Long-term use can tighten the Achilles tendon and reduce flexibility, but it won’t bulk up your calves.

High heels cause Discomfort/pain → tight calves, sore feet, possible imbalance.

And Posture strain → increased pressure on knees and lower back

Nebuchadnezzar saw a dream of the Gentile kingdoms ending with clay and iron feet that represented 2000 years of church history. We lift the heel to walk.

The heel of the image represented Christ. To walk through the seven church ages, the heel must be lifted first. Christ must be lifted up on a cross.

PROVERBS 30:32  If thou hast done foolishly in lifting up thyself, or if thou hast thought evil, lay thine hand upon thy mouth.

Uplifting self is very wrong. Women in high heels uplift themselves, representing churches spreading their own unscriptural doctrines, habits, and traditions.

Heels have a Long History and a Lasting Appeal

The moment stood out because high heels are widely accepted, despite the pain they can cause. Sore feet are expected, and tight calves are brushed off as the “price of beauty.” However, your body, and especially your feet, don’t always see it that way.

The real issue isn’t a single night in high heels. It’s the years and the damage heels can cause.

The origins of high heels trace back to the Persian cavalry around AD 900, in which a raised heel helped stabilize a rider’s foot in a stirrup. By the 1600s, the trend had moved into European aristocratic fashion, worn primarily by men as a sign of status.

In about the mid-1800s, heels had become increasingly associated with women’s fashion and social standing, which helps explain why they remain so common today. They are built into dress codes and into expectations about how women should look. Women are easily fooled by what people regard as fashion.

However, as cultural expectations surrounding women’s appearance have evolved over the years, the fashion industry has been forced to adapt amid an overall decline in high heel sales.

Your Body Adapts to Your Heels—That Is the Problem

The most immediate consequence is pressure. When the heel lifts off the ground, body weight shifts forward onto the forefoot, concentrating pressure in an area not designed to bear it. The Achilles tendon at the back of the heel, forced into a shortened position with every step, gradually loses flexibility. Flat shoes begin to feel uncomfortable. How you walk begins to change, with shorter steps and altered walking patterns that persist even when the heels come off.

Further up the body, the knees absorb stress they were never meant to handle at that angle. A study examining knee mechanics found that walking in heels increases stress on the joint, which may contribute to joint degeneration over time. The calves and the muscles that form the front of the thigh work harder than usual just to maintain balance and forward motion.

“The higher the heel and the narrower the toe box, the more pressure shifts onto the ball of the foot and toes,” podiatrist Mikel Daniels said. “That can change how the feet, ankles, knees, and even calf muscles function over time.”

The shifts don’t feel dramatic at first, because the body adapts—and that is where the deeper problem begins.

To stay balanced, the ankle locks into a pointed position, limiting its natural range of motion. The knees and hips shift to compensate—the spine curves to keep the upper body upright.

Just like you adapting to your church. You let little things slip and become comfortable with certain errors. Complacency takes over as we slide slowly further away from the Bible truth. Christmas, 25 December, Good Friday, and Sunday Sabbath are regarded as normal, despite being unscriptural terms.

Problems Worsen Over Time

That wear doesn’t just affect the foot. It moves upward, affecting the entire chain of movement through your body.

The most immediate issue is often pain at the front of the foot—but that is only the beginning.

Doctors routinely see bunions, hammertoes, plantar fasciitis, and nerve irritation linked to prolonged high heel use. (Plantar fasciitis is a common cause of heel pain, characterized by inflammation of the plantar fascia, a thick band of tissue

connecting the heel bone to the toes. Symptoms typically include stabbing pain that often occurs with the first steps in the

morning or after prolonged periods of sitting.) These conditions develop gradually, often starting as mild discomfort and progressing into structural changes that affect how a person walks. Although stretching, wearing more supportive footwear, and time can help alleviate some of the effects, conditions become more difficult to treat as they progress.

The effects extend beyond the foot.

“Wearing high heels tips the body forward, requiring the spine to curve more to remain straightened,” Jordan Burns, a chiropractor, said.

As a result, additional pressure is placed on the lumbar region, as the neck gets stretched forth.

That strain can contribute to tension in the lower back, hips, and even the upper spine, and years of daily wear can easily cause chronic alignment problems.

Repeated stress leads to changes in the foot, spine, and overall alignment that can be hard to reverse.

