The Mysteries

Mystery 12. When will Christ Appear? We do not know.

Mystery 13. The revelation of the opening of the seven Seals on earth is not the actual opening event in Heaven.

Mystery 14. We do not know the new Name of Jesus.

Mystery 15. It is wrong to deify brother Branham and replace Scripture with his "infallible" quotes.

Mystery 16. We do not know when the mighty Angel of Revelation 10 will come down.

Mystery 12 The appearing of Christ is not known to us

Many message believers who follow William Branham say that the 1963 Cloud was the appearing of Christ.

Or that brother Branham was the appearing of Christ.

64-0531 THE ODDBALL

Depends on what you're wound on. See? So, may the Lord Jesus Christ, the Shepherd of the flock, ever keep your hearts so wound into Him, that, when the great Shepherd does appear, we will appear with Him.

This was preached in 1964, long after the cloud was photographed, and here brother Branham was still waiting for Christ to appear. So obviously, the Cloud was not the appearing of Christ.

COLOSSIANS 3:4 When Christ, who is our life, shall appear, then shall ye also appear with him in glory

When He appears, you will appear with Him. But no one appeared with Christ on the day that the Cloud was photographed near Flagstaff. Brother Branham was not even there, as he was 200 miles away in Tucson. He was not even aware that there had been a Cloud until some months later. Nor were the rest of us there. Most of today’s believers were probably not even born in 1963. No spiritual person was under the Cloud on 28 February 1963.

63-1113 THE SIGN OF THIS TIME

We're so happy to meet them, knowing that there is a great Tomorrow where we will meet, where we'll never have a prayer for the sick, for the sick will be well forever. There will be no more long nights of prayer for the lost, because they'll all be saved then.

And we're looking for that day when Jesus shall appear.

65-0718M TRYING TO DO GOD A SERVICE WITHOUT IT BEING THE WILL OF GOD

… Show us the paths that You have ordained that we should walk. And give us of Thy grace and love, that we might follow those paths and instructions with all of our hearts, that we might be found, that day, in Christ, blameless,

But let me say this. Our Lord is not defeated. Men claim to open the door to God and shut that door, but they are liars. All that the Father has given Him will come to Him, and he that cometh to Him in no wise will be cast out; He will lose NONE of them. John 6:37-39.

And when that last elected member to the body of Christ comes in, then will our Lord appear.

I JOHN 2:28 And now, little children, abide in him; that, when he shall appear, we may have confidence, and not be ashamed before him at his coming.

Appearing and coming seem to be interchangeable words in this Bible verse.

I JOHN 3:2 Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that,

when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is.

When Christ appears, you will get a glorified body just like His.

63-0324E THE SEVENTH SEAL

We are living at the last hour. By the grace of Almighty God, by His help, to His people that they might

look forward to the soon appearing of Christ...

"How long, Brother Branham?" Maybe twenty years, maybe in fifty years,

maybe in a hundred years; I don't know.

And maybe in the morning, maybe yet tonight; I don't know.

And anybody that says they do know, they're wrong. See? They won't know.

God only knows.

This was after the cloud. He was still looking forward to the appearing of Christ which he said could be 50 or 100 years in the future.

He makes it clear that if you know when Christ appears, then you are wrong.

63-0804 JESUS ON THE SCENE

May the loving Holy Spirit take them, lead them to water baptism, and to the baptism of the Holy Spirit, then sealing them into the Kingdom of God

until the Coming and the appearing of the visible body of the Lord Jesus

to catch away His Bride.

Brother Branham uses "coming" and "appearing" for the same event.

63-0825M HOW CAN I OVERCOME

And now,

at the Coming of the Lord Jesus,

those who are really loving His Coming, that's living for it;

when He appears in the sky,

the Church that's

dead in Christ shall rise,

and those will be changed in a moment

Notice how he uses “appears” and “coming” interchangeably. They mean the same thing here.

63-0319 THE SECOND SEAL

…And now, just before the coming of Christ, the Bible said there would be false christs arise and would claim to be Christ, and would say, "Lo," the people say,

"He's in the desert." Don't believe it. "Lo, He's in the secret chamber." Don't believe it.

"For as the sun shineth from the east unto the west, so shall the coming of the Son of man be." See? Yes, He will appear, and it'll be a universal thing.

This was preached after the cloud was photographed. He said Christ will appear in the future, and it will be universal. What happened between brother Branham and the seven angels in the desert at Sunset Peak was not the coming or the appearing of Christ. Sunset Peak, near the city of Tucson, is part of the great Sonora desert that stretches into Arizona and Mexico. Jesus will not confine His Coming to a desert area.

MATTHEW 24:26 Wherefore if they shall say unto you, Behold,

he is in the desert; go not forth:

behold, he is in the secret chambers; believe it not.

65-0725M THE ANOINTED ONES AT THE END TIME

Now, I want you to know this is sure, and you that listen to this tape. You might have thought today that I was trying to say that about myself,

being that I was packing this Message. I have no more to do with it than nothing, no more than just a voice. …

I wasn't the One that appeared down on the river; I was only standing there when He appeared.

I'm not the One that performs these things and foretells these things that happens as perfect they are;

I'm only one that's near when He does it. I was only a voice

that He used, to say It. It wasn't what I knew; it's what I just surrendered myself to, that He spoke through.

It isn't me, it wasn't the seventh angel,

oh, no; it was the manifestation of the Son of man…..

The angel was not the Son of man;

he was the messenger from the Son of man.

The fulness of the Holy Spirit appeared above him when he was baptizing in the Ohio River.

The fulness of the Holy Spirit was near brother Branham, not in Him as he only had a portion of the Holy Spirit.

He stood near God and God only used his voice to discern peoples' thoughts.

65-1204 THE RAPTURE_ YUMA.AZ

Three things happens.

A shout, a voice, a trumpet, has to happen before Jesus appears.

Now, a shout... Jesus does all three of them when He's descending.

A shout, what is the shout? It's the Message

going forth, first, the living Bread of Life bringing forth the Bride.

Now, God has a way of doing things. And He never changes His policy. He's the unchanging God. In Amos 3:7, He said, "He would do nothing on the earth until first He revealed it to His servants the prophets." And just as certain as He promised it, He'll do it.

The message or shout must first go forth before Jesus appears. Jesus does not appear while the shout is going forth.

But the "shout" was not brother Branham preaching the truth from Scripture.

The "shout" will be when the Bride individuals are able to prove what brother Branham preached from Scripture.

65-0801 THE GOD OF THIS EVIL AGE

But I'm only speaking this across the nation this morning, so that the peoples that has believed the Message that the Lord Jesus has given me for this hour, might know what's taking place, and placing it in the Scripture.

One month before he died and brother Branham was still waiting for the single Thunder that opens the First Seal. He was also waiting for the shout.

So the First Seal had not yet opened and the "shout" had not yet happened.

