Millennium, part 3 - What body will we need?

In the Millennium the Bride will have glorified bodies that can eat and tend the soil, but not get old, sick, nor tired.

A "celestial body" or "theophany" can have many forms

They wanted to know if they would know their loved ones, when they met them in Glory. "Why," I said, "certainly we will know them." See. We have three different bodies we dwell in: One is a human; the other is the celestial; and the other is the glorified. And then if we know one another in the human body, the mortal body, how much more will we know each other in a glorified body?

It's like if the law could produce a good thing, how much greater thing can grace produce, because it's greater than the law. And if the moon can produce a certain part of light, how much more will the sun outshine it when it comes. And we'll certainly know each other.

We live now in a human body. When we accept Christ as our personal Saviour and accept the King James Bible as our Absolute then a spirit body, a celestial body, begins to form in the heavenly dimension.

Brother Branham used the term “theophany” .

In the beginning, in order to be seen by the angels, God created a Spirit Body (or Theophany) to dwell in that was also called the Logos (or Word).

This Spirit Body could take on many forms and could look like a Cloud or a Pillar of Fire.

EXODUS 14:24   And it came to pass, that in the morning watch the LORD looked unto the host of the Egyptians through the pillar of fire and of the cloud, and troubled the host of the Egyptians,

Because the invisible God was within the Pillar of Cloud and the Pillar of Fire, God looked through those Spirit Bodies to see the Egyptians.

This Spirit Body could look like the Angel of the Lord.

God took on the form of an Archangel and was called the Angel of the Lord. The invisible God is represented by the red shape. The Angelic form is just the outer Body that makes God visible.

The only Archangel in Scripture was Michael.

JUDE 1:9   Yet Michael the archangel,

"And at that time Michael shall stand, the great prince." Michael was Christ, of course,

JUDGES 13:21   But the angel of the LORD did no more appear to Manoah and to his wife. Then Manoah knew that he was an angel of the LORD.

:22   And Manoah said unto his wife, We shall surely die, because we have seen God.

This Spirit Body could look like a Man.

God had our human characteristics in His Mind or Spirit right from before the beginning.

GENESIS 32:24   And Jacob was left alone; and there wrestled a man with him until the breaking of the day.

:30     And Jacob called the name of the place Peniel: for I have seen God face to face, and my life is preserved.

57-0602  LIFE

And then out of the existence of the Father went the Logos which was the Son, which was the theophany, which was the body of the great Jehovah God went forth in a celestial Body. That's the Logos. The Word spoke out of them great Fountains of Life and went forth. And there was the theophany, which was God made into Word.

Then that theophany was made flesh in the Person Christ Jesus. And then when we die from this life, we go into the body which...

If this earthly tabernacle is dissolved, we have a theophany to go into, a body celestial.

God was never called "God the Father" in the Old Testament

The Theophany was the Spirit Body that God dwelled in. The Father was the invisible God and the Spirit Body that God dwelled in made God visible. But God wanted to dwell in a human.

God’s problem in the Old Testament was that he could not find a single human being in whom He could fully dwell.

For God to fully dwell in somebody, and be called God the Father, means that the Spirit of God had to be in complete control of that person. That man would have to be 100% in subjection to the indwelling Spirit.

This never happened until Jesus was born.

Matthew, Mark, and Luke described the Life of Jesus and it soon became obvious that His key characteristic was total obedience to His indwelling Father.

MATTHEW 26:39   And he went a little further, and fell on his face, and prayed, saying, O my Father, if it be possible, let this cup pass from me: nevertheless not as I will, but as thou wilt.

MARK 1:35   And in the morning, rising up a great while before day, he went out, and departed into a solitary place, and there prayed.

LUKE 4:8   And Jesus answered and said unto him, Get thee behind me, Satan: for it is written, Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and him only shalt thou serve.

Thus God was never called “God the Father” in the Old Testament.

But in Jesus, God finally found the “Son of God” in Whom He could dwell and have total control.

Thus John finally introduces us to “God the Father” Who was living in the “Son of God”, the Man Jesus.

Jesus is never called “God the Son”. God is a Spirit, God is not flesh and bone.

JOHN 6:27   Labour not for the meat which perisheth, but for that meat which endureth unto everlasting life, which the Son of man shall give unto you: for him hath God the Father sealed.

This is the first mention of "God the Father" in the Bible.

The Man Jesus was the humanity of God.

God the Father was the indwelling supernatural Spirit.

In Jesus, God was at last able to fully develop His humanity.

Jesus rose from the dead in a glorified Body that could eat just like us but yet was able to move into a room that had the door closed, which we cannot do.

JOHN 20:19   Then the same day at evening, being the first day of the week, when the doors were shut where the disciples were assembled for fear of the Jews, came Jesus and stood in the midst, and saith unto them, Peace be unto you.

This glorified Body was thus partly of our 3-dimensional world but was also partly of a higher supernatural dimension.

Born again when we receive a new Spirit. A portion of the Holy Spirit

The celestial body is not part of our 3-dimensional world. It only exists in the higher spiritual dimension.

So Jesus, our Sacrifice for sin, sits on the mercy seat in Heaven and He is able to project portions of His Holy Spirit down into our repentant human hearts.

A portion of the Holy Spirit enters our hearts to produce the spiritual rebirth.