A Habit Worth Rethinking.

Some doctors point to the growing popularity of ballet flats, and loafers, as examples of a shift away from high heels.

When designed with a clean toe shape and higher-quality materials, these styles appear polished rather than casual. Loafers have become a reliable option that pairs well with denim skirts and denim dresses.

The evidence is clear: The higher the heel and the longer and more frequent the wear, the greater the toll on the body.

Uplifting the heel is harmful and it has a significant spiritual significance. Uplifting self is never good.

Italy symbolizes a woman in high heels and male pants

A stretched forth neck lifts up the head to compensate for raised heels. God is not impressed.

Jeans and high heels have become a fashion that is a copy of the map of Italy.

Italy has the shape of a leg with a spur on the upper heel (symbolizing the antichrist white horse rider of religious deception described in the First Seal of Revelation Chapter 6). Horse riders wear spurs sticking out of the back of their boots.

On the map of Italy, the toe of the leg is about to be struck by the stone of Sicily. What deeper meaning does this have?

The high heel is also emphasized. What does this represent? We will return to this topic later.

Daniel saw a giant metal image of a man representing the pagan beliefs of four Gentile kingdoms. The Babylonians, the Medes and  Persians, and the Greeks. The legs of iron represented the pagan Roman Empire.

DANIEL 2:34  Thou sawest till that a stone was cut out without hands, which smote the image upon his feet that were of iron and clay, and brake them to pieces.

The feet of clay (the true church) and bits of iron (the denominational strength of Roman Catholicism) represent the 2000 years of church history that can be divided into 7 church ages.

The Capstone that catches the resurrected Bride and the living Bride up to Heaven, also destroys the Gentile world system, represented by the Gentile image.

Thus the living Bride will be extremely unpopular at the end time.

Only the Roman Catholic church has lived through all 7 church ages, as they claim that Peter was the first Pope. They claim a succession of Popes has followed Peter as his successors.

“The beast was”. They claim there always was a Pope.

“And is not”. The Pope dies.

“And yet is”. A new Pope is elected.

The Popes are the longest line of rulers in the Western world.

Our political world systems and our denominational church systems are smashed by the second Coming of the Lord, represented by the stone that smashes into the feet.

Revelation Chapter 17 describes a beast with seven heads, the seven hills that the city of Rome was originally built on (shown in green) surrounded by the (blue) wall. In those days, you only became a city when you built a wall around all the buildings.

Vatican City is a church, the nerve centre of the Roman Catholic church, represented by an immoral woman, who rides on the beast, the antichrist spirit of man-made denominational religion that is unscriptural.

REVELATION 17:3  So he carried me away in the spirit into the wilderness: and I saw a woman sit upon a scarlet coloured beast, full of names of blasphemy, having seven heads and ten horns. 

The woman, the Roman Catholic church system, is now in charge, riding on the beast spirit of denominational religion.

This is wrong because the woman (the church) must be in submission to her Husband (Christ, the Word of God).

Once Eve had sinned, God punished her by making her submissive to her husband.

GENESIS 3:15  “… and thy desire shall be to thy husband, and he shall rule over thee.”

A scarlet coloured beast or power is the powerful Roman Catholic religious organization ruled by Cardinals who are dressed in scarlet, as shown below.

They believe in unscriptural terms like “Christmas”, “25 December”, “Good Friday”, “Easter Monday”,  “Sunday Sabbath”, “Trinity”, “God the Son”, “God the Holy Ghost”, “One God in three Persons”, “First Person of the Godhead”, “Second Person of the Godhead”, “Third Person of the Godhead”, etc.

They say that Jesus is in the Godhead.

But, speaking of Christ, the Bible says the opposite. All the Godhead is in Christ.

COLOSSIANS 2:9 “For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily”.

The Heel of the Gentile Image represents Christ

JOSHUA 2:21  And she said, According unto your words, so be it. And she sent them away, and they departed: and she bound the scarlet line in the window.

Nebuchadnezzar, the king of Babylon, had a dream of a big image of a man that represented Gentile history.

The Gentile kingdom of Babylon (the head of gold with their religious-financial-political deception )

The chest and arms of silver. The crushing organizational power of the central authority of the Medes and the Persians, who set up the first world Empire. This developed into the crushing denominational system with the central dictatorial control of one man.