Thus the "shout" was not brother Branham preaching his Message from Scripture. The fact that he knew the truth does not help us unless we also learn that truth from Scripture.

When the Bride speaks the truth from Scripture, that will be the shout.
65-1127 I HAVE HEARD BUT NOW I SEE
Dear God, in this solemn moment, it's going to be a time like this when there really will be a clap of thunder someday, and the Son of God shall descend from the heavens with a shout, with the voice of the Archangel, and the trump of God, the dead in Christ shall rise.

Then Jesus will not appear before the voice of the Archangel resurrects up the dead. Then the living must be changed.

Then the Trumpet must call us up to Heaven.

That is when Jesus appears in the clouds and we see Him in the air.

Mystery 13 A revelation is not the actual event

The Revelation of an event is not the actual event but it is like watching a vision of the event.

But the revelation does not reveal all the details of the event, just the outline.

Isaiah saw a virgin bring forth a Baby. That was the main outline. But that vision told us very few details. It did not mention the world being taxed, nor the long journey from Nazareth to Bethlehem, the crowded inn and stinking stable, or the smelly shepherds after their long run from the fields. The glory of the angels who were praising God.

61-0611 REVELATION CHAPTER FIVE.1

Now, we find out that

he was lifted up into the heavens and saw from then until the coming of the Lord, as though he had been there and seen it all happen.

John himself did not live... He lived to be ninety-something years old, and then died in a natural death (the only one of the apostles) after coming from his exile from isle of Patmos.

The vision that John saw was so real that it was as though he had watched the actual event. But the vision was not the event.

57-0417 THE SECOND COMING OF THE LORD
It was such a great thing to John the revelator on the Isle of Patmos, that when he saw the preview of the coming of the Lord,

A preview is to see a vision of a future event before the event actually happens.

A vision is when a prophet goes beyond the curtain of time to watch a future event and then comes back to reveal it to us before it actually happens in our real-time.

60-1231 REVELATION CHAPTER FOUR.1

And Jesus said to them, "What is it to you if he tarries until I come, till I return? What is it?"
And the disciples made a mistake, they said that "Jesus said that 'he was going to live till the Coming.'"
But Jesus didn't make no mistake. Right here in Revelation, the 4th chapter, Christ kept His Word! He brought John up into Heaven and rehearsed the whole thing to him. Glory!

He saw the preview. He saw it just as though he lived on earth and saw the whole church ages come to pass,

to the coming of the Lord, the whole Book of Revelation.

The preview or vision is just as though he lived through the events.

50-0816 LOOKING TO THE UNSEEN
Oh, what I would think tonight, "Lord,

let us look a past the curtain of time,

just look over just a little peek, see what it's all about."

A vision is a glimpse of the future as the prophet looks over the wall of time.

1963 THE SECOND SEAL

Now, how great is God's grace to reveal His secrets to us in this day. Now, we all will believe that we're living in the last day. We believe that. And remember, the secrets was to be revealed in the last day. And how does He reveal His Word, His secret, the Bible? Would you like to read where He says it? Let's just turn over and see how He reveals His secrets.

Now, I want you to read Amos; turn over to the Book of Amos, and I want you to read in the 3rd chapter of Amos and the 7th verse. All right. I'll read the 6th verse too.

Shall a trumpet... blow in the city, and the people not be afraid? shall there be evil in a city, and the LORD has not done it?

Surely the LORD...

will do nothing, but he revealeth his secrets

unto his servants the prophets.

Brother Branham must first give us the revelation of the opening of the Seven Seals while we are on earth, before the Seven Seals can be actually opened in Heaven.

We say that the Seven Seals have opened or broken.

Seals were made of wax. You could not open them unless you broke them.

Do we mean that they have opened in reality in Heaven with full details, or that they have opened in revelation form on earth as an outline of events?

We do not have all the full details of the Seals.

We do not know who the rider called Death is. He is the final Pope, but who is he as a man?

The Seventh Seal has also not opened yet. So that remains a mystery.
64-0719M THE FEAST OF THE TRUMPETS

The Seventh Seal hasn't opened yet, you know. That's His Coming.

The Sixth Seal will only be opened by the two prophets in great Tribulation.

So we know very little about great Tribulation events. The Seven Trumpets and the Seven Vials that happen in great Tribulation were never revealed to brother Branham.

63-0323 THE SIXTH SEAL

Now, notice. Don't let it choke you, but

watch what opened that Seal: prophets.

See? Amen. There you are. Oh, we're living in the eagle day, brother, head up among the clouds.

They opened that Sixth Seal.

They have power to do it. Amen. There's your Sixth Seal coming open. See?

The Sixth Seal is opened by the prophets Moses and Elijah during the 3.5 years of great Tribulation. During that time the Bride is in Heaven where Jesus is opening the Seven Seals in Revelation Chapter 6 after the Bride has been caught up to Heaven in Revelation Chapter 4.

Let us look at Revelation Chapter 4. It refers to the future event of the Bride being caught up to Heaven. We know very little about that event.

1965 THE REVELATION OF JESUS CHRIST - CHURCH AGE BOOK CPT.1

But when John looked he saw only "ONE" upon the throne. And it was not until Revelation 5:6-8 (which follows Revelation 4:2-3 in sequence of time) that we see the "Lamb" taking the book from "HIM" That sat on the throne, as indicated in Revelation 4:2-3 and 9-10.

Revelation Chapter 5 refers to events that happen after Chapter 4. In Chapter 4 John is symbolically caught up to Heaven as he represents the Bride being caught up after the church ages. Then Chapter 5 is when Jesus takes the Book to open It, and this event happens after the Bride is caught up to Heaven. The Bride is standing around the throne when this happens.

REVELATION 4:1 After this I looked, and, behold, a door was opened in heaven: and the first voice which I heard was as it were of a trumpet talking with me; which said,

Come up hither,

and I will shew thee things which must be hereafter.

"After" what? -- After the church ages were complete. John gets caught up to Heaven as a type of the Bride. This refers to the future catching up of the Bride.

Once the Bride is in Heaven, they will be singing around the throne of God. Only then does Jesus take the Book and actually opens it.

REVELATION 5:9 And they sung a new song, saying, Thou art worthy to take the book, and to open the seals thereof: for thou wast slain, and hast redeemed us to God by thy blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation

1963 03 24 QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS ON THE SEALS

QUESTION: In Revelations verse 5 to 9, who are these found singing when the Lamb takes the Book… are these the raptured saints?

ANSWER: …....... look here, "the song they sang, saying, You have redeemed us out of every kindred, tongue, and nation."

Sure, that's them.

The Lamb only takes the Book when the raptured saints are in Heaven, after being caught up to meet the Lord in the air.

The Seven Seals will only then open in reality, with their full details, when the Bride is gathered around the throne after being caught up to Heaven.

Brother Branham was given a revelation of this future event which enabled him to give an accurate outline or picture of all the symbols. Thus the revelation of the Seals has opened to us as we can listen to his preaching and form a picture of what the Seven Seals are about. Although we are still ignorant of the Seventh Seal and do not know very much about the sixth Seal.

