wife, and marry another, committeth adultery against her.

:12    And if a woman shall put away her husband, and be married to another, she committeth adultery.

The serpent was cursed until it became a snake

GENESIS 3:14   And the LORD God said unto the serpent, Because thou hast done this, thou art cursed above all cattle, and above every beast of the field; upon thy belly shalt thou go, and dust shalt thou eat all the days of thy life:

When the angels fell, they were cursed and turned into demons. A change in species.

The Bible never speaks of a “fallen angel”.

God cursed the serpent and changed him from a mammal to a reptile. A change in species.

As a snake, the serpent was condemned to crawl on his belly because he has been lying on his belly when he had sex with Eve.

“Dust shall thou eat”.

This has a spiritual meaning. A snake swallows natural dust but does not eat dust. You only eat food. Dust cannot keep a snake alive.

Eating dust is a symbol of the pit of hell eating up the unsaved people when they die.

Humans, like Adam, are made from dust. The long body of a snake symbolizes the pit of hell. A snake swallowing dust symbolizes an unsaved person being swallowed up by the pit of hell. Their final, tragic end. The snake’s tongue is forked meaning that antichrist spirit in the preachers who deceitfully mix truth with lies.

There is poison in a snake’s mouth. There is poison in the mouths of those who preach unscriptural ideas.

Animals live by polygamy. One male, many females. So, the female serpents also had to be cursed and turned into snakes too.

The male is the head of the family. What happens to him happens to his wives as well.

The Bible only mentions what happens to Adam when God chased him out of the garden.

GENESIS 3:23   Therefore the LORD God sent him forth from the garden of Eden,

GENESIS 3:24   So he drove out the man;

God drove out the man. But because he is the head of the family, the same happened to his wife.

She was also driven out. The female shares the fate of her husband, her head.

GENESIS 3:16   Unto the woman he said, I will greatly multiply thy sorrow and thy conception; in sorrow thou shalt bring forth children; and thy desire shall be to thy husband,

and he shall rule over thee.

“He shall rule over thee”. The husband rules over the wife. He is the head of the home.

Eve had sinned by being deceived. Her husband had not been fooled. So the husband was put in charge. She had to listen to him.

God punished Eve for being pregnant. She had conceived.

God never wanted Adam and Eve to have sex, but as her husband Adam was allowed to have sex with her. Punishing Eve for being pregnant just proved that Adam was not the father of Cain. You cannot punish the wife if the husband makes her pregnant. The serpent, who was the wicked one, was the father of Cain. But then the serpent was cursed and turned into a snake.

I JOHN 3:12   Not as Cain, who was of that wicked one, and slew his brother.

“And thy desire shall be to thy husband”. A strange punishment. A married wife has a natural desire for her husband. So how can this desire be a punishment? The woman can just have one husband even though she can feel a sex desire for more than one man.

Animals multiplied by sex. The woman chose to multiply like the animals so God made her live like the animals, one male and many females. Polygamy. This is very demeaning to a woman, if her husband can choose other wives, as God had originally made one man and one wife.

GENESIS 3:20   And Adam called his wife's name Eve; because she was the mother of all living.

Eve is the mother of all living. Both Cain and Abel.

Adam is never called the father of all living. So, he is just the father of Abel, who was Cain’s twin.

The four guards around the throne of God

GENESIS 3:22   And the LORD God said, Behold, the man is become as one of us, to know good and evil: and now, lest he put forth his hand, and take also of the tree of life, and eat, and live for ever:

The tree of life is a symbol of Christ. He alone gives eternal life. The tree is the longest living thing on earth.

If the sinful Adam got eternal life from Christ, then he would be an eternal sinner. A horrible thought.

So, in the Old Testament there was polygamy (not a great idea for a woman) which was the lifestyle of animals. The woman had chosen to multiply in the same way that animals multiplied. Now God made the women live like animals. God guarded the Tree of Life (Christ) so that the people had to stay away from God as God hates sin. God had a different way of multiplying that began with the virgin birth. But God does not trust man, so God made man stay away from the Tree of Life that produces Eternal Life.

GENESIS 3:24   So he drove out the man; and he placed at the east of the garden of Eden Cherubims, and a flaming sword which turned every way, to keep the way of the tree of life.

The tree of life was in the centre of the garden. Jesus is the centre of attraction in God’s Plan. The tree of life is now found at the east of the garden. The tree has moved. Thus, it is not a natural tree. It is the Spirit of Christ. Christ moves from the centre of Eden to the Eastern end of the garden to form the Door that will allow people to get back into Eden again.

“Which turned every way”. There are only four ways to turn. North, South, East, and West. So, there were four Cherubims or bodyguards to keep anyone from getting to close to God.

“To keep the way of the tree of life”.

Jesus is the Way to life. There is a certain way to approach God. In the Old Testament it was through the Law and the animal sacrifices. That would change in the New Testament.