The loins of Greece. Life comes from the loins. They believed that eternal life came from the clever defence of error.  They used education to replace truth with philosophy, which evolved into unscriptural phrases like Father and Son are of the same “essence”, whatever that means, and the unscriptural "God the Son". They created verbal puzzles that cannot be solved with confusing topics like "three-in-one" and "eternal Sonship". That trapped the church into leaving Scripture and adopting unscriptural words like Trinity and Christmas, etc.

The iron legs of Rome with their brutal force based on sharp swords to eliminate opposition and their greedy, grasping taxes.

In the Old Testament, God saved the Israelites but the scarlet line of salvation ran outside the Gentiles unless they converted to the Israelite faith.

Then there was a “cross-over”. Salvation ran into the Gentiles that formed the feet of clay and iron. Salvation entered the Gentile image at the heel. Salvation can only enter our lives through Christ. Thus, the heel becomes a very important symbol that refers to Christ at Calvary. The feet represent 2000 years of church history. The hard, iron spirit of denominational religion that does not stay with Scripture. The miry clay of the Bride that stays with the water of the Word. Miry clay is wet and can give life to seeds.

DANIEL 2:41  And whereas thou sawest the feet and toes, part of potters' clay, and part of iron, the kingdom shall be divided; but there shall be in it of the strength of the iron, forasmuch as thou sawest the iron mixed with miry clay.

Consider the heel of Nebuchadnezzar’s Gentile image.

The “heel” draws attention to the first prophecy given in Scripture.

GENESIS 3:15  And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel.

The woman’s seed is Christ because no man was his father. He was born without sex from a virgin. But He would be lifted up on a cross to die for us. The uplifted heel. In His death, we find eternal life.

The serpent’s seed refers to the male sperm cell that caused every other birth. It looks just like a snake.

Calvary was the showdown between men born from sex and the only virgin-born Son.

Born of sex causes every one of us to be born in sin.

PSALM 51:5  Behold, I was shapen in iniquity; and in sin did my mother conceive me.

David’s mother was married, yet he was conceived in sin.

David was conceived to live a life of seventy years and then die. Doomed to die, meant he was conceived in sin.

Sin causes death. Except for Enoch and Elijah, everyone born of sin died.

We seem to live at first as we grow stronger, but then we grow older and weaker and ultimately we die. (Enoch and Elijah were exceptions. The living Bride will be changed into immortal, sinless bodies by the 7 thunders and thus also escape death at the Coming of the Lord).

The heel of the Gentile image represents Christ. The head of the serpent represents clever unscriptural thinking. Man-made religious doctrines that sound good but cannot open the door to Heaven for us. They are windows into an unscriptural mindset.

Before the fall, Lucifer was the anointed cherub who stood behind the throne, out of sight, because God will not give His glory to another. Lucifer’s glory covered the throne.

ISAIAH 42:8  I am the LORD: that is my name: and my glory will I not give to another, neither my praise to graven images.

EZEKIEL 28:14  Thou art the anointed cherub that covereth; and I have set thee so:

Jesus rebuked Peter for contradicting Him. He called Peter "Satan", the fallen name of Lucifer who had once stood behind the throne of God.

Mat 16:23  But he turned, and said unto Peter, Get thee behind me, Satan: thou art an offence unto me: for thou savourest not the things that be of God, but those that be of men.

Peter had made a serious mistake. With the best of intentions, trying to save Jesus from being killed, he had contradicted Jesus. A fatal mistake.

At Calvary, the serpent slithering up from behind on his belly, attacked from behind. The heel and head collided in a great battle between Life and Death. The Sun blacked out for three hours. The heel was bruised, symbolizing that Jesus could not walk for three days and three nights. Then He resurrected on Sunday. Three nights in the tomb. Saturday night. Friday night. Thursday night. So, Jesus had to die on a Thursday. “Good Friday” is fake news from today’s churches. So is the so-called “Easter Monday”.

MATTHEW 12:40  For as Jonas was three days and three nights in the whale's belly; so shall the Son of man be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth.

Animal sacrifices ceased when Jesus died

JOHN 12:32  And I, if I be lifted up from the earth, will draw all men unto me.

Jesus pierced in His hands and feet and stabbed by a spear in His side. Five wounds. Five is the number of grace.

His painful death. We get undeservedly forgiven.