The two prophets in the Tribulation will know far more about the Sixth Seal than what we know now.

But the literal opening, that we will see when we stand around the throne, will only happen after we leave this earth.

Do not make the big mistake of thinking that the revelation of the event, which gives us a preview of the future, is actually the event itself.

The printed book on the Seven Seals messages was called "The REVELATION of the Seven Seals."

The actual OPENING or BREAKING of the Seven Seals only starts after that mysterious SINGLE Thunder that brother Branham was still looking for one month before he died.

Dear God, in this solemn moment, it's going to be a time like this

A big error today is the way message preachers try to place future events into the past.

Mystery 14 We do not know the new name of Jesus

63-0318 THE FIRST SEAL

And Jesus, His Name on earth was Redeemer, Jesus. When He was on earth, He was the Redeemer; that's true. But when He conquered death and hell, and overcome them, and ascended on high,

He received a new Name.

That's the reason they holler the way they do and don't get nothing;

it will be revealed in the thunders.

The Thunders reveal the new Name of Jesus.

Jesus will only return after the Bride have received their new bodies. After that, they will not be able to sin anymore. Thus they will not need a Saviour anymore.

The name of Jesus is linked to salvation.

The new name of Jesus will be linked to His perfect Bride who no longer need a Saviour.

REVELATION 19:11 And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war.

:12 His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on his head were many crowns;

and he had a name written, that no man knew,

but he himself.

No man knows the new name.

"And I will write my NEW Name upon him."

My New Name. When ALL becomes new, then He will take upon Him a new Name and that Name will be the Name of the bride also.

What that Name is, none dare conjecture.

It would have to be a revelation of the Spirit given so conclusively that none would dare deny it. But no doubt He will leave that revelation to the day when He desires to give that Name forth. Suffice it to know that it will be more wonderful than we could ever imagine.

ACTS 4:12 Neither is there salvation in any other:

for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved

The new name will apply when we are in immortal bodies and do not need a Savior.

Until that time, we need the Blood of Jesus Christ to forgive us from our sins. The new name will only apply when we have no need for the old name, Jesus.

As long as we are under Heaven, we need forgiveness in the Name of Jesus. When we receive new bodies, and are caught up into Heaven, then we will call Jesus by His new Name.

Once you know the new Name, you will never use the old Name of Jesus again.

Thus we can only learn the new Name right at the end as we leave this earth.

Mystery 15 Brother Branham is not the Voice of God

William Branham is not the Son of man nor is he Jesus Christ.

Deifying brother Branham by thinking that in some way he is God is very wrong.

64-0830E QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS.4

Brother Branham, a sister came to the Tabernacle some eight hundred miles, and she said she believed you are Jesus Christ incarnate. Please speak on this. She was very impatient in trying to tell others what she thinks.

All right. Now, 'course the sister was wrong.

I am not Jesus Christ;

I am His servant. We've went through that so many times.

Calling his sermons the “Voice of God” is completely unscriptural.

His voice is the “voice of the seventh angel”.

Our age was promised “the voice of the seventh angel” and “the voice of the archangel” which brother Branham calls the “voice of the resurrection”.

We were never promised the “Voice of God”.

REVELATION 10:7 But in the days of the voice of the seventh angel,

when he shall begin to sound, the mystery of God should be finished, as he hath declared to his servants the prophets.

I THESSALONIANS 4:16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout,

with the voice of the archangel,

and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:

... A shout; and then a voice; and then a trumpet.

Shout: a messenger getting the people ready.

The second is a voice of the resurrection:

the same voice, that, a loud voice in Saint John 11:38-44, that called Lazarus from the grave.

Getting the Bride together; and then the resurrection of the dead, see; to be caught up with It.

The first church age never had the Voice of God.

So we must only have what the first church age had.

Nicolaitanism is the elevation of a holy man. God hates Nicolaitanism.

REVELATION 2:6 But this thou hast, that thou hatest the deeds of the Nicolaitans, which I also hate.

The angel was not the Son of man;

he was the messenger from the Son of man.

Brother Branham had a portion of the Holy Ghost, not the fulness of the Holy Spirit.

The fulness of God appeared above him, not in him, when he was baptizing in the Ohio River.

The fulness of God was near him when he discerned thoughts. The fulness of God was not in him.

God only used his voice, as he had no idea what God was saying through him while the people's thoughts were being revealed.

But when he preached, then he knew what he was talking about.

So when he preached, he used his own voice, it was under his control. When he was preaching, God was not using his voice while he was unaware of what was being said.

But God had previously given him visions to explain the Scriptures.

Christ is the Word. So as brother Branham revealed the Word, he was actually revealing Christ.

64-0212 WHEN THEIR EYES WERE OPENED THEY KNEW HIM

Come on, somebody else. Right in the Presence of Christ, I can just feel the Spirit just calling in my heart. ……. God wants you in His Divine Presence.

Who is God going to judge the world by?

Jesus Christ. Who is it promised to do this in the last days, to reveal Himself? Jesus Christ. It's not me. It's Christ.

Christ is the One that's here revealing Himself. Humility, like He was; coming out of nothing, like He did; coming into us, like He has. He is God.

1963 LAODICEAN CHURCH AGE - CHURCH AGE BOOK CPT.9

But consider this also. This prophet-messenger will be in his nature and manners as were Elijah and John. The people of this prophet-messenger's day will be as they were in Ahab's day, and in John's. And since it is "ONLY THE CHILDREN" whose hearts will be turned, it is only the children who will listen. In the days of Ahab only 7,000 true seed Israelites were found. In the days of John there were also very few. The masses in both ages were in the fornication of idolatry.

I want to make one more comparison between the Laodicean prophet-messenger and John, the prophet-messenger who preceded Jesus' first coming. The people in John's day mistook him for the Messiah.

JOHN 1:19-20 And this is the record of John, when the Jews sent priests and Levites from Jerusalem to ask him, Who art thou? And he confessed, and denied not; but confessed, I am not the Christ.

Now this last day prophet-messenger will have such power before the Lord that there will be those who mistake him for the Lord Jesus.

There will be a spirit in the world at the end time that will seduce some and make them believe this.

MATTHEW 24:23-26 For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.

Behold, I have told you before.

Wherefore if they shall say unto you, Behold, He is in the desert; go not forth; behold, He is in the secret chambers; believe it not.

But don't you believe it. He is not Jesus Christ. He is not the Son of God. HE IS ONE OF THE BRETHREN, A PROPHET, A MESSENGER, A SERVANT OF GOD. He needs no greater honor bestowed upon him than that which John received when he was the voice that cried,

"I am not He, BUT HE IS COMING AFTER ME."

Christ will not come in the desert.

MATTHEW 24:26 Wherefore if they shall say unto you, Behold, he is in the desert; go not forth:

behold, he is in the secret chambers; believe it not.