Only one fiery sword was enough as the cherubims could pass it around to each other.

Get too close to God and the sharp point kills you because you are a sinner, in the Old Testament.

When a sword is stuck in the ground, the deadly sharp point is neutralized. It can no longer kill.

The part of the sword that sticks up above the ground now looks like a cross.

Because Jesus is the tree of Life, it was a wooden “sword” that He hung on.

Jesus on the cross represents the sword stuck into the ground.

Four Roman soldiers stood around the cross as guards. Even God’s enemies unknowingly obey Him.

JOHN 19:23   Then the soldiers, when they had crucified Jesus, took his garments, and made four parts, to every soldier a part;

The fiery sword in Genesis means that there was the fire of the Holy Ghost on the cross.

The burning bush of Moses was made of wood, but the Fire on the outside was supernatural. That was the sign of the first exodus. The Jews coming out of Egypt, subject to the Law which was imposed upon them from the outside. They had to obey.

The cross of Jesus was also made of wood but the supernatural Fire was hidden within Him. It was an inner experience. He wanted to obey the supernatural God.

This was the sign of the second exodus, the church coming out of the Jews when we experience an inner conversion of being born again and want to obey and believe the written Scriptures.

ROMANS 5:10   For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son,

We were reconciled to God when Jesus died on the cross.

II CORINTHIANS 5:19   To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself,

The supernatural Spirit of God was hidden in the Man, Christ, when Christ died.

I CORINTHIANS 2:8   Which none of the princes of this world knew: for had they known it, they would not have crucified the Lord of glory.

ISAIAH 42:8   I am the LORD: that is my name:

and my glory will I not give to another,

Then the scene moves to Heaven

MATTHEW 6:10   Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.

Everything on earth that is in God’s Plan is a reflection of what is in Heaven.

In Heaven Jesus, as the Tree of Life, is surrounded by four bodyguards.

REVELATION 4:7   And the first beast was like a lion, and the second beast like a calf, and the third beast had a face as a man, and the fourth beast was like a flying eagle.

The Lion represents the apostles establishing the New Testament church.

The Calf grew up in the long centuries of the Dark Ages to become the strong Ox. This was when truth was lost and tens of millions were killed. The ox is the beast of slaughter.

The Man represents human wisdom that restored the basics of the Bible that got people saved and living holy. Inspired scholars translated the King James Bible.

The Eagle restored the gifts of the Spirit and then revealed the insights that enables the Bride to understand the revealed mysteries of Scripture.

JOHN 16:13   Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth:

A tree is a symbol of a man

PSALM 1:1   Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful.

:2   But his delight is in the law of the LORD; and in his law doth he meditate day and night.

A righteous man is symbolized by a tree that is well watered.

PSALM 1:3   And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper.

“Leaves” speak of fellowship that heals racial differences.

MATTHEW 7:16   Ye shall know them by their fruits.

Racial hatreds are the curse of our modern world that the Gospel must overcome.

Jesus healed a blind man and then gave him that very wonderful gift, the gift of discernment.

He saw the spirits of the people and thus he could never be fooled.

MARK 8:24   And he looked up, and said, I see men as trees, walking.

The spirit of an unsaved man looks just like a dead tree.

Seeing the man does not tell us much because saved and unsaved men look much alike. But if you saw his spirit as a tree, you would then see it as a dead tree with no leaves or fruit. Then, whatever he professed, you would immediately know that he is unsaved.

The real fruit of the womb is Jesus

When Elizabeth spoke to Mary.

LUKE 1:42   And she spake out with a loud voice, and said, Blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb.

This is the last mention of the fruit of the womb in the Bible. After the birth of Jesus, no other baby would be acceptable to God’s perfect plan.

This is also the only reference to the fruit of the womb in the New Testament. Only Jesus represents the fruit (the Baby) that has the Seed of God's Word inside Him.

When humans chose to multiply by sex they unleashed many wrong spirits.

PROVERBS 30:20   Such is the way of an adulterous woman; she eateth, and wipeth her mouth, and saith, I have done no wickedness.

Eating is a symbol of sex. Eve never admitted to being wrong. She covered up for Cain by saying that God had given Cain life. But she never said that Cain came from Adam.

Paul sees the church symbolized by a holy virgin.

II CORINTHIANS 11:2   For I am jealous over you with godly jealousy: for I have espoused you to one husband, that I may present you as a chaste virgin to Christ.

But then Paul says that the virgin Eve was beguiled by the serpent. Then she was no longer a virgin that God could use for the virgin birth of Jesus.

II CORINTHIANS 11:3   But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve through his subtilty, so your minds should be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ.

Our biggest danger today is to be deceived into believing something that is unscriptural.

MATTHEW 24:4   Take heed that no man deceive you.