“I” is repeated twice for emphasis. Only Jesus must be uplifted in praise. No other man. No church.

Only Jesus must be uplifted as the Sacrifice for sin. His death caused all the animal sacrifices to cease.

DANIEL 9:27  “And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, …”

The animal sacrifices ceased at Calvary. This ultimate Sacrifice confirmed the covenant.

When was this covenant made?

In Genesis Chapter 15, God made a covenant with Abraham and his natural seed Isaac, that depended on the sacrifice of animals.

GENESIS 15:18  In the same day the LORD made a covenant with Abram, saying, Unto thy seed have I given this land, from the river of Egypt unto the great river, the river Euphrates:

In AD 29, God arrived on the scene in the Person of Jesus Christ, the spiritual Son of Abraham, for a 7-year ministry that would enable Him to then set up a 1000-year Kingdom of Peace. Satan got the Jews to persuade the Romans to kill Jesus. A big mistake for the devil, because the death of Jesus, after 3½ years of His ministry, enabled Jesus to die for our sins as the ultimate Sacrifice. This confirmed the covenant God made with Abraham as it did away with animal sacrifices and enabled us to gain Eternal Life by grace through faith.

GALATIANS 3:17  And this I say, that the covenant, that was confirmed before of God in Christ,

ISAIAH 33:3  At the noise of the tumult the people fled; at the lifting up of thyself the nations were scattered.

MATTHEW 26:56  But all this was done, that the scriptures of the prophets might be fulfilled. Then all the disciples forsook him, and fled.

“At the noise of the tumult the people fled”. The Jewish religious leaders had spread so many rumours and condemnations of Jesus, that they had created a climate of intense fear. When they came and arrested Jesus, there was a noisy tumult. Justice no longer applied to their unlawful and threatening actions. It was mob rule and they wanted and demanded the death sentence for Jesus. Jesus was caught and looked defeated. Frightened, the disciples ran away.

ISAIAH 53:3  He is despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief: and we hid as it were our faces from him; he was despised, and we esteemed him not.

When you run away from a person, you hide your face from him as he cannot see your face. This Scripture applied to the disciples, as well as to us.

The disciples ran from Jesus. Peter denied knowing Him. They did not want to see Him. Having deserted Him, the last thing they wanted was to have to look Him in the eye.

ISAIAH 33:3  “At the lifting up of thyself the nations were scattered”.

Jesus was lifted up on the cross.

The scattering of nations at the cross wasn’t about geography, it was about belief collapsing.

Religious systems were wrecked:

The Jewish reliance on the Temple, sacrifices, and the Law as the path to righteousness was shattered. The veil tearing (Matthew 27:51) symbolized the end of that system.

All the Jewish sacrifices and ceremonies ended, as the glory of God had departed from the Holy of Holies when Jesus died.

Pagan nations, who trusted in gods of power, fertility, or empire, saw their categories overturned: the true God was revealed in weakness and death.

Human confidence scattered:

Salvation by “good works” or ritual collapsed. The cross declared that no human effort could bridge the gap — only Christ’s sacrifice.

Nations were spiritually disoriented; their frameworks for approaching God were scattered like dust.

Division exposed:

Some mocked (“He saved others, Himself He cannot save”), others feared (“Truly this was the Son of God”), others fled. Humanity fractured in its response.

The crucifixion didn’t scatter armies or populations, but it scattered the foundations of belief.

Within a generation, Jerusalem itself was destroyed (AD 70), the Temple gone — the ultimate sign that the old order was wrecked.

From then on, nations had to face the reality: their systems of salvation were scattered, and only Christ remained as the way.

So, the scattering at the cross was the collapse of every human claim to salvation apart from Christ. The nations were scattered in their beliefs, their confidence, their religious systems — stripped bare before the crucified Son of God

Jesus, represented by the heel, was lifted up on the cross.

Thus, the heel could come back down and crush the serpent’s head.

The lifting up of the heel represents the most sacred moment in Christianity when Christ, in weakness, conquered Satan.

A woman on high heels represents a church elevating herself

A woman wearing high heels uses self-elevating-fashion to imitate Christ’s great sacrifice.

A woman represents a church, because the true church is the Bride of Christ.

High heels thus represent the church lifting itself up by falsely claiming to save us with church doctrines and traditions.