Brother Branham went hunting at Sunset Peak on 6 March 1963. Sunset Peak is part of the great Sonoran desert around Tucson in the state of Arizona. This is where the seven angels came to him on 8 March 1963.

However, the Cloud never appeared anywhere near Sunset Peak when brother Branham was there. The Cloud appeared at the city of Flagstaff which is 200 miles north of Tucson. The Cloud appeared 8 days earlier, on 28 February 1963, while brother Branham was 200 miles away in Tucson. The Cloud was traveling from west to east as it moved towards New Mexico at an altitude of 43 kilometers which is far too high for natural clouds. It was briefly seen for 28 minutes just after sunset.

"Secret chambers" are mysterious dimensions. Message preachers claimed that the Cloud was Jesus coming in a mystery form. The hidden mysterious presence of the Lord is called Parousia.

Brother Branham never used the word Parousia.

John the Baptist introduced Jesus to the people and washed Him in Jordan as the sacrificial Lamb and the High Priest. But Jesus only really began His ministry after John the Baptist was killed.

Brother Branham first had to reveal the mysteries, that the early church believed, to us. When he revealed enough about the Bible to us so that we could understand what the first church believed and did, then he was killed in a motor accident. Then the written Word of God began to influence peoples’ lives. More than 57 years have gone by since he was killed. Most of the people around the world who claim to follow his teachings never knew him.

“In the days of the voice of the seventh angel”. The Bible did not place the emphasis on him as a man. The Bible placed the emphasis on his “voice” which has spread worldwide in the form of recorded sermons, books, and the Internet. Long after he left the scene, individuals who never knew him as a person are influenced by what he said.

Caution: The first Elijah never knew the 7000 people who believed in his preaching. So the people who actually knew brother Branham have no advantage over those who did not. Knowing him as a person probably blinded them to the truth of his ministry. Knowing him as a person tends to make them focus more on him and his quotes, rather than on Scripture. In Revelation Chapter 13 the mark of the beast is mentioned as part of the ministry of the American beast. Beware of Americans who build their beliefs on quotes and their interpretations of quotes.

In Revelation Chapter 13, America, the world's dominant nation, is prophesied to impose the mark of the beast on the people.

The mark of the beast (666) is to turn away from the written Word of God.

JOHN 6:66 From that time many of his disciples went back, and walked no more with him.

These disciples turned away from Jesus Who is the Word of God. This happened in verse 66 of chapter 6. There is an example of 666.

America will use quotes to lead people away from Scripture. Worldwide, people follow this example.

Message-pastors interpreted quotes to predict that Hillary Clinton would win the 2016 American presidential election. She lost. Some of those same pastors used quotes to predict the destruction of America and the coming of the Lord by 1977. They also got that one wrong. But people still exalt them as leaders, which merely proves how easy it is to mislead people who do not stay with the written Bible. So God has given us two clear warnings about pastors who base their beliefs on quotes. Many of those leaders built big doctrines on the Cloud because they never checked the facts. Like parrots, they repeated the quotes where brother Branham mistakenly thought that the seven angels formed the Cloud when they left him at Sunset Peak. But the prophet is not infallible, and he got that wrong. The angels visited him eight days after forming the Cloud. He was 200 miles away from the Cloud when it formed and only found out about the Cloud some months later.

"You cannot correct the prophet" is the battle cry of misleading pastors who bluster and threaten like spiritual bullies in order to intimidate the people. Not true. Brother Branham was not under the Cloud, and America was not destroyed in 1977, despite quotes saying so.

I THESSALONIANS 5:21 Prove all things;

hold fast that which is good.

I JOHN 4:1 Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits

whether they are of God:

II TIMOTHY 4:2 Preach the word;

The Bible requires us to prove all things by checking that they line up with Scripture.

Pastors have twisted brother Branham's quotes away from the Bible, and that is why they do not want their doctrines checked by the Bible. They simply cannot run their speculations through the Bible.

DEUTERONOMY 19:15 One witness shall not rise up

against a man for any iniquity, or for any sin, in any sin that he sinneth:

at the mouth of two witnesses,

or at the mouth of three witnesses, shall the matter be established.

Brother Branham saying something is one witness only. That does not prove a point. Taking his revelation through Scripture gives you two witnesses. That proves it. Finding that Science, Biology, or History also agree makes it three witnesses, which is even better.

II CORINTHIANS 13:1 This is the third time I am coming to you. In the mouth of two or three witnesses shall every word be established.

But people love "church" more than the Bible, so they foolishly keep following their blind leaders.

People are more scared of disagreeing with their pastors than they are of disagreeing with the Bible.

Jesus said that John the Baptist was a bright and a shining light….

JOHN 5:35 He was a burning and a shining light:

and ye were willing for a season to rejoice in his light.

The people tended to cluster around John as he was a great prophet. But John made a serious mistake. His disciples then thought that Jesus was not the Messiah. These disciples did not think that a prophet could make a mistake. They were happy to deny Jesus by believing their prophet's mistake.

MATTHEW 11:2 Now when John had heard in the prison the works of Christ, he sent two of his disciples,

:3 And said unto him, Art thou he that should come, or do we look for another?

These disciples used a quote from the prophet John to deny Jesus, Who is the Word. But we never hear of these two disciples of John the Baptist again.

Today the disciples of William Branham use his quotes to deny Scripture. These Message believers cluster around the quotes of brother Branham which they elevate to the status of the Word of God. This is unscriptural, and brother Branham's disciples then no longer regard the Word (which is Jesus) as their Absolute.

Brother Branham had a ministry to restore us back to the Word of God.

He was not anointed to replace or take pre-eminence over the Word of God.

JOHN 5:36 But I have greater witness than that of John:

Jesus, the Word of God, is greater than any prophet.

61-0611 REVELATION CHAPTER FIVE.1

And the other day in Canada a brother showed me a little ticket of a thing he's packed in his pocket, said

"William Branham is our Lord," baptizing in the name of William Branham.

And a little... a precious... If it had been an enemy, if it had been my enemy I would have knowed it was a joke. But a precious, darling brother come up to confess his sins and his wrongs

and say his faith in me as being Jesus Christ.

And I have got letters at home, and calls from Chicago and different places, asking me if I believe that dogma.

And I got all kinds of letters that's come in the last few days, and calls from different places, so,

saying that I was Christ. Brethren, that is a horrible, disgraceful, ungodly lie of the Devil!

See? See, I am your brother. Now, that would run any person from the field. That would make anyone that loves Christ run from the very thing.

........ but when it comes to be calling "Anointed Christ," or something, that was too much for me. So I just couldn't stand that.

.........A few nights ago, to make it sure, I had a visitation from the Lord. And I seen a precious one's... a babying... a serpent which was yellow and black, and telling me right along, and the thing struck me on the leg. But the blood was so rich it didn't take effect on me. And I looked down, and there's where I had been bit before. And I turned quickly with a gun and shot the thing, and it hit it right in the middle of the thing.