The Holy Spirit desires to control us but can only do so if we agree to die to ourselves so that our old human nature (our old human spirit) dies.

While we live and build up our faith in the Word of God, then as the Holy Spirit grows within us, so a spirit body is growing for us in the heavenly dimension.

This spirit body or celestial body starts as a baby and as our faith grows, so the muscles of our celestial body grow.

As we “see” or understand the mysteries of Scripture so the eyes of our spirit body develop.

As we hear and obey the Word of God so the ears of this spirit body grow. As we work for God so the hands develop. As we follow Jesus so the legs develop.

As we love the Bible, so the heart of this spirit body grows.

This spirit body can be called a theophany or celestial body.

Our bodies and our old human nature are doomed to die. But the portion of the Holy Spirit within us is Life.

ROMANS 8:10   And if Christ be in you, the body is dead because of sin; but the Spirit is life because of righteousness.

I SAMUEL 25:29   … but the soul of my lord shall be bound in the bundle of life with the LORD thy God;

The soul of the repentant and redeemed person is wrapped up inside the Holy Spirit.

When we die then the portion of the Holy Spirit that we invited into our lives when we repented and accepted Jesus as our Saviour, moves out of this body and into the celestial body that has been growing as our faith developed.

In that body we travel like a thought in the higher spiritual dimension.

The body and the old human nature stay behind and perish. Only the new man, formed by the Holy Spirit, goes into the celestial body.

Thus all of our sinful human past stays behind and is obliterated by the Blood of Jesus.

Consider a normal naturally born person:

When we are born we only have a sinful human nature or spirit (shown in green). There is a vacuum in our lives, an emptiness, that can only be filled by the supernatural Spirit of God. Thus the soul is separated from God.

When we repent and accept Jesus as our Saviour, God injects a portion of His Holy Ghost into us (shown above in solid red). This fills the vacuum in our lives. This makes our old human spirit look bad as the Holy Ghost puts the emphasis on holiness, not worldliness. Our old human spirit begins to shrink and has less say over our lives.

Now comes the key point that most people miss. The humanity of God developed as Jesus grew up and became a Man.

Thus the Holy Ghost has human characteristics as well as supernatural characteristics.

So the Holy Ghost comes into your heart to make you the kind of human being that God wants you to be. As such you become a new person. God does not want your old human nature. The humanity of His Holy Spirit wants to make you into a new person, the way God always wanted you to be.

God gives this new person a new name which is written in the Book of Life. Nobody, as yet, knows that new name. So all of our faults cannot be written by the Devil against our new names as the Devil does not know our new names.

Only you will know the new name of your celestial body. (We do not as yet have that information. Otherwise, people would brag and reveal their new names and then Satan would know their new names and be able to record their sins against their new name).

REVELATION 2:17   He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the hidden manna and will give him a white stone, and in the stone a new name written, which no man knoweth saving he that receiveth it.

But Satan’s accusations against us prompt the Holy Ghost to convict us so that we repent, and the Blood of Jesus wipes the accusations away. Thus our new name looks perfect as no sin is ever recorded against it.

This perfect godly spirit then takes our redeemed soul into our new celestial body when we die. Our old sinful spirit is left behind as it is poured into the dust.

Thus there are no faults recorded against the people who are in their celestial bodies. They have been fully justified.

We get a glorified body of flesh without blood at the resurrection

57-0602  LIFE

Then at the coming of the Lord Jesus, this body is picked from the earth again and made in a glorified state to live in His Presence forever.

The Logos is the same as the Theophany which is the spiritual body that lives in the heavenly dimension.

At the resurrection, the dead in Christ return to earth in their celestial bodies and then enter into their glorified bodies that are made from dust.

And there's one body here, then that body there which is the celestial body, and then the glorified body in the resurrection. See, that makes it complete. See? So It's not a myth, it's not an idea, it's not a spirit. It is a man and a woman like you are, just exactly.

But, the difference between an animal and a man, God put a soul in a man, and He didn't put it in the animal. Because, the soul that was in the man is that theophany.

The purpose of the theophany or celestial body is to provide an eternal home for the human soul.

What makes man special is his soul. The spirit body must receive our soul when we die because our soul is wrapped up in our portion of the Holy Spirit when we become born again.

As we die the Holy Spirit, which is our true life, takes our soul into the spirit body or theophany. This is now our celestial body.

Not glorified body, but in his theophany, the body that's already prepared.

At the Coming of the Lord Jesus, this veil will be raised up again, in a perfected way, till I'll walk and talk with Him as my Saviour and my God, when He takes the throne of David. And we'll live forever in this veil after it's been perfected, but this veil has sin in it. It don't matter how... Don't never think of that glorified body in this earth. It's got to die, same as your soul has to die, to be born again.

58-0529  JESUS  AT  THE  DOOR

Someday in the face of all that has criticized you, you'll be glorified and made a body like unto His own glorious body at His coming. We wait for that blessed hope.

The celestial body lives in the heavenly dimension.

There we have no need to eat or sleep. No sickness, no death.

But the celestial body needs to be in a glorified body in order to live on planet earth.

58-1005M  HEAR  HIS  VOICE

There's three stages of everything. There's a stage of the mortal body, the immortal body, and then the glorified body. … And when the soul leaves the body, it takes its journey into a place of rest in a body that's in the form and shape of this body, but it isn't this type of body.