The main church culprit is in Italy, the Roman Catholic church.

DEUTERONOMY 22:5  The woman shall not wear that which pertaineth unto a man, neither shall a man put on a woman's garment: for all that do so are abomination unto the LORD thy God.

Italy, home of the Roman Catholic church, represents a woman wearing pants and high heels. Both wrong. Wearing the pants means being in authority. Being lifted up.

No church can be uplifted, only Jesus.

The Roman Catholic church has promoted the Pope up to being infallible where he speaks as the Voice of God. Churches keep adopting the denominational beliefs of the Roman Catholic church. After all, they invented Trinity, Christmas, Good Friday, and one man is the head of a local church.

Message churches that claim to follow William Branham have absorbed the influence of the Roman Catholic church. They claim falsely that William Branham is infallible. That he is the Voice of God.

The Parable of the great Supper, representing the Wedding Feast in Heaven.

LUKE 14:16  Then said he unto him, A certain man made a great supper, and bade many:

:17  And sent his servant at supper time to say to them that were bidden, Come; for all things are now ready.

:18  And they all with one consent began to make excuse.

Saved church members are all invited to the Wedding Feast. But none of them want to go the Scriptural way.

Thus, no church members will make it.

LUKE 14:24 "For I say unto you, That none of those men which were bidden shall taste of my supper."

These are the church members who are bidden or invited to the Wedding Feast.

President Biden, a Roman Catholic, was a sign of this end time. Sleepy Joe.

The end-time churches are represented by the parable of the 10 virgins in Matthew Chapter 25.

Ten refers to the end time.

Virgins are clean women who represent saved people in the churches. But they are all fast asleep.

MATTHEW 25:5  While the bridegroom tarried, they all slumbered and slept.

But the parable of Matthew Chapter 13 warns us of the dangerous infiltration of unscriptural denominational errors while people are lulled to sleep complacently in their favourite church by their elevated charismatic Pastor as Head of the church.

Today, there are more than 2000 diferent kinds of churches and denominations. Take your pick. What a spiritual swamp. Not to mention that you can take your pick from over 100 different versions of the English Bible.

MATTHEW 13:25  But while men slept, his enemy came and sowed tares among the wheat, and went his way.

Believing in unscriptural ideas has also taken over the Message-churches that profess to follow brother Branham.

They insist that the 7 Thunders have uttered or are uttering. But brother Branham never said that.

They believe that brother Branham is infallible. He denied that. They claim he is the "Voice of God". But "Voice of God" is never mentioned in the New Testament.

They call brother Branham the son of man, but that is the title of Jesus.

To make me the Person of the Lord Jesus Christ, would be an antichrist.

Putting too much focus on brother Branham and just relying on his quotes, has caused Message churches to undermine his ministry, which was to make us Scriptural as he restored us back to the apostolic church of the New Testament.

MATTHEW 17:11  And Jesus answered and said unto them, Elias truly shall first come, and restore all things. 

Message preachers claim wrongly that the mighty Angel of Revelation 10 came down to open the 7 Seals for brother Branham.

1964-0119 SHALOM

“And when the great Director comes down and bears that stick down, then, "time shall be no more."

When that Angel, of Revelation the 10th chapter, puts one foot on land and one on the sea, and a rainbow over His head, He swore, "time shall be no more." When that time comes, you will rise up from among the dead.

While the rest of them lay there, you will go in.”

The mighty Angel does not come down to reveal the mysteries. He comes down for the resurrection.

Thus, the Angel has not come down so far, as the resurrection has not happened.

When the Angel comes down, time stops for the resurrected saints because they will be in Eternal bodies. The living Bride will have their bodies changed by the seven Thunders into Eternal bodies. You can only get raptured when you are in a new body.

You need to be in a new body before you can get rapturing faith.

Nobody in an eternal body will wear a watch, or carry a cell phone, or use a car, or use an aeroplane.

65-1127 I HAVE HEARD BUT NOW I SEE

"Dear God, in this solemn moment, it's going to be a time like this when there really will be a clap of thunder someday,

and the Son of God shall descend from the heavens with a shout,

with the voice of the Archangel, and the trump of God, the dead in Christ shall rise."

This was one month before brother Branham died. Thus, the Angel of Revelation 10 never came down in his lifetime.

Nor did the resurrection occur.