And a brother said... I turned with my gun to shoot its head off, and he said, "Don't do that, just pick up the stick laying there by you." And when I turned my back to pick up the stick,

it wiggled into some water, just a small puddle of water.

This serpent represented the deity doctrine that tries to turn brother Branham into Jesus.

He tried to kill this doctrine but only wounded it. It crawled into a puddle of water, and survived there.

The people who use a selected "puddle of quotes" to build up their doctrines emphasize these quotes above Scripture.

They also ignore other quotes that contradict their viewpoint.

Thus they deify brother Branham and refer to his sermons as "The Voice of God."

This is dangerous territory.

Elevating a holy man is Nicolaitanism. That is something that God hates.

Look what God said to the first church, which is our role model :

REVELATION 2:6 But this thou hast, that thou hatest the deeds of the Nicolaitans, which I also hate.

We should hate any attempt to elevate William Branham. He was a sinner saved by grace, though he had a very powerful and very important ministry. He remains our brother, despite all his impressive talents. He cannot be our Lord.

... some brethren up there that said that I sent them up there, and they're preaching that men should leave their wives and hunt for their spiritual mate,

and that I am perfectly infallible.

That there's nothing... And, oh,

some of the awfullest things you ever heard.

Brother Branham was very unimpressed when his followers said that he was infallible and thus could not make a mistake.

The Pope claims to be infallible. If you say brother Branham is infallible then you make him a second Pope. That is an antichrist belief.

Christians are not original thinkers, as the Roman Catholic church is the mother harlot who produced daughter harlots (all the other non-Catholic churches). So everyone ends up following the Catholic example.

To the Catholics the Pope is believed to be the "Voice of God" and as such, despite his mistakes, he is called "infallible." Notice how exactly that is copied by the Message believers.

The sermons of brother Branham are sold by "Voice of God" Recordings. Message pastors claim that it is heresy to try to "correct the prophet." If he cannot be corrected, he is "infallible."

The Roman Catholic church is called Mystery Babylon. They are obsessed with mysteries that are not written in the Bible.

The Message groups are now also obsessed with mysteries that are not written in the Bible. The Seventh Seal, the Coming of the Lord, the seven Thunders, the new Name of Jesus, etc.

So these Message groups also qualify as the daughters of the harlot.

EZEKIEL 16:44 Behold, every one that useth proverbs shall use this proverb against thee, saying, As is the mother, so is her daughter.

Thus each Message group is secure in their own interpretations and reject any attempt to be corrected by someone outside their group.

Typical Laodicea, they have "need of nothing", they certainly feel that they have no need of correction.

Mystery 16 We do not know when the mighty Angel comes

We do not know when the mighty Angel of Revelation 10 will come down. REVELATION 10:1 And I saw another mighty angel come down from heaven, clothed with a cloud: and a rainbow was upon his head, and his face was as it were the sun, and his feet as pillars of fire:

Message pastors insist that the mighty Angel came down while brother Branham was still on earth.

Some say that the Cloud of 1963 was the coming down of the Angel.

Some say the Angel came down sometime between 1963 and before the end of 1965.

Dear God, in this solemn moment, it's going to be a time like this when

there really will be a clap of thunder someday,

and the Son of God shall descend from the heavens with a shout,

with the voice of the Archangel,

and the trump of God, the dead in Christ shall rise.

One month before he died and he still placed the voice of the Archangel in the future.

So the mighty Angel never came down while brother Branham was on earth.

53-1205 THE RESURRECTION

The Archangel of God will announce the second coming of Christ.

This never happened during brother Branham’s ministry.

64-0119 SHALOM

When that Angel, of Revelation the 10th chapter, puts one foot on land and one on the sea, and a rainbow over His head, He swore, "time shall be no more."

When that time comes, you will rise up from among the dead.

While the rest of them lay there, you will go in.

This was a year after the Cloud and brother Branham spoke of the coming down of the Angel in the future tense. When that Angel comes down, the resurrection of the dead will occur. This has not happened.

In the Revelation of the Seven Seals, which was preached after the 1963 Cloud, he made many references to the mighty Angel that was still to come in the future.

……..So here come the Lamb now.

His intercessory days is over, the mediatorial days. That's when this Angel is going to stand there

(You wait till we get in the Seals.) and time shall be no more. That's right.

The Angel only comes down when mercy is over.

…….. And here He returns back in the 10th chapter after the coming time, that all the mysteries is to be finished,

and the Seals are to be broke,

and proclaiming that its time is no more.

And he said, "When the seventh angel has begin to sound, then the

mysteries should be finished and time for the Angel to appear. We're close,

somewhere. That's right.

Almost a month after the Cloud, and he was waiting for the Angel to come down.

The Angel had not come down in 1963. The mysteries must be finished first. The mysteries were only finished by December 1965. Thus the Angel can only come down after that.

The Angel can only come down after the mysteries were finished in December 1965.

And he had in his hand a little book open:...

Now, here it was closed here, and sealed, and here it's open; it's been opened.

Since that time of the sealing we're getting into tonight, now the Book's opened. A little Book in His hand… It was opened.

The Cloud was photographed almost a month before brother Branham revealed the seven Seals. The Cloud could not be the Angel with the open Book as the Book was still closed when the Cloud was photographed.

Then Message people claim that the great Cloud of 1963 was the Angel of Revelation 10 coming down while brother Branham was still on earth.

Brother Branham never said that the Angel had come down.

The Angel is still coming because the Angel had to wait until after the mysteries were finished, which happened when brother Branham finished preaching in December 1965. So we do not know when the mighty Angel of Revelation 10 will come down

And He sent me back, said that the time was at hand for these Seven Seals which held the seven mysteries of the entire Bible, was sealed in with these Seven Seals.

And how these angels down along the road, messengers of the Church Ages, opened to a certain part of that.

The seventh earthly messenger, see, this angel that He speaks of then was on earth. An angel means "messenger."

And then, after that, he saw another Angel coming down, not the earthly angel that had been given the Message here,

but the (another) mighty Angel came from Heaven with a rainbow over Him, and set His foot on the land and sea, and swore by Him that lives forever and ever, "Time shall be no more."

The mighty Angel only comes down after all the mysteries are finished.

The Angel does not come down to open the mysteries.

62-1230 IS THIS THE SIGN OF THE END SIR

But, this One didn't come from the earth.

He come down from Heaven, because the mystery is all finished.

And when the mystery is finished, the Angel said, "Time shall be no more," and Seven Thunders throwed their voices out.

Brother Branham only finished preaching the mysteries by the end of 1965. So the mighty Angel could not come down before then.

If the Angel can only come down after the mysteries are finished, then we do not know when the mighty Angel of Revelation 10 will come down.

3-0321 THE FOURTH SEAL

And now, these Seven Seals that this Book is sealed with, and those Seven Seals... Now...