But it's a body. But then when that body, a kind of a celestial body, when it returns back to the earth, it picks up the substance that it once lived in and then it becomes a glorified body. And that body is the one that we'll see the Lord Jesus in His resurrected body.

56-0304  MAKING  A  WAY

While we're here waiting to cross out of this place, we see an empty tomb over yonder in Jerusalem, let us knowing that something happened. And then when we take on that … celestial body, and we're walking around in the glory-lands with Christ, looking at each other, speaking to each other, we can talk, souls under the altar crying, "How long?"

… Someday we'll rise in that corporal body, and when He returns back, these celestial bodies will take on glorification, then we'll be like Him and we will live forever in that body.

You've always wanted to be in perfection, you Christians. There is a perfection, and that perfection is not in this life. But every man and woman here that is a Christian, every person that is a Christian here now is already glorified in the Presence of Jesus Christ. And you've got another body... Right now there's another body waiting for you if this one should perish?

The celestial body is where we are perfect as no sins can be recorded against our new names, that nobody knows as yet.

Then, when a man is born again, from Heaven, he becomes a spirit babe in Christ.

And, then, when this robe of flesh is dropped, there is a natural body, theophany, a body not made with hands, neither born of a woman, that we go to.

Then that body returns back and picks up the glorified body.

That's the reason Jesus went to hell when He died, and preached to the souls that were in prison; turned back into that theophany. Oh, marvelous! Thank God!

Second Corinthians 5:1, "If this earthly body be dissolved, this earthly tabernacle, we have another one." See, we have by-passed that, to come straight from God, the attribute; to be flesh, to be tempted and tested by sin, like Adam did. But when testing of His Word is over, then we are taken up to this body that was prepared for us before the foundation of the world. It is the Word there that we skipped, to come right around, down here to be tempted and tested. If we'd have come through that, there'd have been no temptation; we'd a-knowed all things. That's the reason Jesus knowed all things, 'cause He was Word before He was flesh. Then we become the Word.

Here we are formed to the Word image, to be a partaker of the Word, feed on the Word, by being predestinated since the beginning; you see that little spark of Life that you had in you from the beginning, when you started your journey. Many of you can remember it. You joined this church and joined that church, you'd try this and that; nothing satisfied. That's right. But one day you just recognized It. Right.

The Bride in the Millennium will have no sorrow, sickness, nor death.

In the Millennium  we've got a glorified body then, and we don't need healing.

We do not know now what we shall be like, but we know we'll have a body like His; for we shall see Him as He is. And Father, that'll be a glorified body, free from sickness, and sorrow, and heartaches, and death. Oh, our spirits groan for that deliverance.

51-0722A  LIFE  STORY

They knowed Elijah and Moses. And  Peter, James, and John recognized them. And we recognize Jesus after He returned back to His glorified body. The Bible said, "It does not yet appear what we shall be," but we'll have a body like His, for we shall see Him as He is. So we will have one like that. And He was eating and so forth. Now, I just believe heaven's a real, real place that we're going.

Moses and Elijah were in glorified bodies as the Old Testament resurrection had already taken place. The disciples could instantly recognize them. In our glorified bodies, everyone will know everybody else.

There is a gulf between Heaven and earth as Heaven is a higher dimension that a spiritual body can travel in.

The celestial body that can travel like a thought will be inside the glorified body that can dwell on the earth.

Thus the Bride will have the best of both worlds. They will be able to eat and talk and yet be able to travel like a thought if they wish to visit somebody far away.

"Those whom He called, He justified; those whom He justified, He glorified." And every redeemed person in the world this morning that's under the Blood of Jesus Christ, filled with the Holy Ghost, hath Everlasting Life and can't perish, and is already in heavenly places with Christ Jesus, and shall never come into condemnation. Already redeemed, isn't that wonderful? See? Already redeemed, setting in heavenly places now with Christ, already glorified.

You say, "Brother Bill, does the Scripture say that?"

Jesus said that, or the Scripture says that, or the writers. Paul, he said, "Those whom He justified, He hath already glorified. Those whom He foreordained, He predestinated; those whom He predestinated, He justified; those whom He justified, He has already glorified." Then if we are filled with the Holy Ghost, our fibers and beings has already been preserved in God, there is a glorified body already waiting, and you have to go to it as soon as this is over. Those who He has justified, He's already glorified.

"No man can come to Me except My Father calls him. And all the Father hath given Me will come to Me." How many is Christians, raise your hands? Well, you're already in a glorified state. Amen.

… Oh, my, why? It's nothing uncertain; we're certain. "I'll bring him forth... This mortal shall take on immortality. It does not yet appear what kind of a body we shall have, but we know we'll have a body like His Own glorious body, for we shall see Him as He is." Amen. Nothing uncertain about it. "We shall see Him." Glory. Nothing uncertain; it's all certain.

By predestination, we already have a glorified body. But will only receive it at the coming of the Lord.

"Those who He justified, He glorified." And your own glorified body is standing near you right now in Christ Jesus to give to you a strength like a charge going into a battery. The Holy Spirit's in you. It's to charge your body to give you new strength, to heal you from the sickness that you've got, to make you well.

Your glorified body is part of Christ. It is growing in a higher dimension.

Our glorified body is part of the Bride of Christ.

This is a much deeper thought.