And then after these Seven Seals are completed,

we find in Revelations 10 there was seven mysterious thunders that John was commissioned to write but then forbidden to write those. And at the time of those thunders, we find Christ, or the Angel come down with a rainbow, and put His feet on the land and sea and swore that time had run out at that time.

The Archangel is Christ in the form of an Angel.

The seven Seals must first be completed before the Thunders utter.

The mighty Angel only comes down at the time of the Thunders.

But the seven Seals were not completed because the seventh seal and the sixth Seal never opened.

The Seventh Seal brings Him back to earth.

The Seventh Seal hasn't opened yet, you know. That's His Coming.

The seventh Seal never opened, so the Seventh Seal has not yet brought Him back to earth.

The Sixth Seal only gets opened by the two prophets in the Tribulation.

63-0323 THE SIXTH SEAL

They can do nature any way they want to. Here it is. They're the one who brings on this Sixth Seal. They uncover and open it up. It's the power of God to interrupt nature. See, the Sixth Seal, is completely an interruption of nature.

Do you get it now?

There's your Seal. Who does it? It's the prophets the other side of the rapture.

With the power of God, the Word of God, they just condemn nature. They can send earthquakes, turn the moon into blood, the sun can go down or anything at their command. Amen.

…….. It's Moses and Elijah,

'cause there's their ministry re-impersonated again: both men. Oh, my. Do you see it now? See what the Sixth Seal is? It's those prophets.

Now, notice. Don't let it choke you,

but watch what opened that Seal: prophets.

See? Amen. There you are. Oh, we're living in the eagle day, brother, head up among the clouds.

They opened that Sixth Seal.

They have power to do it. Amen. There's your Sixth Seal coming open.

The Seventh Seal never opened. Nor did the Sixth Seal.

The Sixth Seal was revealed as referring to the Tribulation. But we know very little about the Tribulation. Brother Branham never revealed the seven Trumpets, nor did he reveal the seven Vials. We still know very little about Daniel Chapter 11.

63-0318 THE FIRST SEAL

What, that the hour has come that time shall be no more?

The Angel is ready

to set one foot on land and the other on the sea with a rainbow over Him, with feet, and say, "Time's run out."

This spoke of the Angel in the future tense.

The Angel has feet. There were no feet visible in the Cloud. So the Cloud cannot be the Angel.

There is no face and no right hand holding an open Book.

There is no mountain under the Cloud. The Cloud was never over Sunset Peak, it was just north of the city of Flagstaff in Arizona.

63-1028 PARDON

Our Heavenly Father, knowing that the sun is swiftly going down,

time shall be no more, one day the great Archangel will step out on the scene of time,

from out of Eternity. And the trumpet of God shall sound, and every man and woman will answer to what we know to be the Truth, the Word of God.

At the end of 1963, and he still spoke of the Angel in the future tense.

"And he saw this Angel come down, put His foot on the land and on the sea," that was Christ, "had a rainbow over His head." …… He was the Covenant Angel, which was Christ; made a little lower than the Angels, to suffer. There He come, "And put His hands up to Heaven, and swore by Him that lives forever and ever," the Eternal One, the Father, God,

"that time shall be no more," when this takes place. It's run out.

It's done. It's finished.

So the Angel had not come down by the end of 1963.

63-0324E THE SEVENTH SEAL

Revelations the 10th chapter and 1 to the 7th verse. Time runs out.

The angel said, "Time will be no more," in the days of this great thing to happen.

Everything runs out in this time, at the end of this Seventh Seal.

The coming down of the mighty Angel was still in the future.

For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:

63-04-21 VICTORY DAY

We've all got a victory. We've fought through many victories. And a great victory is coming just soon, right around the corner. Our complete V-day will be soon, when the

Son of God shall break the skies, and scream with the Voice of the Archangel,

and He shall come again. And the graves shall open, and the dead shall walk out.

The Angel comes down to perform the resurrection.

62-1230E IS THIS THE SIGN OF THE END SIR

The other angels was messengers, men of the earth. But this Angel…..

But, this One didn't come from the earth.

He come down from Heaven, because the mystery is all finished.

And

when the mystery is finished,

the Angel said, "Time shall be no more,

"and seven thunders throwed their voices out.

Most important. The open Book was a symbol that all the mysteries were finished.

The mighty Angel can only come down when brother Branham has completed his ministry of revealing the mysteries that the Bride needs to know.

But brother Branham finished the mysteries over 50 years ago.

So why has the Angel not yet come down to perform the resurrection?

Because the Bride has not yet understood the mysteries.

Message people have been led away from Scripture by preachers who splice quotes together. Instead of being restored to the Bible beliefs of the early church, they have been led into a minefield of speculations as they try to understand the mysteries that are not written in the Bible. Remember, the denominations all believe things that are not written in the Bible. So message believers, with their speculations about unwritten mysteries, are simply just another denomination. There are already 45000 different kinds of denominations and churches. Far too many.

So the Angel is waiting for a Bride that can take the quotes of brother Branham back to Scripture, and then prove their beliefs from the Bible.

The Angel is still waiting. So it is us that are at fault. The Angel sees that we cannot explain mysteries in a Scriptural way. So the Book is not open to us.

"In the days of the voice of the seventh angel." For over fifty years, his voice has tried to get us to go back to the Bible. But the message believers forsook this Scripture by running after the "Voice of God" and using brother Branham's quotes to replace Scripture.

The Angel cannot come down until there are people who return back to the early church, and the Biblical beliefs of the early church.

63-0320 THE THIRD SEAL

…the seventh angel, when he sounds, all the mysteries of God should be finished

up by his sounding.

Then after it's revealed,

the Angel come down from heaven, which was Christ (Now remember, this angel and is on earth, a messenger). Down comes Christ (You see Him in the 10th chapter of Revelations.), puts one foot upon the land and the other one on the sea…

The Angel comes down after all the mysteries are revealed.

61-0618 REVELATION CHAPTER FIVE.2

And He said, "At the sounding of the... at this time, the mystery of God should be finished." Who God is and how He was made manifest; how when that seal was opened, how we begin to understand now how that He was the Son of God, He was God Himself made flesh; and the revelation of Who He is; that should be finished before this Angel can put His feet upon the land and sea and sware that "there'll be time no more" when this time comes. We're right in that front yard of it right now. See?

The mysteries must be revealed to the Bride before the Angel can come down. Brother Branham knew what he was talking about, but the message followers have messed up by moving away from Scripture, and following a man instead of getting a revelation of the mysteries that are written in Scripture.

63-0318 THE FIRST SEAL

And he had in his hand a little book opened:... (Now, the Seals had done been broke here.

We're breaking them now; but this, the thing's opened.)...

In Revelation Chapter 10 the open Book means that all the seven Seals have been broken by that time.

And here He returns back in the 10th chapter after the coming time, that all the mysteries is to be finished, and the Seals are to be broke, and proclaiming that its time is no more. He kept speaking of the Angel in the future tense.