Our life on earth is not about ourselves, it is all about fitting into our place in God's heavenly Body or Bride.

Our position at the end is to get back to what the church was like in the days of the apostles at the beginning.

Part of the Body of Christ which has developed over 2000 years.

Jesus calls Himself the First and the Last three times in the first Chapter when He introduces the seven church ages.

So, if we are to qualify for a glorified body at the time of the resurrection when the 7 Thunders utter to show us how to change our bodies so that we can be caught up to meet Him in the air, we must be restored to the apostolic fathers.

REVELATION 1:8   I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty.

REVELATION 1:11   Saying, I am Alpha and Omega, the first and the last:

REVELATION 1:17   And when I saw him, I fell at his feet as dead. And he laid his right hand upon me, saying unto me, Fear not; I am the first and the last:

He is mainly concerned that the first and the last church ages believe the same.

Thus we not only have to live godly lives as individuals, we also have to be part of God’s Big Plan for the Laodicean age.

As God said to Daniel, each person has to stand in their lot or predestined place to fulfill the Scripture for their hour.

DANIEL 12:13   But go thou thy way till the end be: for thou shalt rest, and stand in thy lot at the end of the days.

Ester had to live a godly life as well as saving the Jews from Haman’s murderous plot.

Her life was at risk because she became queen when the Jewish people were being threatened. Her duty to her people took preference over the safety of her own life. We cannot put our personal convenience above God's Plan. Otherwise, He will find someone else to take our place.

The Pentecost said, "When you speak in tongues, you got It." Many speak with tongues, and didn't have It.
Look how, all kind of forms those Pharisees had, but when the Word was made manifest, they didn't recognize It. See?
And if you are the Bride, the Bride is a part of the Husband. The only place that you'll ever recognize It, is recognize what part of that Husband (that Word) you are, or you can't recognize being the Bride. How many sees that?  See? You have to recognize your position.

We all owe the past Bride a responsibility for completing the Big Plan that they all played their part in.

The end-time believers do not live for themselves

We are the final part of God’s Body or Bride. We live in the final eagle age where we have the responsibility of being restored back to the original lion age.

REVELATION 4:2   And immediately I was in the spirit: and, behold, a throne was set in heaven, and one sat on the throne.

REVELATION 4:4   And round about the throne were four and twenty seats: and upon the seats I saw four and twenty elders sitting, clothed in white raiment; and they had on their heads crowns of gold.

24 elders.  Twelve patriarchs from the 12 Old Testament tribes of Israel.  Twelve apostles from the New Testament with Paul taking the place of Judas.

REVELATION 4:6   And before the throne there was a sea of glass like unto crystal: and in the midst of the throne, and round about the throne, were four beasts full of eyes before and behind.

Eyes speak of intelligence. Before and behind. They know the future and they know the past.

REVELATION 4:7   And the first beast was like a lion, and the second beast like a calf, and the third beast had a face as a man, and the fourth beast was like a flying eagle.

These are the four bodyguards who protect God’s Bride down through the seven church ages.

“Thy will be done on earth as it is in Heaven”.

So this Heavenly scene is repeated when Jesus dwells in a repentant heart.

The four chambers of the heart represent the four beasts. The 24 ribs represent the 24 elders.

A Christian thus has two great responsibilities. We have to grow in grace as individuals.

We also have to fit into our lot like the end- time eagles which requires us to understand or “see” the mysteries of Scripture.

Eagles have brilliant "eyesight". We need a good "insight" into the mysteries of Scripture.

MATTHEW 24:45   Who then is a faithful and wise servant, whom his lord hath made ruler over his household, to give them meat in due season?

:46     Blessed is that servant, whom his lord when he cometh shall find so doing.

:47     Verily I say unto you, That he shall make him ruler over all his goods.

If you cannot understand the mysteries of Scripture then you are unlikely to be a ruler in the Millennium.

Each person must know their place in the Body of Christ.

The focus today is on revealing the mysteries of the Bible so that we can be restored back to the beliefs of the first church.

Each Gospel writer had to know which viewpoint of Christ's ministry that he had to describe.

Matthew showed Christ as the Lion. The King of the beasts. Matthew Chapter 1 (the first chamber of the heart) shows His descent from king David. Kingdoms run on taxes. So Matthew was a tax collector.

The Lion age in church history was the age of the apostles where the truth was written as the New Testament.

Mark was the suffering servant. Mark’s Gospel is the shortest but full of action. “Straightway” and “immediately” are keywords. An ox works hard and is killed as its meat is too valuable to waste.

The Ox age represents the church of the Dark Ages which saw tens of millions being killed for opposing the Roman Catholic church.

Luke saw Christ as the ideal Man. Luke Chapter 3 (the third chamber of the heart) shows His descent from Adam. Adam was perfect until he sinned. Christ, the last Adam, came to fix up what the first Adam messed up.

Luke tells us of the prodigal son and the dying thief who were both forgiven. God's forgiveness is ideal to us sinners.

The man-age was the Reformation. Human wisdom saw Martin Luther in Germany preach Justification by faith alone, not by works. In 1611 the King James Version of the Bible was produced by 47 scholars. It was checked for almost 160 years and published in 1769. God gave this age the wisdom and inspiration so that they knew how to correctly translate the Hebrew and Greek words. God blessed human scholarship and art. Michelangelo, Shakespeare, Mozart, Beethoven, and Leonardo da Vinci were just some of the superbly gifted scholars and artists of that age.

John Wesley in England preached holiness and no political involvement by the church. This laid the foundation of the great missionary age.

John sees Christ as God, the flying Eagle.

John has no parables as John gives us the spiritual truth direct, not via a human analogy. For instance, the mark of the beast is 666. John 6:66 tells us of the disciples who stopped following Jesus, Who is the Word.  The moment we stop following our beliefs through the Bible by linking the various verses together in a pattern, then we take on the mark of the beast in our forehead. That is where we think. We are fooled into taking on denominational beliefs as we follow church leaders and their human wisdom. Try finding the words Trinity or Christmas or 25 December in the Bible.

In 1906 the Pentecostal revival was poured out at Azusa street in Los Angeles, America. The wings of the flying eagle. Between 1947 and 1965 William Branham revealed the mysteries of Scripture so that we could have the needed eagle “insight” in order to “see” or understand the Bible mysteries.

Thus we live in the age of the revelation of the mysteries of the Bible. If we cannot explain Bible mysteries then we have missed what our Laodicean church age is all about. This is true of most people as Jesus says He stands outside the Laodicean age church door and knocks.

Jesus is the Word. Today there are over 100 versions of the English Bible, all different. There are 45000 different types of churches and denominations, all different and yet all claiming to be correct. Almost nobody says that the King James Version of the Bible is their Absolute. They find fault with it and say it has misinterpretations. But Jesus is the Word. When they criticize the Bible as not being perfect, they are actually saying that Jesus is not perfect.

Then, when Jesus, which is in us now in the form of the Holy Ghost, when His celestial body, the Holy Spirit returns with the glorified body, we'll be glorified with Him and in His likeness. See what I mean?

Now, there was a time that the people didn't go into the Presence of God when they died: the justified. That was in the Old Testament. They went into a place called Paradise, and there the souls of the just waited in Paradise. But Paradise was a place where God kept the souls in like a dreamland, until the Blood of Jesus Christ was shed; for the blood of bulls and goats would not take away sin; it only covered up sin. But Jesus' Blood takes away sin.

Now, where is that? When do we have it? Now. "Those whom He justified, He also glorified." And do you realize that our glorified, immortal body is waiting in the Presence of Jesus Christ right now, waiting for us to come?

As soon as that natural body is being formed in the mother, there is a spiritual body waiting to receive it just as soon as that baby's born.

And just as sure as this spiritual body is being born, there is a natural body waiting to receive it as soon as it goes out of this world [in death]. See? Vice versa, right back to Eden again (See?), just right back.

Our human spirit enters this body when we are born. When we die, if we are born again, we leave this mortal body and enter our celestial body. A real body that lives in the spiritual dimension.

That just knocks all the sting out of death there is. No wonder Paul could stand and say, "Death, where is your sting? Grave, where is your victory?" He said, "Thanks be to God Who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ." Yes, friends. This earthly tabernacle be dissolved we already got one waiting, so just forget about it.

Right in the presence of His beings tonight, in His sight we are already glorified: "Those who He justified, He hath (past tense) glorified." And what makes you a Christian, and long for that perfection, is because the perfection's laying right out there, that other glorified body. When this one is moved out of, you move into that one.

When a saint dies, I'm not able to tell you what kind of a body He receives. But it's not a glorified body. It's not a spirit, but it's some kind of a body that lasts until the resurrection. And when He said, "I haven't received this glorification yet, but I'm going up, and we're going to come out in a few minutes."

Then in God's Presence you're already glorified, waiting. Isn't that marvelous? And now, while we're waiting for our redeemed body, we are setting together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus,

What is these bodies made out of? A little cosmic light, a few atoms, and of petroleum, and so forth, put together, that God brought out of dust of the earth, and painted a picture. And we're only living in the negative now. And some glorious day death will develop the picture, and we'll return again in a new glorified body, to never be old, never be sick, never have a heartache.

Now, if that's the kind of God we're serving, if that's the omnipotence we're serving, then what have we got to worry about? Sickness, or death, or sorrow, or corruption, or whatever more... One of these days all these old atoms that's holding these bodies together is going to be broke away, and we're going back to the dust, and the light's going back, and all the other parts of the earth is going back to its place; but at the resurrection, He will [Brother Branham blows--Ed.] "Step into it." And...?... That'll be it. Yes, sir. Isn't that wonderful?

56-0427  FAITH

Christ died, and He come a man. He took our sins upon Hisself, and went there, and was nailed to the cross, and His soul was rent from Him and cast into hell, and God raised Him up on the third day for our justification and sent the Holy Ghost back to us, and the glorified body of His Son setting on His Throne in heaven... Watch what a type it is there.

56-0427  FAITH

It doesn't appear yet what kind of a body we will have when we're there, but why, I wouldn't be able to eat and drink and sleep like I do here, but it'll be a body, but not the resurrected glorified body. And the souls under the altar were crying, "Lord, how long?"

Now, see, you'll never be an Angel; you know that. You'll never be an Angel. You'll never get old; you'll never be wrinkled; you'll never be sick; you'll never have a worry. And you'll never be a Angel. You’ll be a human being, only immortal. You'll have a glorified body like His body. You'll both eat, and drink, and live, and love, and associate forever and forever. Not spooks flying around in the air, never, the Bible don't teach no... God made Angels. Yes. But He never made you an Angel. He made you to be a human. And Jesus came down... God came down, was made flesh, and made a Man to dwell here with His people on the earth. And someday He's coming back in that corporal, glorified body.