The Angel comes down after the mysteries are revealed. Those mysteries will prepare us for the resurrection and the changing of our bodies which is the ministry of the mighty Angel.

He said we are close to the time of the Angel appearing. But the Cloud appeared 18 days before this.

The Cloud can obviously not be the Angel.

63-0323 THE SIXTH SEAL

I can almost see that Angel standing there and saying at the last of that seventh angel's message, "Time shall be no more." That little loyal Bride will fly away into the arms of Jesus one of these days when He takes her to Father's house. Let's think of these things as we go along now.

He spoke of the Angel in the future tense.

63-0320 THE THIRD SEAL

But the Book is closed. No one knowed at all. They know it was a Book of Redemption on it there, but it's to be revealed in the last days according to Revelations 10. The seventh angel is going to be given the message of that, because it said that in the time of the sounding of the seventh church age--the seventh angel, when he sounds, all the mysteries of God should be finished up by his sounding.

Then after it's revealed, the Angel come down from heaven, which was Christ (Now remember, this angel and is on earth, a messenger). Down comes Christ (You see Him in the 10th chapter of Revelations.), puts one foot upon the land and the other one on the sea, rainbow over His head, eyes and, like--and feet like fire and so forth, raises up His hand and swears by Him that lives forever and ever on the throne, that time shall be no more.

The theme repeats. The mysteries must first be revealed to the Bride. Then only can the Angel come down. Our time will only end when we get a glorified eternal body.

1963 03 24 THE SEVENTH SEAL

Now, now, do you notice on the opening of this Seventh Seal, it's also in a threefold mystery. This one I have... will speak, and have spoke, that it is the mystery of the seven thunders. The seven thunders in heaven will unfold this mystery. It'll be right at the coming of Christ, because Christ said no one knew when He would return.

The Angel comes down at the time of the seven Thunders, which will reveal the mystery of Christ’s Coming. These events are still in the future.

63_0317 THE BREACH BETWEEN THE SEVEN CHURCH AGES AND THE SEVEN SEALS

... I saw another mighty angel come down from heaven, clothed with a cloud: and a rainbow... upon his head,...

If you notice that's Christ (See?), 'cause He in the Old Testament was called the Angel of the Covenant, and He's directly coming to the Jews now, for the Church is finished. …..

You remember that Angel in Revelations 1? Same thing. Angel is a messenger, and He's a Messenger to Israel. See? The Church has been raptured. See? Now, or fixing to be raptured. He comes for His Church.

The Angel comes for the church that is preparing for the rapture.

Then the Angel is also a Messenger to Israel after the rapture.

The mighty Angel has two ministries. The first one to the church, and the second one to Israel. Thus the Angel comes down right at the end of the Gentile age just as God removes the Gentile church and turns to the Jews.

Therefore the seven Thunders also utter both to the church and to Israel.

63-0321 THE FOURTH SEAL

Now, we had him coming last night with his great sword to kill. We find out that he gets killed with the Sword too, the sword of the Word. God's Word, sharp, two-edged sword slays him, puts him right down. Wait till them seven thunders utter their voices to that group who really can take the Word of God and hand it there. It'll slice and cut. And they can close the heavens; they can shut this or do that, whatever they want to. Glory.

1965 CHURCH AGE BOOK CHAPTER ONE THE REVELATION OF JESUS CHRIST

Now, when is the Gospel returning to the Jews? When the day of the Gentiles is finished. The Gospel is ready to go back to the Jews. Oh, if I could just tell you something that is about to happen right in this our day. This great thing that is about to happen will carry over to Revelation 11 and pick up those two witnesses, those two prophets, Moses and Elijah, turning the Gospel back to the Jews.

Things get more complex. The mighty Angel is also involved with getting the Jews turned to God.

63-0318 THE FIRST SEAL

All right, reveals all the mysteries that's been in the past, all the things in the past:

Revelations 10:1-7. That is to be.

Here he places Revelation Chapter 10 : 1 – 7 into the future.

The mysteries that are to be revealed are the mysteries from the past that the churches missed. They are not the unwritten mysteries that lie in the future.

This places the Angel of Revelation 10:1–6 into the future. But what about verse 7? Read it carefully.

REVELATION 10:7 But in the days of the voice of the seventh angel, when he shall begin to sound, the mystery of God should be finished, as he hath declared to his servants the prophets.

The Bible does not speak of the days of the seventh angel when he was alive on earth.

It says “in the days of the voice of the seventh angel”.

The prophet left the scene over 50 years ago. But his voice from the recorded sermons travels around the world on audio, print, and Internet. It is during this time of his voice that believers are learning from him how to be Scriptural in their beliefs, and thus go back to what the early church believed. Very few people actually knew what was happening when brother Branham was alive and recording his sermons.

This is similar to John the Baptist. He introduced Christ, but the ministry of Jesus only really got going after John’s death. So brother Branham revealed the truths of Scripture that the early church believed. But it was only after he left the scene that his recorded messages really spread around the world to bring us back to the Bible.

In their desire to be regarded as clever, message pastors have taken future events and placed them in the past. They have also taken the unwritten mysteries and pretended to reveal what they are, despite having no symbols to interpret.

These basic wrong ideas then morphed into further misinterpretations. They convince people that they are capable of “revealing all the mysteries in the Bible, including those that are not written”.

Thus Message believers now claim to know what the seven Thunders uttered.

hey claim to know all about what the seventh Seal is.

They claim to know the new name of the Lord.

They claim to know when Jesus came.

They claim that they know when the mighty Angel came down.

Thus they have taken future events and put them into the past. But over 50 years have passed since the Cloud was photographed in 1963. And nothing much has changed. So in fact, the future events that they put into the past have achieved nothing. They have preached “rapturing faith” for fifty-odd years and never succeeded in getting anyone raptured, although they have buried many believers.

Misinterpreting quotes in different ways has led to the Message groups splintering up into many different viewpoints.

But one thing is missing. Just being Scriptural.

Thanks to brother Branham’s teachings we can prove the water baptism in the name of Jesus Christ, just by referring to what the Bible says on the topic. We do not have to refer back to his quotes which taught us the truth.

Similarly, we can prove the Godhead that Jesus is Almighty God just by referring to Scriptures. We do not have to refer to his quotes which revealed the mystery of the Godhead to us.

But none of the wrong doctrines that are referred to above can be proven just from Scripture. Each of them is dependent on a few select quotes -- that ignore other quotes that contradict the viewpoint. None of them can be established just by using the Bible.

So Message preachers have established these doctrines by removing them from Scripture. Exactly what denominations have always done. That is why Jesus stands outside the church in Laodicea.

Jesus only accepts, “It is written…..”.

Jesus had no better way of opposing Satan.

It is not sufficient to say, "I have a quote".