The celestial body does not eat and drink and sleep.  But in your glorified body you can eat and drink.

There is no sleeping in the glorified body as there is no night there

REVELATION 21:25   And the gates of it shall not be shut at all by day: for there shall be no night there.

So we will live in the Millennium in a glorified body that can eat and drink but never gets tired nor needs to sleep.

The celestial body within our glorified physical body enables us to travel like a thought if we wish to move to different parts of the earth or heaven.

In the beginning was the same, He was that great Spirit, Fountain where all the trueness, all the love, all the peace. Everything that was pure was in this Fountain. It begin to form a body, a theophany, the kind of body that we go to. Not a glorified body, but an angelic body, like; has shape, form.

Every time I see a tree, I think, "That tree is the negative. There is a positive somewhere." That tree was made off of something. An intelligence made it. And all this earth does is reflect the Heavenly. The Bible said so. And if there is a tree here that has to perish, there is one in Glory that won't perish.

If I see a man, I see a lovely little young couple, man and his wife, walking down the street, sweethearts together. What does it reflect? Blessed be the Name of the Lord! There is one in Heaven that'll never perish. "If this earthly tabernacle be dissolved, we have one already waiting, the theophany."

Then Christ said, "I came from God," when He was here on earth, "I go back to God." After His death, burial, resurrection, glorified body setting at the right hand of the Majesty, to make intercession; Paul saw Him as the Pillar of Fire, again: a Light that put his eyes out, almost; smote him blind.

59-0510   WHO  IS  THIS

And our loved ones wants to meet us as well as we want to meet them. What a reunion that'll be when He comes--to meet our loved ones and see them in their resurrection body, and glorified, and walking around with the air of the resurrection. Watching their character, how it's changed, the meekness and quietness, and it won't be a hustle and bustle, and jump and jerk, but we'll have all eternity to live together.

Oh, this great neurotic age that we're living, just not no time for nothing, just climbing and jerking and grabbing, why, it's a terrible day.

He's setting at the right hand of God on God's throne. That's not His throne. He's coming back to reign on His throne; it's the throne of David; He's to take His throne. He's setting on God's throne, waiting till the last enemy is made His footstool. He will return someday, bringing the precious souls with Him to take on immortality, to live in a glorified body, live through a Millennium, and then forever with Him.

The Bride will have a glorified body to live in the Millennium and then to live for eternity.

We have the promise that we'll inherit the earth, and shall return again in a more glorious way, in a glorified body, after the last enemy is placed under foot of the only and last child of God that shall come into the Kingdom.

You begin your Eternal Life right here at the altar. Here's where you start eternity. Oh. You start Eternal Life right here. Then you are borned again, a son of God. And then when you die, you begin... When your death strikes you in this body and the heart quits beating, and the mortal wheels begin to stand still, that little shadow that was a shadow of the shadow, in one second it becomes a shadow of the shadow, then the next it becomes the shadow, then the next it becomes a little trinkle, then the next it becomes a creek, then the next it becomes a river, and the next it becomes the ocean; and after while you're standing in the presence of your loved ones standing yonder, clothed in the garments of a celestial body, that you know one another, love one another. You've turned back to a young man and young woman again. Exactly right. It waits there until the coming of the Lord Jesus. And someday that glorified body of His.

Jesus has a glorified Body. The dead in Christ wait in their celestial bodies for His coming

Now, remember, that is a celestial body, not a glorified, a celestial body. And someday that celestial body will leave heaven with Jesus.

"For I say this unto you," I Thessalonians 4:13 , "I say to you; I would not have you ignorant, brethren, concerning those that are asleep, that you sorrow not, even as others which have no hope. For if we believe Christ died and rose again the third day, even so those that sleep in Christ will God bring with Him. For we say this unto you by the commandments of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord, shall not prevent or hinder (the best word) hinder those which are asleep. For the trumpet of the Lord shall sound, and the dead in Christ shall rise first."

These celestial bodies come down and put on earthly glorified bodies. "

And we which are alive and remain shall be changed in a moment in a twinkling of an eye, and shall be caught up together with them to meet the Lord in the air."

[The living Bride will be changed into celestial bodies and then put on their glorified bodies. Then the rapture occurs]

Now, where you getting to now? After we put on this glorious body, and the great age that is to come when this glorified body, this celestial body has been made a glorified body

60-0518  ADOPTION.2

And Paul said, "It does not yet appear just exactly what kind of a body we'll have, but we know we'll have a body like His." What? Did He ever have that theophany body? Yes, sir. When He died, the Bible said that, "He," is a personal pronoun again, "He went to hell and preached to the souls in prison." Hallelujah. How did He do it? He had senses of feeling; He had senses of hearing; He had senses of speech; He preached with that same kind of body I saw those glorified ones in the other night. He preached to the souls that were in hell, that repented not in the long-suffering of the days of Noah.