60-1113 CONDEMNATION BY REPRESENTATION

Then I seen the United States as one smoldering, burnt-over place. It will be near the end. (Then I've got in parenthesis: "I predict that this will take place." Now, remember, the Lord ne... That's what the Lord showed, but "I predict this will take place before 1977.") Upon this prediction, I base, because of the onrushing slaught that's coming now, how fast that it was moving, how long it'll take till this nation meets its place.

Nobody builds on this prediction anymore.

Mistakes happen. We are all human. Correct them and move on.

In conclusion, let us look at the quote that message people claim as "proof" that the Angel came down before the end of 1965.

This is is a quote from the "Revelation of the Seven Seals" book.

And when the Seals are broke and the mystery is revealed, down comes the Angel, the Messenger, Christ, setting His foot upon the land and upon the sea with a rainbow over His head. Now remember, this seventh angel is on earth at the time of this coming.

This looks like brother Branham is on earth when the Angel comes down.

But the Angel only comes after the Seals have been revealed (which was 24 March 1963) and the mystery is revealed (the mysteries were revealed by 24 December 1965 when brother Branham died. So the Angel can only come down after that).

So something is not making sense.

He also emphasizes "this" coming. Singular. What other coming could be involved?

Here he speaks of the coming time of the mysteries.

So there are two comings involved.

The mysteries come down, and after they are revealed then the Angel comes down.

The Angel comes down after the mysteries are revealed. Those mysteries will prepare us for the resurrection and the changing of our bodies, which is the ministry of the mighty Angel.

The prophet has to be on earth when the mysteries come down.

When the Angel comes down in the future and His feet touch the ground and the sea, then all the saints from the seven church ages (including brother Branham) will still be buried under the earth. Only after the Angel gives a loud cry, the cry of the resurrection, will all the dead saints rise from their graves and be ON the earth.

So none of the dead saints will be on the earth when the Angel first comes down.

So let us see what else brother Branham said about the Angel's coming in the "Revelation of the Seven Seals" book.

63-0324E THE SEVENTH SEAL

Revelations the 10th chapter and 1 to the 7th verse. Time runs out. The angel said, "Time will be no more," in the days of this great thing to happen

At the end of the Seven Seals, brother Branham was looking for the Angel to come down in the future.

63-0320 THE THIRD SEAL

Then after it's revealed, the Angel come down from heaven,

The Angel can only come down after the mysteries are revealed.

At the end of 1963 he was still looking forward to the Angel coming down.

63-0421 VICTORY DAY

…a great victory is coming just soon, right around the corner. Our complete V-day will be soon, when the Son of God shall break the skies, and scream with the Voice of the Archangel, and He shall come again. And the graves shall open, and the dead shall walk out

The Angel performs the resurrection when He comes down.

63-1028 PARDON

Our Heavenly Father, knowing that the sun is swiftly going down, time shall be no more, one day the great Archangel will step out on the scene of time, from out of Eternity. And the trumpet of God shall sound, and every man and woman will answer to what we know to be the Truth, the Word of God.

63-1110M SOULS THAT ARE IN PRISON NOW

So the Angel had not come down by the end of 1963. Time will end when the Angel comes down. That means you will step into a glorified and eternal body.

And He sent me back, said that the time was at hand for these Seven Seals which held the seven mysteries of the entire Bible, was sealed in with these Seven Seals. And how these angels down along the road, messengers of the Church Ages, opened to a certain part of that. But in the seventh hour, the seventh messenger, that all these mysteries should be finished. The seventh earthly messenger, see, this angel that He speaks of then was on earth. An angel means "messenger." And then, after that, he saw another Angel coming down, not the earthly angel that had been given the Message here, but the (another) mighty Angel came from Heaven with a rainbow over Him, and set His foot on the land and sea, and swore by Him that lives forever and ever, "Time shall be no more."

1964, and he was still looking for the Angel to come down.

The mighty Angel only comes down after the mysteries are finished. Brother Branham only finished preaching the mysteries by the end of 1965. So the mighty Angel could not come down before then.

But, remember, if it goes plumb into the shadows of death, "I am the resurrection and Life; I'll raise him up again." And when the great Director comes down and bears that stick down, then, "time shall be no more." When that Angel, of Revelation the 10th chapter, puts one foot on land and one on the sea, and a rainbow over His head, He swore, "time shall be no more."

When that time comes, you will rise up from among the dead. While the rest of them lay there, you will go in.

1964 -- This was a year after the Cloud, and brother Branham spoke of the coming down of the Angel in the future tense. When that Angel comes down, the resurrection of the dead will occur. This has not yet happened.

65-1127 I HAVE HEARD BUT NOW I SEE
Dear God, in this solemn moment, it's going to be a time like this when there really will be a clap of thunder someday, and the Son of God shall descend from the heavens with a shout, with the voice of the Archangel, and the trump of God, the dead in Christ shall rise.

One month before he left the scene and the voice of the Archangel was still in the future.

So the Angel never came down while brother Branham was on earth.

How did message preachers get this doctrine so wrong?

They never considered the statements just before and then after the quote they were emphasizing.

Now, but it--it is a Book, a mysterious Book. It's a Book of Redemption. (We'll get into that in a little while.) And now, we know that this Book of Redemption will not be thoroughly understood: it's probed at through six church ages, but at the end, when the seventh angel begins to sound his mystery, he winds up all of the loose ends that these fellows probed at, and the mysteries comes down from God as the Word of God and reveals the entire revelation of God. Then the Godhead and everything else is settled. All the mysteries: serpent's seed and whatevermore is to be revealed.

[There are two comings. First, the mysteries come down to the seventh angel so that he can reveal them.]

Now, you see, I'm just not making that up. That's what... It's THUS SAITH THE LORD. I'll read it to you out of the Book: the sounding of the seventh angel's message, the mystery of God should be finished that's been declared by His holy prophets. That's the prophets who has wrote the Word. At the sounding of the seventh church age, the last church age, all the loose ends that through these church ages have been probed at, will be wound up together. And when the Seals are broke and the mystery is revealed, down comes the Angel, the Messenger, Christ, setting His foot upon the land and upon the sea with a rainbow over His head.

[After the entire revelation is revealed, then the Angel comes down.]

Now remember, this seventh angel is on earth at the time of this coming.

[A single coming. Which coming? The coming of the mysteries or the coming of the Angel?]

Let us look at three paragraphs ahead.

........And here He returns back in the 10th chapter after the coming time, that all the mysteries is to be finished, and the Seals are to be broke, and proclaiming that its time is no more. And he said, "When the seventh angel has begin to sound, then the mysteries should be finished and time for the Angel to appear. We're close, somewhere. That's right.

[The Angel only comes after the mysteries are complete, which was December 1965]

So the prophet has to be on earth when the mysteries came down.

This was the single coming. He died when he finished the mysteries.

The Angel had not come down by the end of November 1965, which was the last month of his life.

So the Angel never came down when he was alive on earth.

So the Angel is still to come down.

We do not know when.

Lesson to be learned: Never build a doctrine on a quote.

Rather use the quotes to reveal what is written in Scripture.