But when He rose up on Easter, it was not possible that that Body should see corruption, 'cause David the prophet foresaw it, "I'll not leave His soul in hell, neither will I suffer My holy One to see corruption. Moreover My flesh shall rest in hope, because He will not leave My soul in hell, neither will He leave My holy One see corruption." And on seventy-two hours before corruption could set in, that theophany, that body that went and preached to the souls that were in prison, that repented not in the long-suffering of days of Noah, rose again, and the mortal put on immortality, and He stood and He eat, and He told us that He was a Man. Hallelujah.

Jesus ate in His glorified Body.

"You has He quickened..." What does "quickened" mean? "Made alive." Just about gone, but He quickens you just by the earnest money. What will it be when you--when you really get a hold of the dividends?  Oh.

No wonder Paul, caught up into the third heaven said, "Eye has not seen; ear has not heard; neither has it entered in, entered the heart of man, what God has for them in store that love Him." What will that be? You talk about joy unspeakable and full of glory. Whew. Umm. You who were once dead in sin and trespasses, has He quickened together by the shadow of the shadow of the shadows. What's it going to be when you come to the shadow of the shadows into the shadow, the shadow then into the creek, the creek into the river, the river into the ocean?

And what is it when you're way out there in redemption with a brand new body, you've turned back to a young man altogether again, or a young woman; you're never going to die no more. And you look down on earth and think, "I could enjoy some grapes and some good cold water, but, you know, I don't need it here." But someday Jesus is coming, and this angelic body, this theophany that I'm living in, will not come through the womb of a woman any more; it'll not come through sexual desire any more; but because that He was born without sexual desire, I'll be resurrected without it. And He will speak someday, and the dead in Christ shall rise, and that body that I once lived in will resurrect into a glorified body; and I'll walk; and I'll talk; and I'll live; and I'll enjoy (Hallelujah) the ages that is to come, through Jesus Christ our Lord. There you are, brother; that's the Gospel.

Resurrect all the saints and give them a glorified body. Hallelujah. I'm glad to know that she's heading up.

The glorified body comes at the resurrection.

Beyond the curtain of time ... in that higher dimension of Heaven

Brother Branham describes meeting his converts beyond the curtain of time.

Now look, I've... When I was a sinner, I never run around. I wasn't ornery to run around with women. And I don't care how saintly a man tries to live and how godly he lives, if a woman puts her arms around a man, it's a human sensation. Now, you just might as well... I don't care, you can call yourself sanctified (and I believe in sanctification too), but you're still a human. Just exactly right. And there's a sensation. I don't say you'd do wrong, certainly not. The power of God keeps you, and you go on. But even in that place, that human sensation wasn't there.

And here come people just throwing their arms around, saying, "My precious brother."

All them women had long hair, white garments, bare-footed. They were young, about... Looks to be about eighteen years old, twenty. I...

They'd grab me and throw their arms around me, and say, "Oh, our precious brother," and just hug me like that, and walk away. And somebody else...

I seen my first wife come up. Now, she died when she was about twenty-two; she hadn't changed. She come running. I said, "Surely, she'll call me husband."

And she walked up, and she begin smiling, threw her arms around me. She said, "My darling brother." And then she hugged some woman that had just hugged me, some girl.

And here come men, looked like they were--had kindy shaggy hair down on their shoulder. And they were the nicest looking people I ever seen: eyes as starry, pearly white teeth. They were throwing their arms around me, and saying, "Oh, our precious brother."

And one of them hollered at the other one, said, "Think, he's arrived. He's arrived at last."

And I thought, "Have I died and this is... I've come into glory? Is this it?" And I thought, "It couldn't be."

And I looked, and that voice that had spoke to me down in my room, I heard it again. I looked back, and I seen myself laying there on the bed. I never had anything like that to happen. It's done something to me; I can never be the same no more. So then, it...

I looked, and I thought, "What is this?" I thought, "Well, all them people looked young." And I looked down, and I was young. I  had turned back to a young man again. I said, "Well, this is strange." And I looked and...

I can't explain it. There's no words that I can think of. If I'd say superb, or  supreme, or perfect, that wouldn't touch it. There was no tomorrow; there was no yesterday. They  were in eternity. And they never got tired; they never had to eat. Yet they had senses: I could feel them; they could speak; they was looking at me. They had senses.

And I said, "I  don't understand this."

And that voice said, "This is perfect love." Said, "Isn't that what you spoke the Holy Spirit was?"

I said, "Yes."

"And this is perfect love."

… He said, "They're not Branhams." Said, "They're your converts; they're your converts." Said, "That woman that you're admiring," said, "you know how old she was when you led her to Christ?"

I said, "I have no idea."

Said, "Past ninety." Said, "See, she's young forever."

And she looked up at me. She said, "Brother Branham, Jesus will come someday, and then we'll go back to earth." And said, "Then we'll receive our glorified body; then we'll live together forever."

His converts' confidence was that bro. Branham taught Paul's doctrines

… And I said, "Will Saint Paul have to stand before his converts?"

Said, "Absolutely, he will too."

I said, "I never varied one word; I stayed just exactly the way the Bible said it. I don't care what anyone said, or did not say; I stayed right with it like that. So if Paul's group is saved, mine is too."

And a great scream from looked like thousands and thousands said, "We know that."

…  I went in to some place that was glorious, where the old become young, where they lived forever and never died, and with a promise of returning to the earth to receive a glorified body.

60-0803  ABRAHAM

I said, "Then if Paul makes it, I will too, because I preached the same thing he did, without compromising on one word."

And all them people screamed out, "We are resting assured on that." Said, "Then we'll go back to earth and receive a glorified body, and live together through forever in this condition."

The confidence that brother Branham’s converts had was that he had taught them just what Paul preached.

The mystery of God is that the last church age must go right back to what the first church age believed. The seed is never harvested until it is identical to the seed that was planted.

Thus the final Bride must be able to prove their beliefs from the same New Testament that was written in the apostolic age.

A mortal body, a celestial body, and a glorified body. Three stages

Now, many times, people say, "Brother Branham, you feature Divine healing." No, that is wrong. I feature Jesus Christ. See? Divine healing is a minor, and you can never major with a minor. And Christ is our main subject, then we believe that Christ, Jesus Christ is the Son of God, that He died for our sins, and rose again the third day, according to the Scripture, and now sets at the right hand of the majesty of God, being a High Priest, to make intercessions upon our professions.

We--we're waiting, expecting Him to leave glory someday to return to the earth, to resurrect the dead and to translate those that are living into a glorified body to be raptured in the sky, to live with Him for the space of three and a half years, during the time of the tribulation period, and to return back to a purified earth to live a thousand years here on earth with His Church, and forever be with Him, when He sets on the throne of David. Now, we're looking for that great time.

60-0803  ABRAHAM

… Wherever that place is, whether it's another dimension. I could not tell you, but I was somewhere that I could look back

… And I happened to look, coming to me, and there was look like a million women. They were young, looked to be about twenty years old, and they every one was--now, excuse me sisters, for this remark. But they every one was very young, had long hair down to their waistline, wearing white dresses, and was barefooted. And they'd run up to me, and throw their arms around me, and scream, "My precious brother."… But there isn't a man, that's red-blooded and healthy, that a woman could throw her arms around him... I don't mean the man would be wrong or think wrong, but there'd be a human sensation. But in that place, it wasn't. It was truly a sister. And they... I--I looked, and I said, "I can't explain what it was. There was no yesterday, no tomorrow; it was now. They didn't get tired, yet they could shake hands. They could talk; they had a body; and just like they was here, only young." And I said, "I don't understand this."

…  And we're in a trinity, we have a mortal body, a celestial body, and then a glorified body.

Three stages brings us back to our perfection again like in Eden.

How would you need Divine healing in the Millennium when they got a glorified body?

One of these days, the old fashion gospel that you hear, will be silenced one of these days. And the church will receive a body, glorified. You'll have to have that kind of body to go up and meet Him in the air. We can't go in this kind of a body. So those who are looking, those who are listening, those who are taking heed, is the ones that'll be changed in a moment in a twinkling of an eye and be caught up together to meet the Lord in the air

Rapturing faith cannot happen until we are in our glorified bodies.

Look at Jesus. We can't understand it. When Jesus was come into the room through a stone wall, the doors being shut, and stood there, after He had His glorified body, and eat flesh... Hallelujah. Glory.

And He can come all the way from glory to your heart, as quick as you can think about Him. Quick as you can confess wrong, He can run the devil out and bring Hisself in, just as fast as you can have enough faith to believe it. How speed...

In the spirit world of the heavenly dimension, we can travel like a thought.

We are waiting for the fulness of adoption. This will take place when? At the first resurrection. That's when our bodies will be changed from these vile creatures that we are and we'll have a body like His Own glorious body, "For we shall see Him as He is, and we will be like Him." When He appears, we appear in His likeness. We will have a body like His, a glorious glorified body, and all the trials and struggles of life will fade off into a little mist and blow away to never be no more.

"... or will there be sin on earth during that time?" No. There will not be no sin on earth. Satan is bound.

"And will there be people on earth in corporal bodies during that time?" Yes, sir. We will have our glorified body right here on earth, eating, drinking, building houses, and  living just like we do now for a thousand years. It's  the honeymoon of the Bride and Groom

And then, you see, He come right down, the regular line, from attribute to... Before the foundation of the world, his name is put on the Lamb's Book of Life. Then, from that, He become the Word, the theophany, that could appear, disappear. And then He become flesh and returned back again, resurrected that same body in a glorified condition.

But you by-passed the theophany and become flesh-man, to be tempted by sin. And then, "If this earthly tabernacle is dissolved, we have one already waiting." We have not yet the bodies.

But, look! When this body receives the Spirit of God, the immortal Life inside of you, it throws this body in subjection to God. Hallelujah! "He that's born of God doth not commit sin; he cannot sin." Romans 8:1, "There is therefore now no condemnation to them that are in Christ Jesus; they walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit." There you are. See, that throws your body subject.

And from out of this chaos of this modern scientific Eden that we're living in, of culture and science and education, all this modern stuff, we'll rise! "This robe of flesh we'll drop, and rise and seize the everlasting prize," someday. We'll go through the air, and this will all be over. For the Word of God that's brought us from the modern thinking of our mind, transforming our mind into the renewing of our hearts towards God, and our spirits; that same Spirit that spoke that, has transformed us this far, and It also will take us into His Presence, into His Glory, with a glorified body.

In the Millennium we will have a glorified body that can eat and tend the soil but not get sick and never needs to sleep. It can communicate with animals as Adam did.

Inside that glorified body will be our celestial body that can travel like a thought.

“The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you.” — 1 Corinthians 16:23
